These people were angels! My car stalled this morning in the drive-thru (so embarrassing!) Two wonderful employees came out immediately and helped me not only to move my car out of the way, but they helped keep me calm...and brought me out a coffee after it all. Thank you so much to the team at this DD and especially to the young man (with the long dark hair) who helped get my car to cooperate. Love their donuts, especially the custard filled ones. Also love their coffee: the cold brew and iced coffee. Still find it difficult to pay almost 4 dollars for a medium iced coffee, but considering Starbucks prices and their political leanings, I prefer Dunkin. read more

I have been slow to leave negative reviews ever since 2020 due to the hit the service industry took. Unfortunately I have had five consecutive negative experiences at this location. I have put in orders 1-2hrs before pickup and even the day before, and they have never had it ready to go. If they did have anything ready it was only a partial and I had to go over the order for them multiple times per visit. I have never been offered any concession on the ridiculous delays, and even a "sorry for the inconvenience" is rare. Management needs to get a grip on this location or I anticipate it closing soon. Hope they can turn it around. read more

So...Dunkin Donuts used to be my go-to place when I needed something to nourish my self before I passed out. They used to be reasonable, quick and friendly. That was then. NOW... you get half of what you pay for, and sloppy out put. Check out my photo of my recent wake-up wrap ($1.79 each)with extra half-slice paper thin bacon. They used to charge 50 cents for an extra half-slice of paper thin bacon, but now they are now charging $1.50. So unreasonable and I assume a mistake in their fees. So when I said something to the brain-dead 'manager', she fails to see my point and simply doesn't care...she just trusts the computer and doesn't share my issue or concern with her superior. Everyone has a boss, but my buck stopped with her. That's the reason they get one star. When I called corporate, they returned me to the brain dead manager. They don't care either. I love Dunkin Donuts but this branch is always INCREDIBLY slow and gets my order wrong consistently. Today I waited 30 minutes (with MAYBE 6 cars in line when I got there) to get the wrong bagel that was burnt and too hard to eat. I don't have this problem with any other Dunkin in the area but with this one, I'm just going to give up and go to Starbucks. read more

One star is for the very friendly service I received today. The reason they didn't get the remaining four stars is based on four reasons. 1. Lobby is awkwardly and embarrassingly closed; weird when everywhere else has the lobby open. Open it up, please. You can still limit seating and customers inside. 2. Pot holes in the drive thru and an awkwardly long drive thru in an ominous alley; not convenient for customers. I am sure it's convenient for when they get a truckload stock delivery. 3. Coffee is not good, because it is not made correctly. It's as if the employees do not know the recipes and there's no reference material for them. Very frustrating for the customer. 4. Slow, slow, awkwardly slow service. I could have brewed the coffee myself added all the ingredients in less time. read more

With COVID worker shortages, we were planning on a long wait and annoyed workers; rather, Ivy greeted us with an enthusiastic smile and ran her team with courtesy and efficiency. Slow service, multiple times when they've gotten my order wrong. They don't care about custom coffee orders, seems like they take your order and then just make whatever is easiest. Couple times I got breakfast sandwiches and the eggs + cheese was still cold + frozen. Ordered this latte and it's basically just iced milk. I wouldn't have gone here if the Starbucks hasn't been closed so much recently. Don't go here if you can help it. read more

Staff was nice and it was all made quickly. The donuts were great but not as fresh as some I've had there or at any donut shop at 630am. We enjoyed them. The coffee was weak. This is probably the 10th time this has happened so I'm leaving a review. When I order a bagel with cream cheese, I expect there to be enough cream cheese on it that I can actually taste it. We also ordered a large frozen chocolate and in the picture it comes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup and half of the time we don't get either so today I specifically asked for both. If you like DD don't stop at this location because you will probably never visit another DD again. You can't imagine how bad the service is at this location. I honestly don't have the words or the time to explain just how rude, slow and uninterested the employees are at this location. The owner of the Krispy Kreme down the road should send a monthly gift to the owner of this DD for all the business they send their way daily. read more

I tried a couple of months ago to get donuts and had to get out of the car line it was so slow. Today I decided to try again since there was only one car in line. It took over 15 minutes. I am truly astonished. I used to live in Atlanta and got a cold brew from Dunkin every single day. I had to relocate to Greenville for work and was thrilled to see this Dunkin on my way to work. I have given this place SO many chances and I've never ONCE gotten the correct order. I've emailed the company about a horrible experience here on an order that was very wrong and was told I'd hear back from this owner, never heard anything. They're slow. Nothing ever seems to taste right. This morning was the final straw, I pulled up expecting my order to be wrong and nasty but I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, no more. Staff is reliably friendly even when they are tripping over each other at times. Quality of product varies with each visit. Sometimes great while other times haphazard thrown food. I don't mind waiting some as this location is busier than others in the area. However, the seating accommodations are very limited and tightly quartered. Not set up really for a sit down with family. One thing is the new manager tends to be very loud about her store's drama while working. Hardly appropriate. read more

OMG, my cashier Matt must have just woken up (it was early), he moved so slowly and was hardly customer service oriented! I had a large order and was already in a hurry, but usually the cashiers at DD move quickly and are waiting on ME to choose items. Not the case here. I will be back and hope it improves. read more
