This one is located in Lima, OH almost an hour from where I live. I usually eat here if I make a shopping trip into Lima either to have a meals, a snack to keep me going, or to take a box of donuts home with me. Still I would love to give it a better rating than 3 stars, it's just that my experiences here run the range from great to terrible. I have received both good service here and really bad service. I once had a time where I was given a box of donuts with seemingly random choices and with donuts I did not order and like... something I did not find until I got home. I will also say that I am not thrilled with the donuts either... although they sometimes come up with some cool innovative ones (Oreo cookie donut, Fruit loops donut), I prefer the taste of Dunkin.
