It's a nice surprise when you come in from the road to a legendary staple and they've combined with a Coldstone. Not being a fan of their food, I generally avoid eating at Tim's. But on the verge of starving to death, we ordered simple breakfasts and they were a delight. Sausage, egg and biscuit all tasted great and Mrs. E's Croissant Breakfast sandwich was light and airy with wonderful flavours. What a pleasant surprise! A little cold stone creamery contraband and we were back on the road. Try the Cake Batter Sprinkle ice cream sandwich or the Savory Strawberry shake. Both excelled on the yum scale. The folks here were adequately friendly. No warmth, but professional. Over the years I've come to discover that some folks are overly friendly/outgoing and some grunt and barely give you the time of day. As long as they are doing their jobs, I'm satisfied. No report on the ambiance, but the drive thru was fast and efficient. A big thumbs up to this TH! I had never eaten at a Tim Horton's until I moved to Ohio. There were none in my area. If you wanted donuts it was either Dunkin or Krispy Kreme. So one day while I was making my way around , I passed by a Tim Horton's and decided to give it a try. Since then I have eaten at or from Tim Hortons at least 5-6 times since moving up here. This one is located in Lima, OH almost an hour from where I live. I usually eat here if I make a shopping trip into Lima either to have a meals, a snack to keep me going, or to take a box of donuts home with me. It's conveniently located to stores I frequent in Lima. It should also be noted, that it also doubles up as a Coldstone Creamery, which is pretty versatile if you think about it. Still I would love to give it a better rating than 3 stars, it's just that my experiences here run the range from great to terrible. I have received both good service here and really bad service. I once had a time where I was given a box of donuts with seemingly random choices and with donuts I did not order and like... something I did not find until I got home. I will also say that I am not thrilled with the donuts either... although they sometimes come up with some cool innovative ones (Oreo cookie donut, Fruit loops donut), I prefer the taste of Dunkin. Their iced coffee, though, heavenly! One of the best I ever consumed anywhere. Definitely worth buying! I also do prefer their breakfast sandwiches to Dunkin. But, they are only slightly better. All except for one, I had the first time I came. They had a limited time breakfast sandwich which was a maple waffle breakfast sandwich, omg! If that was a permanent item, i would up my review just for that. It is certainly worth a try. read more

There was a blonde girl who works here, who tried to argue with customers constantly and I once overheard her complaining about her job. She can't even make drinks correctly. Please consider making drinks accurately. I worked in 2 coffee shops and it's not hard to make drinks at all. I threw my coffee away after she made it. I won't be ordering it from here if she's there sorry. I pay for what I order if you can't make drinks then please don't work here or make them. I love the coffee, food, atmosphere. Workers are pleasant. BUT, when I want to stop in, eat, sip coffee and work at my laptop, I Oh SO cannot stomach Christian pop music blasting "Hallelujahs" and "Praise Jesus " overhead.. So I go through the drive thru when I can, but as much as I would like to go into the restaurant for a bite or a coffee, I usually have to take my business elsewhere.... read more

Excellent breakfast wraps! Available daily until 5:00 PM, so this is my favorite place! Fast food that doesn't seem or taste fast! Their coffee is exceptional, as is their iced tea. I'm a delivery guy. All the employees I saw there wore their masks improperly, noses uncovered. There was no sealing of bags, or covering up the drink holes on cup lids for safety from any kind of contamination like nearly every other restaurant I've picked up food from does. Also, the one worker forgot where he placed a food item and someone else had to find it. There's no professionalism, no real safety practices, and their frozen donuts are garbage. I have a complaint about the Lima, Ohio, Elida road location. This was the worst experience I have had, I got a chocolate milkshake there's was no flavor at all, it had the taste and texture of watered down milk and was nothing but foamy. It was just overall very disappointing especially for what I paid for it. Definitely will NOT be going back. First, let's be clear, Timmy Ho's coffee is the best chain coffee in a fifty mile radius. Tell them what you want in your coffee and it's done the same every time--small, medium or large. I prefer it over Dunkin Donuts, but I didn't grow up with either. It's donut are just okay. As are all the donut shops in Lima. The people are great though and hard working. Become a regular. I usually make a Tim Hortons stop if I have to work on saturdays, but that will no longer be happening. My coffee tasted like lukewarm water, my hash brown and breakfast sandwich were both still cold, the cheese wasn't even melted on my bagel! After having this problem the past three Saturdays, it's not worth my money anymore! read more
