I usually never write reviews because i know what it's like to work in restaurant (specifically fast food) but I had already been waiting for a while for my food and the guy came to the window and handed it to me, my food fell on the ground, the worker said "sorry" and then walked away. I sat there because i expected what every other fast food chain would do, remake it. i sat there longer only for a lady to come up to me and ask if i forgot something, i just left at the point i wasn't trying to deal with having them remake it and having to wait all over again. i also struggle with hip and pain issues so to bend over out of my car and pick up the food on the group (that i now have to go home with) was a hassle. i love dunkin i hate that this happened read more

The employees are always very friendly, so if course I appreciate that. But DD has become a regular spot for me to go and get their avocado toast for breakfast over the past year or so when I lived in Florida. I'm new to the area and every time I go it looks like i get an old piece of avocado toast where they actually scrape all the avocado off and then top it with some old bacon pieces. I've tried asking a couple times to specifically put more on and they said they have to measure it out but there's next to no avocado even still. I had one time where it was semi decent when I just asked for extra avocado but I just tried that again and it's back to looking like it's scraped off. I know it might seek knit-picky but that's the only reason I go there and I used to enjoy it. I'll have to find another option for my quick drop-in breakfast elsewhere. read more

Absolutely love this Dunkin Donuts. Doughnuts are always fresh and the coffee always tastes great. I am from PA and I was lost without my Dunkin Donuts so when this location was being built I was super excited and everything tastes exactly as I remember. Keep up the great job. read more

i've only ever used the drive through at this location, and while it's definitely one of my new favorite treats, it has som pretty big flaws. Pros: i'm not sure if this is common at all dunkin locations, but the donuts are very sweet but not too sweet. The Bismarck's are my favorite...not just here but maybe of all donuts ever. Cons: it's hard to order at the drive through since i'm not familiar with their menu, but i've also had folks get my order wrong before. one time my boyfriend ordered some drinks and 3 donuts. the cashier came with the drinks and a bag with two donuts and handed it to him like "we're just waiting on that last one".. so a minute or two later he comes back with one donut in his hand and then dropped it (while covered in molten chocolate frosting) into the bag my bf offered back to him. It kinda ruined the donut because the chocolate set on the bag mostly. it's a fairly new place and it happens, so overall i recommend it. read more

I've been through this Dunkin countless times, most of the time to get an iced Chai latte and they may have only gotten the order correct maybe 3 or 4 times, the other times it tastes bland or like they made a coffee drink instead of chai. Each and every time I go through the drive thru, the employees have the worst attitudes I've ever experienced at fast food and always are rude. This has gone on even before COVID. I understand how stressful and frustrating working fast food is, as I worked it throughout high school, but I've never felt the need to act like some of these employees act. the only reason this location has a 1.5 rating is because people only have something to say when they are mad. This place is amazing. Everyone is always so nice and I've met some great people here. The whole teams great and if I could give every employee a gold star I would. If they've ever messed up my drink in the past, they make me another one and I get to keep both. I'm going to attribute my experience today to missing or incomplete understanding of processes since this is a relatively new location. Placed a mobile order for drive thru... app says to use the "mobile drive thru lane" - let me save you some time - there ISN'T one. I pretty much expected as much since I know the lot is small - but a small sign or something might keep others from wondering - or worse, driving around the building to find their mistake and have to get back in line (luckily I didn't do that, but I could see it happening.) Line was moving SLOOOOOOOW.... I got to the order sign and told the friendly voice behind the speaker that I had a mobile order. Which they identified immediately. Good, I thought, things are looking up... then I was told they didn't know about the dozen donuts on the order. They said 'I'll look for your receipt and get it ready - drive up to the next window." So... many... many minutes later, I finally make it up to the pickup window. No one greets me for quite a while... then appears and I have to explain that no, I didn't have the refill cup on the screen... I have the mobile order. OH, YOU'RE the mobile order! Here's your sandwich... uh, did you have something else? Yep, that dozen donuts? Right... uh I don't have your receipt, so how did you want those? Here... look at my phone - the order is right here. Ok... ok... I got it. Gal disappears for a few seconds and reappears with the dozen as ordered. Apparently it was prepared all long but didn't have any markings to track it in the chaos. Now, everyone was nice and courteous - a plus in today's customer facing service industry, but clearly there are some procedural issues at this location. I'm sure this double work and inefficiency is adding to the long drive thru times already mentioned in other reviews here. Love that Dunkin' is now in Huntington. I stop by here frequently and their drive-thru moves pretty quickly. The only reason I am giving a ranking of four stars is it can be a little tough to park and get in and out of the location. The food and drinks they prepare are on point. Very convenient location if traveling on foot from Marshall University or nearby businesses. Their cold brew iced coffee is pretty incredible. read more

This Dunkin is.... how do say this nicely! AWFUL! The customer service is terrible and I have had many employees straight up ignore me when I kindly asked for them to fix my order (which happens a lot because they can never get my orders right) or simply asking for a straw that they have for the hundredth time forgotten to put in my bag. I used to love Dunkin and used to go there several times a week in another city. I went to this one for the first time and now suddenly they won't do refills unless it's a cup you bought from them (the difference??) even if you pay full price. Their disposable cups are styrofoam to boot. Incredibly wasteful and money-grabbing by them. I won't be going back again unless this policy changes. read more

They have good breakfast and good coffee but the drive thru orders at this location are frequently wrong.

There was one car ahead of me when I pulled in the drive-thru and maybe 3 people inside. Waited ten minutes before someone took my order and another 15 minutes before I even pulled up to window to pay. I noticed they got order wrong of car in front of me and then also got my order wrong. Frustrating when no one is in line and can still not run smoothly. Had 5 cars behind me when given wrong drink so wasn't going to make them wait even longer. Also had somewhere to be. Poor management during off hours on a Friday morning. read more

I was excited to try the Beyond breakfast sandwich, so I stopped by this morning. I ordered it without egg or cheese to make it vegan. It took forever to get to pay, then I was told to pull to the second window and my food would be ready soon. It was not soon. It took forever. I finally got my food, handed to me by what had to have been the least enthusiastic person ever to work at a Dunkin Donuts. I waited until i got to work to open my food (mistake). When I opened it, it had cheese melted all over it, rendering it non-vegan and therefore went in the trash. In the time that it took to get my food, they could have read my "no egg, no cheese" request thousands of times. Why did it have cheese on it? Ugh!! I will say that if I had checked right when I got it, I probably would have still just thrown it away and left rather than wait for another to be made. Horrible, horrible service.
