The staff at this location is amazing! They remember faces and your order. They are quick and efficient.

That was my time at this place i order egg n cheese on crusan and medium sized ice tea, medium sized latte, it's took more than 10 minutes on drive thru plus they charge me almost $12. Best Dunkin' in the area. Staff is very friendly and anytime I've had an issue with the taste of my coffee, they gladly make changes.

I pass this location on my work commute and when it first opened I thought how convenient this will be for those few times a month that I forget to bring my morning coffee with me on my morning commute. Even the morning opening hours were perfect, they open at 5am and I pass them at 5:05am. So when that day came that I forgot to bring coffee with me in the morning I stopped at their drive up window (after 5:05am) and there was no one in sight. Very disappointing. The second time I went there was today. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, a muffin and a macchiato. The server and myself failed this time. She gave me my food and receipt and said thank you so I drove off, without realizing that they never gave me the macchiato. I called and they apologized for the mistake. I told them I would stop by later when I was out around again to pick it up. read more

This location is terrible - save yourself and go the extra 2 minutes to the location on Rt 1 & Green St. I have given this location multiple changes in the past week - they don't make your on the go order until you're already at the location (which defeats the purpose). They don't have small straws, so have fun drinking your small iced beverage with a straw meant for the large iced cups. I ordered (on the go, mind you) a Snack N' Go chicken wrap without ranch sauce and ancho chipotle sauce instead. It clearly says it in my app, on my receipt, and I can assume on the screen they have by the sandwich station. What was I given? A Snack N' Go chicken wrap with ranch sauce. Exactly opposite of what I ordered. Having given this location multiple chances, I will never be back here again. read more

I have been there multiple times in the past and never really had a problem. Within the past year or two, the owner decided to get rid of all the dining room tables and chairs. There is nowhere to sit so anyone who goes inside basically has to order their stuff to go. Instead of having an employee at the front counter, it's basically 3 people constantly working on drive thru orders. I went inside with a friend and there were 2 other people in front of us. One woman was constantly talking into the head set taking drive thru orders, the other woman was making food, and the third person was making coffee orders for the drive thru. The woman on the head set kept telling the people in line "Ok give me a moment..." and eventually the first person walked out. About 2 minutes went by and they were asking the man in front of us what he wanted so as he was answering the woman and saying what he wanted, she kept walking away talking into the head set. She came back and said "Sorry sir, what do you want?" and you can tell he was getting aggravated. He was repeating what he said very slow with an attitude and I don't blame him, who knows how long he waited there. My friend and I left so we didn't really get to see if that man got his order or not. My advice would be don't ever go inside, they only care about the drive thru. read more

They only good thing about my trip to this location was that its around the corner in my neighborhood. I litterally had to wait like 15 minutes for a medium dark roast before i placed my order. Ended up buying americano since they didnt have the dark roast at that moment . read more

If I had a choice this place would not even have a 1 star rating..customer service in this place is horrible.. when I tried to utilize my free beverage reward the girl scanned it for a small drink even when I told her to scan it for the larger drink.. or to do two separate transactions..when I asked her to change it.. she wouldn't change it and said it's too late..instead of her accommodating me..she didn't fulfill my order correctly.. then intentionally forgot to give me my receipt so I wouldn't call to place a complaint..but no worries. First time and last time at this Dunkin. My order was a small iced latte, mocha flavor, with almond milk, whip cream and I specified very little ice. What they gave me was a small iced coffee, dark roast, no mocha, with regular milk, filled with ice and no whip cream. Also did not give me a straw which I realized as I drove away. Was very upset that they messed up my order and did not admit it. Attitude was also not appreciated. read more

Very poor customer service. I went to the drive thru ordered five coffees, had to repeat each order three times. Finally when I got to the window one coffee was missing got that corrected. When I got home the other four coffee order were all wrong. Called the location no one answered the phone call. When I got in touch with the district manager he promised full refund, it been a week yet to receive. Will be going to Starbucks from now read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They don't know how to make drinks properly. The hot drinks are cold. Iced coffee taste like it is made with bad water or spoiled milk. Ugh, where to start? This dunkin was shoehorned into a small building. The inside is literally a hallway. It's very narrow and cramped with no chairs, or even a table. This didn't stop the high school kids from lounging on the floor though. There was a man and a woman working there. The inside customers were ignored for the drive-thru customers, and woman took her time filling food orders. Then, the man "helped" with the food by handling it while NOT WEARING GLOVES and while talking on his personal cell phone! It took so long to get my order I left without checking it (I had to go somewhere). Of course, they messed up my sandwich order. Terrible place, stay away from here! read more
