Medium iced coffee with cream and sugar.

I used to be a regular at this Dunkin Donuts location until the Starbucks Americano swept me off my feet, but I still go from time to time for a quick breakfast. It's been a couple of years since I've ordered a Dunkin iced coffee, but I had a sudden craving for it today. Sweta, a woman who works there, has been working at this location for as long as I can remember. She is always so sweet. Even though it's been some time since I've last seen her, she instantly recognized me and asked me if I wanted an iced coffee (I used to order this all of the time in undergrad). So, I got my old usual: iced coffee with cream and sugar. Whenever I order breakfast from here, a croissant toasted with light butter and hash browns are my go to. Quick breakfast, but filling.

The service from the women that work here is terrible. I've been unfortunately going to this location for the last 2 years and it's never been pleasant. I've been wanting to write a review on multiple occasions but this time did it. I asked them for a cup of ice for my dog who was overheating after I brought 3 items here and I was first told they didn't have ice (after serving me an iced coffee) and then proceeded to tell me they do not sell cups of ice. Smh, no further comments but wanted to share for any other pet owners who decide to come by this place.

My usual morning stop is between this one and Starbucks in Edgewater. You might be curious as to what determines between the 2 routes. The answer is dry cleaning. If I have something to drop off next door then Dunkin it is. Otherwise, it is Starbucks. This particular location has no seating and very small parking lot so best to grab something quickly on the go. I also stop to pick up drinks on the way to the North Hudson Park for a quick run. Coffee is good, place is clean, staff is friendly and you can't go wrong with hash browns and apple chicken sausage sandwich for breakfast.

The lady who runs this Dunkin is the nicest. Definitely the best one I've ever been to. Even if it is small.

All neatly organized by flavors. Impossible to choose just one flavor. There are only 2 small tables and a few seats. The staff is very friendly. The #5 potato half and half k-dog is delicious. It has an outer layer of crispy potatoes (small fries) and the inside has melted mozzarella cheese and a hotdog. The #2 half mozzarella k-dog is also tasty. It has a nice crunchy outer layer and the inside has melted mozzarella cheese and hotdog. You can add toppings like ketchup, mustard, or sweet spicy sauce. The ube bobba drink has a nice milky sweet taste to it and the color is very pretty. The brown sugar bobba drink is sweet, but not over empowering sweetness. The mochi donuts are nicely decorated and taste delicious. Cookies n cream, nutella, and dulce de leche are the best! I highly recommend this place.

The texture is a bit more chewier than that I'm used to and the frosting is a thin layer frosting instead of a glaze. The difference ? The frosting will stick to your fingers and is a bit thicker in texture and denseness whereas the glaze barely sticks and is much lighter tasting and texture. Our family definitely prefers the glaze over the frosting but still a good place to try mochi donuts and bubble milk tea. The ube milk tea was delicious. Nice customer service and a good spot to sit and have a snack but parking is not the best, it's street paid parking which can be trickier on the weekends.

If you love gulab jamun you MUST try their gulab jamun donuts…read more I've been obsessed with gulab jamun for over 20 years, and I've tried it all over the world, including in India and countless places in NYC. As soon as I saw Knead Some Love NY's gulab jamun donuts while walking around Smorgasburg, I was so excited and had to try them. I also got a mango lassi donut since my son loves mango lassi. We both LOVED our donuts. They are packed with flavor and a unique twist on popular desserts. My son loved how much mango flavor he could taste in his donut, and the gulab jamun donut was perfect. I loved the consistency of the fresh-baked donut, the gulab jamun on top and the frosting. Plus they are beautifully baked and pretty to look at. I highly recommend trying these donuts and supporting an amazing woman-owned business. The owner is super friendly and helpful, so if you have any questions when ordering don't hesitate to ask. I can't wait to order more donuts again next time I'm in NYC and try some of the other flavors, too.

Fresh bread, pastries, and baked goods that are incredibly affordable. I drive by all the time and there are always numerous cars double parked outside. Now I see what the commotion is about. The bread is great if you plan to eat it fresh or freeze for later. The Heroes and Portuguese Rolls are my favorites, and the prices are unbeatable. The Glazed Donut was a good try; it's more like a cake than a donut but would definitely pair well with a coffee. I saw the Empanadas on display and decided to try two. The Beef Empanada was pretty solid but the Chicken Empanada threw me off a bit with the carrots inside. With $10 in your pocket, you can walk out of here with so much! Highly recommend supporting this local business.
