Stopped in at Biggby Coffee on my way to an event. First time in the coffee shop. They were quick to take my order and I ordered a Red Velvet Latte. I could have my latte iced or hot and I chose hot. I did not have to wait long for them to get my drink made. The Red Velvet Latte was definitely a jolt of sugar for my early morning but it did taste like red velvet cake so that was a plus. I don't buy coffee out often because of the cost but on this day I just needed a little something. It was clean inside and had a brightly colored wall and white chairs. I am from the area but had never stopped in Biggby Coffee until I made a trip home. The drinks are completely oversaturated with sugar and the staff was not pleasant when I asked questions about the items. The item I got I even requested half the "pumps" of flavoring as she noted it would be sweeter with the full recipe. The drink was not even drinkable, even with the modifications. read more

Finally it's open!!! We need a coffee place in the Hebron area. It's a great location right off the highway. The place is beautiful. The walls are bright yellow so welcoming. The employees are learning but very nice and attentive. I ordered the salted caramel latte and it was so yummy and very needed on this cold winter day. This was the best place for my husband and me. Espresso and nitrogen ice cream. I had a latte which was perfectly made and not at all bitter. My husband got the vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. It tasted like homemade and you could see the yummy specks of vanilla. The place was quite, clean and simple decor. My iced Americano was basically undrinkable. I thought at first it was just strong espresso or the "barista" burnt the shot. I eventually realized at the bottom of my cup was a thick layer of ground espresso beans that had settled. I understand sometimes you get some rogue bean dust in a drink but this was A LOT. Everything here is hit or miss. Though I only come in the mornings, every person seems to hate working there. I try to be nice and smile and ask questions but the reaction I get is I am wasting their time and they can't wait for me to leave the store. I stopped ordering from door dash because they would forget something every time and now I will only go here if it's the only place open. This isn't based off of one interaction, it's after about a dozen in-person and about 6 door dash orders. I wish I had the experiences others seem to have, maybe it's just me lol read more

Great coffee, great people! I love iced coffee and they have some of the very best you can find! What's more they're relatively cheap (I mean you can make it at home cheaper but that takes like... effort and time.) the staff is amazing and kind as well. They seem happy too, no one walks around looking dead inside and they seem staffed adequately with little attrition that I can see after years of going there. It looks like the people who work there are happy and that makes a world of difference compared to other places you can get coffee where the baristas look like they would rather be anywhere but there. Between the good coffee and the happy staff I can't recommend this place enough! read more

It is unfortunate but I think others should know. I have been a consistent client at this Biggby's for over 2 years. Often getting my morning latte 2/3 times a week if not more. But I've decided to drive the extra 20 minutes to their Florence location. This location burns the milk in the lattes 50% of the time and today I received a half-full 24oz Latte. I have to admit, I never really get coffee anywhere else but the big competitor... however, we just moved to this area and I wanted to try this place. I went on their website and signed up for their rewards program and got a free coffee email the next day, which was awesome. I went in early in the morning on a weekday. The inside was really cute and welcoming. The ladies working were very nice and even remade my drink for me with no problem when my morning brain didn't correctly give my order. I thought their iced chai tea latte was very good. It was not too heavy on any of the ingredients. I also had their sausage, egg and cheese bagel. I liked that I could pick what type of bagel I wanted. At first I thought it was a little pricey, but the sandwich was huge - the size of a full bagel and a lot bigger than your typical breakfast sandwich. It was tasty. I also liked that they wrapped it up to keep it warm instead of just putting it directly in the bag. Overall, great experience and I will definitely come back! read more

I'm not a regular here. I come in about once a month when I have a little bit of time in the mornings between my commute to work. Today it was rather crowded so ended up giving a little bit of space between the line and the door to allow people to flow in and out naturally without obstructing the way. A gentleman came in and heated up standing right in front of me so I inquired about whether or not he had ordered online?. He said no and he said go ahead. In which I obliged in the communication was very simple. The challenge was that the workers decided to take his order in advance. Mind you he probably comes in every day and I understand that. However, it is deeply frustrating when I have a communication with a fellow customer about the process of checkout and the customer service decides that regardless of that interaction that they are going to place another customer in front of the other regardless of the chain. It's deeply frustrating and I value my time just as much as anybody else's. It would be nice in the future that maybe the customer service considers all individuals who come through their door in the chain of order. It felt dismissive and ostracizing at the same time. And I understand that I'm not a regular, but I don't think I ever will be at this point now read more

For my first time ever at Biggby, it was awesome! There was some trouble with my card and I didn't get approved but it wasn't realized until after I left. I was worried about how I would pay for it because I was on my way out of town when I stopped in. Emma, who was working at the time, sent me a message and told me it was all covered and not to worry about it! This place is full of people who truly care about the customer's experience. 10/10 would go again for the great people and service!!! read more
