I'm out on the road at 5 in the morning so this location is only one near me open for business at that time. More times than not my order is wrong. Usually I go through the drive thru but yesterday I went inside. I ordered a drink and a sandwich, which I watched the lady make without gloves. Gross! Customer service is hit or miss at this location. Cant say I'd recommend them. Included a couple pics of when they actually get it right. read more

Good matcha tea lattes w oat milk, and egg bites are like a yummy omelet to go! The grilled cheese is also pretty good, and the black pepper maple bacon- amazing! My kids like the bacon and of course donuts. This is a good one! read more

Chi tea is amazing here came here while working. The bagels are always fresh I get the plain on with strawberry creamcheese. Normally I like a iced macciato but this time swiched it up to the chi tea it was absolutely tasty vanilla was so flavorful almost like a pumpkin spice is what is think of while drinking it. The girl at the drive-through just dumped hot coffee all over my arm, hand, and into my car. The lid was not on and the coffee was full to the brim. I'm wearing a light colored sweater, which is now stained, and since I'm on break from work, it will be uncomfortable for the remainder of my shift, as well as ruined. I unfortunately don't have stain remover handy at my job. It also burned, as the coffe was scalding hot. She barely apologized, and I even had to ask for napkins, because she just stood there and stared at me dumbfounded. This Dunkin' Donuts is full of children that cannot even function at a fast food restaurant. I would go out the way and go to Starbucks next time. read more

If I could I would have given this joint negativity stars. As I was there with a female friend of mine, while she was using the restroom an employee their's with the name tag Sarah was as well. The employee had 'blown' up the stall next to my female friend and proceeded to exit the bathroom without making a stop to the sink. My female friend asked if aren't all employees required to wash up after using the bathroom. The employee told my female friend to fuck off and to mind her own business. Needless to say we decided to discard our food and to never return to this Dunken Donuts again. read more

If I could, I would give it zero stars. The only reason I came in was to sit down and work. Since there are basically no options on Sunday in this town, I came here because they have free wifi. Or that's at least what their sign says. Evidently it's been out for weeks/months, and instead of buying a new machine or fixing it, they just kept hoping nobody would notice or care. It's not that expensive to get a new one, and it's the responsibility if a franchise, especially if they keep the sign up. read more
