Service super slow in drive through. Incompetent employees 10 plus min wait every time.

S..L..O..W. This morning, I popped into the drive-thru thinking it would be quick. Wow...was I wrong! Can't say this shocks me as it's happened before. At 6:25 a.m. I ordered my BLACK COFFEE. Nothing else. 22 minutes later, I FINALLY get my drink. I would have driven off if I hadn't been stuck behind someone else...who didn't have a large order either. Like others, I have been there mid afternoon and ordered something as simple as sweet tea only to be told that their are 'out of it' or that 'we stop making it after 3'. Been told on multiple occasions that they are out of donuts at a time when that shouldn't be an issue. I can see it happening 7 pm, but not in the morning. Also, posted hours are worthless! If I could give a zero star rating I certainly would. The employees are constantly rude. They talk badly about customers in front of other customers. The workers mess things up, customers pay for things online and then get told they are out or the machine is out of order and then the workers are rude and offer no suggestions just stare with dumb founded looks on their faces. This place is a disaster and a joke. The wait times are ridiculous. The drinks are NEVER consistent and when I go inside I usually have to reach for my own straws and napkins because the drinks leak everywhere and are very sloppy and they act inconvenienced when you ask for a napkin. The main problem is the workers. They are very very unprofessional and rude. Absolute joke. read more

I really enjoy Dunkin. The servers are always friendly, if they make a mistake they're more than happy to make it right. And importantly these days, they all wear their masks over their noses! The coffee is wonderful and the don holes (munchkins) are delicious. I absolutely recommend them. read more

What kind of donut shop runs out of donuts and doesn't make more? They're open til 9 and out of donuts at 3:30? And why offer me sweet tea when they don't have that either? This was a total waste of time and money. read more

Espresso machine is down around 50% of the time for one reason or another.. Starbucks doesn't have this problem..

The morning crew needs to start showing up to work in the morning. If people are coming through the drive thru, they have planned time out of their day to get there earlier than they have to be to work. Quit wasting everyone's time and open when you're supposed to! If you open at 530am and your store is still completely dark and closed at 550am, that is a problem. Grow up and show up! read more

Horrid service, you're almost guaranteed to wait 20 minutes for cold food, or watered down coffee. I've on several occasions had to ask for my bacon to be warmed up because it is handed to me cold after such a long wait. read more

This Dunkin seriously has the WORST service I have ever gotten at a coffee place. They were slow, rude, and just distasteful. I will not be coming back. The coffee also tasted burnt. I'm sad to have this place in Jacksonville. Wish it was a Starbucks. read more

I was expecting to get a donut at Dunkin' Donuts but apparently you only get a choice of 2 different kinds.

Went inside and ordered a large black coffee and waited 18 minutes for the coffee. By this time, there were about ten people behind me in line. Finally, I had to tell them to drop my order because I was going to be late for work. Needless to say, I left without my coffee having already paid. read more

I have had the worst restaurant experience of my life!!! First I felt like it took too long for someone to ask if I was ready to order, I already looked online so I knew exactly what I wanted; Avocado Toast with a Large cold brew with oat milk and hazelnut flavor shots. They did ok on the timing for my drink but I feel like they should have put my toast in the oven at the same time, not waiting a bit, but maybe that was a new employee? When I did actually get my Avocado Toast, I saw that there was a piece of bacon on it, despite specifically ordering it without bacon and telling the cashier 'No thanks, I'm a Vegetarian'. I politely explained that I can't eat this as I'm a Vegetarian and have been for 4 years and I don't want to get sick (if I were to eat it I could have diarrhea and vomiting). They took it back and when I was given the Avocado Toast back (the girl rudely slid it over and didn't look in my direction) she told me to "Check it!" and no one apologized for the mistake. I will NEVER eat at this specific establishment again! If that's how rude they treat you when they made a mistake that shouldn't have been made, then I'd hate to see how they treat their enemies. I would have them take a lesson in what can happen if you give Vegetarians and Vegans meat as well as what to do when you make a mistake like that. I would have been fine if they had told me that they accidentally put bacon on it and that they had to remake it. If I could give negative stars I would! DON'T EAT HERE!!!! read more

I ordered a ice vanilla latte with whole milk and added sugar, and they gave me a iced latte with whole milk. It was horrible! Not to mention, it was almost $5! in fact, I shouldn't have to drive to the store just to add sugar and vanilla in it because there customer service is terrible! Also, there donuts were hard, dry, and stale! It was a bad start to my day! They won't be seeing me again. read more
