I don't fully understand the one star this location has. Maybe it could be the fact people just aren't happy. I'm not sure. But my review is nothing but five stars. This is for the Dunkin on N Court St Medina. They attempted to charge me double the price for a simple medium blueberry breeze and single order of hashbrowns. When questioned they became rude. Left without my order. In addition they are always out of key ingredients needed to make the drinks. read more

This USED to be my preferred Dunkin' in the area, but that has changed. The big problem for me is that length of wait if the dining room is closed. The drive thru line gets backed up and there are sometimes cars looking to turn left and cut the line when they pull in from Medina Line Road. It's not that bad when the dining room is open for walk-in orders, but that has been hit or miss lately. I always prefer to order on the app to save time, but if the dining room is closed, and you have to wait in a line 10 cars deep to pick up your app order, then the purpose of the app is kind of defeated. Hopefully they will be able to open up the dining room consistently and do something about the awkward drive-thru lines/cars cutting in line. read more

Dunkin Donut..on Medina Rd (rt 18) is the worst Dunkin Donut . The manager refuses to make a strawberry refresher with almond milk in which i have purchase at 3 different Dunkin Donuts in the area. She argued there was no button to push to charge for the almond milk. So instead of stating we can make your drink with almond milk but there will be a additional charge. She didn't want to keep my business in which i purchase donuts and other beverages several times a week. I will not go back to that store i always thought the customer should have it their way since they pay for it. Very Rude and unprofessional. Be proud you lost a customer. read more

Oh man, this is hands down the worst Dunkin', ever. Your order will always be messed up and they will ALWAYS be out of everything.

The service is horrible. This location is so dirty. I was there at 10am and there isn't any possible way it is that dirty from just the same day traffic. It obviously has not been cleaned in quite some time. They wouldn't make a simple chocolate milk for my young kids. They were out of many items @10am. Of all the (many) workers behind the counter only 1 was helpful and kind to me and other customers. I'll never go back and tell everyone I know how horrible this location is!!! read more

My food was hot and ready so fast! Unfortunately I asked for no sugar and received a VERY sweet coffee. They quickly and without hesitation prepared it correctly, but I had to go in to get it fixed. a few weeks ago I sat in the line for a good 10 min, (only car in the drive thru ) then when my order was taken and as I was waiting for another 5 ish or so min after I pulled around - the workers were literally twerking I didn't even wait for my coffee at that point I drove away, today we waited for a good 5 1/2 min and had to say hello twice in order to get our beverage's.. this location needs better management. read more

Just moved to medina and I would so much rather make the 20 minute drive to wadsworth because every single time I've been here they have messed up my drink completely. Great service! We stopped after church and there was a line of cars at the drive thru so decided to go in. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two donuts and the staff had it prepared really quickly. We had our food to go and when we came out the drive thru line was gone. I ordered two donuts, paid for two, and only got one --and it wasn't even one of type I ordered. I was the only person in line at the drive through and inside seating was empty. To make matters worse, the only donut I did receive was put in the bag with the icing facing down which meant, after I took it out of the bag, all the icing stuck to the bag and was off the donut. I understand that you close in an hour and a half, but when you don't give me the hashbrowns that I ordered, and I ask for them, and then you bring me five really burnt hashbrowns in a little bag and just kind of toss them at me, I genuinely want to throw them back at you, but I'm actually a decent person who isn't consumned by discontent. I'm a New England native... Where there is a DD on almost every corner. Out here in Ohio though, they are pretty widely spaced from each other. I've learned that after 11 am, the Wadsworth DD is usually out of blueberry muffins. So I thought I would give the Medina DD on rt 18 a shot. There was no-one in the store aside from an employee working the drive thru. I stood at the counter for a few moments, then yelled out HELLO. What seemed like a couple of minutes, a different employee came to take my counter order. I asked for 6 blueberry muffins. To which he said he had but 1. So I asked if they were making more. He said no, the baker is only there until 8 each morning, so when they're gone, they're gone. So I asked for 5 corn muffins (to go with the last blueberry.) He asked "What kind?" I repeated, 'Corn'. he said "no, we don't sell corn". I think he thought I wanted 5 ears of corn, so obviously, like Wadsworth DD, corn muffins never get made. I do not recommend this DD nor the Wadsworth DD. Which is a shame, because back in Massachusetts I run to DD at least 3 times a day. (and they ALL have corn muffins) read more

We buy donuts from our local grocer every Sunday and this is the worst donut I've ever had. I ordered a chocolate frosted cake donut. It had cinnamon in/on it and it was hard. I choked down half of it and couldn't wait to drink my coffee that so that I could get the taste out of my mouth. Even my kids, ages 13,12,& 9 stated how badly theirs tasted. Absolutely horrible. The employees weren't helpful or nice. They acted like we were ruining their day by walking in in the afternoon. They had no donuts, said they sold out in the morning. Pro: Fairly clean, Service was OK Con: Coffee was so weak I truly had a hard time detecting a coffee flavor. I am not expecting Starbucks, but I would expect at least comparable to Tim Horton's. I got a chocolate frosted donut, it was quite stale. They had hardly anything else made. I didn't finish it, and the "coffee" wasn't helping me wash it down. I am writing this review in hopes that maybe some one will finally respond to me... Monday morning on my way to work, I ordered one of the new blueberry specialty lattes, medium and hot. Feeling rushed by the lady at the window, she quickly handed my drink and shut the window. I drove off because I still had to drop my children off at daycare and then go to work. When I got to work I finally picked up my coffee only to realize it was an XL coffee with vanilla flavoring, cream and sugar and I will always state it tasted AWFUL- worst coffee I have had to date. I didn't even finish it. That's how gross it was. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday leaving messages two of the times requesting a manager to call me back. I have yet to hear back from them and at this point now I'm annoyed with their horrible customer service. They can't answer phones, respond to messages or apparently get orders right... all I have to say is... word of mouth ... not recommending them now ... I'll find a new coffee spot to go to since they cannot contact me back and at least apologize for the inconvenience and the mess up on their part. read more
