When they didn't, we asked the food runner, who said he'd check on it but just disappeared into the kitchen. Finally, we had to go back to the counter a third time just to get cups for the fountain machine. That's a lot of back and forth for something basic. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered two bacon breakfast tacos and a side of smashed potatoes. The tortillas were so hard they were practically inedible -- I ended up tearing pieces off and eating just the egg, bacon, and cheese filling. The potatoes were bland and also cold, like they'd been sitting out too long. It's disappointing because my first experience was solid. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but for nearly $40, this meal didn't feel worth it.
