We'd seen a highway sign for a cafe, but when we went there it was more of a sit-down restaurant than a place where we could grab a latte quickly and head out (perhaps they could have accommodated, but it just wasn't quite what we were looking for). But then as we were getting back to the interstate, we saw a large sign on the side of a building that said COFFEE. Yes!!! We arrived at this adorable little coffee shop that was bright and airy with plenty of seating. It had a ton of photos from around the community and seemed like a really fun local joint. While we were there multiple people trickled in and out. Oh, and then there was the coffee!! I ordered a latte, and when it came in its clear plastic cup with a darker brown color (not the white/light brown you get at designer cafes) I knew I was going to love it. And oh my word this was the best latte I've ever had! My driving mate got a chai latte and said the exact same thing. This is such a lovely coffee shop I'm so sad it's far away from home.
