The Red Velvet Latte was definitely a jolt of sugar for my early morning but it did taste like red velvet cake so that was a plus. I don't buy coffee out often because of the cost but on this day I just needed a little something. It was clean inside and had a brightly colored wall and white chairs. The inside is bright and cheery with small goods from local vendors. There are tables and chairs but no comfy couches/cushy chairs, if that matters to you for your coffee hangout experience. There are bagels, scones, and a few other pastries to accompany their expansive drink menu. Yes, they seem to specialize in their really unique flavor combos for lattes, but they also have the coffee basics and teas. The digital menu board scrolled through the menu a bit too fast for us to see, so we had to ask the lovely owner for advice. She has the specialty drink menu printed but I wish there were either an online menu to view via QR code or full printed menu at the shop. Luckily, she was extremely patient and helpful. Everyone who popped into the shop was greeted so warmly, many clearly regulars. I think this speaks volumes about the quality of both a product AND the people who serve you. Then came the confusion around drinks. We never received cups after ordering -- despite asking three separate times. First, we were told the cups would come out with our food. When they didn't, we asked the food runner, who said he'd check on it but just disappeared into the kitchen. Finally, we had to go back to the counter a third time just to get cups for the fountain machine. That's a lot of back and forth for something basic. When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. I ordered two bacon breakfast tacos and a side of smashed potatoes. The tortillas were so hard they were practically inedible -- I ended up tearing pieces off and eating just the egg, bacon, and cheese filling. The potatoes were bland and also cold, like they'd been sitting out too long. It's disappointing because my first experience was solid. I'm hoping this was just an off day, but for nearly $40, this meal didn't feel worth it. The staff seemed overwhelmed and stretched thin, with just a handful of employees trying to juggle too many tasks during a rush. Cleanliness, service, and food temperature all suffered as a result. For now, this location won't be high on my list to return to. There are better breakfast spots in town that don't come with this much hassle.

Also was not kind or polite to her in anyway and when asked which coffee she handed was she nastily said there's a sticker. Customer service needs improvement, sugar isn't healthy from a medical standpoint and yet you give that straight out a window without changing the order no matter what condition is of the customer. Management needs to step in for sure.
