I don't even know this lady's name but the owner was so rude to me as I was have difficulty ordering my drink aswell as my children's, I proceeded to sit down with them at a table to eat our breakfast before church and the table was sticky and had crumbs all over it, it was so disgusting we had to go eat it in the car, I will NEVER be coming back to this Dunkin as I had a 0/10 experience. I'm so disappointed in the management and lack of structure in this facility, they need to start cleaning because there going to get rats. Drive Thru Only Review--I see some other Yelpers have had a bit of trouble here, but whenever I come "thru" it's easy breezy for the most part. I'm sure that my being a simple coffee orderer doesn't hurt. I never get lattes or iced mochas or Cooladas-too much sugar. I rarely eat donuts anymore but I have ordered breakfast items here and they are always as I expected. Nothing's spectacular, but hot and as I ordered. Once there was a bit of a wait in the drive thru, but 85% of the time, I get through quickly. Today was no exception. ( Got my iced decaf drip coffee with cream only;) That's one of the top goals of a good fast food place-to move the drive thru line and provide accuracy. Ordered a cold brew and frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream and received no whipped cream on the frozen hot chocolate and an unsweetened iced tea. Management and staff are rude, impatient and unprofessional. When you're inside, the guy behind the counter is staring at you and glaring while you're trying to order, and counters and tables are dirty and greasy. This is a fairly small Dunkin with a convoluted parking situation, but they did serve its purpose. I believe I can here during rush time and had to park in the back and walk all the way around to enter. There appears to be only two or three tables for seating so it's definitely a place to grab and go. The service was the same as other places and nothing stood out at this branch. It was interesting to come here as we travel around and test random Dunkin places when we are bored, but I have to say, the unsweetened iced tea was a bit better here. Some other places have this weird tart taste in the tea, but this one served tea that was more natural tasting. Not sure if I got lucky on the pot that they brewed, but it made this trip better for me. I would like to come back, but since the experience wasn't so great and the parking was a bit troublesome, I would just go to the most convenient one. read more

The staff had a bad attitude. They actually sold me the food returned by the customer in front of me. I asked to make a new one for me. The attitude was very reluctant. It seems that some form of extraordinary incompetency overwhelms each crew every day in a way that appears almost astonishing to be subjected to after walking thru the doors of this location. I don't know if it's the equipment, the people, a lacking of materials or supplies or if it's a general combination of all of this. Never the less, this location seems to almost aspire to levels of ineptitude in an orchestrated and almost artful way adding insult to injury as you stand wantonly daydreaming of thanking your service person for the plain black medium coffee you have been waiting for, for the past 27 minutes. No thank you. I will drive out of my way to go to the next closest location in Woodbine where reality exists and I get a coffee in like 33 seconds and it's made properly. I use the mobile app weekly and they always get my order right. Don't understand the poor reviews other than people don't know that the best time to get donuts is early morning when they are well stocked. They also must not know that you are suppose to eat them right away and not save them for a rainy day. I think people just like to complain and have no patience. They have always been nice to us. Would give no stars if possible every time I try to give them a second chance something new happens, they rush you at the drive-thru as "is that it? You can pull up" even when I haven't finished my order. I had 500 points for a free medium coffee the man at the window scanned my point but said I wouldn't get it for free I would still have to pay the full amount for it so I asked what happened to my points he said they took them off my account. Delicious bagel minis but that's the only positive I have for this location. Felt rushed and was greeted with attitude at the window. Food was old and greasy so I had to go inside just to be greeted with even more attitude and no manners what so ever. Not to mention the offer to take an item out of my hand and warm it up when I complained about the temperature of my food. I don't know if the two employees there today needed an extra hand or honestly are just negligent because honestly it did not look clean behind the counter. I turn up at this Dunkin' out of coffee necessity probably 2-3 times a week. Tonight my wife and I tried to hit up the Baskin-Robbins side for some ice cream at 8:40 and were met with the OPEN sign turned off and a man in a rush to lock both sets of doors as we walked up. As we looked in to see if they were in fact closed, he came up to check that the doors were locked again, said nothing to us, and walked away. read more

The donuts are fine but what I really love here is their breakfast bagel sandwich. Egg with bacon or sausage on whole wheat is my new fix. Much fresher tasting than McD and none of that goopy fake butter sauce, blah. The only thing I wish they had is fountain soda. Every time i use the drive through my order is wrong. Ordered a ice coffee and 3 donuts and got hot coffee and 2 donuts.

You know, you pay what you get for! Dunkin is not offering Single Source Coffee, or premium roasts but they do offer a delicious dark roast that is hot and made to order the way you like it! I do not personally indulge in donuts or sweet treats, but based on my experience the food seems to be good (at least it looks that way). I however, do pride myself on having a taste for coffee and this place has yet to disappoint when I am in a hurry and want something better than gas station coffee. Give it a shot! read more

Went through the drive through ordered a coffee and a donut. When I arrived at the window I asked to add an iced tea to the order, the lady working the window stuttered and said "uhhhh I don't think she will let you let me ask". She asked the manager and came back saying I would have to circle around back through the drive through to order the iced tea.........based on customer service I returned the coffee and donut, not the type of business I wish to support. The people that run this store are rude beyond belief. At first I thought it was just me, then I started asking around town. I spoke with 9 people and every one had the same take, many said they no longer go there as a result. I went out of my way to go to the Dunkin Donuts in Lisbon, there I was told they get a lot of customers who make the extra drive due to the nasty people running Mt Airy. I heard them yell at a drive thru customer, I see them treat delivery people as if they are an inconvenience rather than a partner. I never felt comfortable in that restaurant so I chose not to give them my business. They are in a great location and clearly are doing well but they could be doing so much better. But alas I don't think you can turn rude people into nice people as as Mt Airy is full of nice people they real stand out. read more

Still in my quest to find a decent dunkin, this place FAILS. We ordered one decaf one regular ice coffee with hazelnut syrup and cream. Got two regular coffees with skim milk. Even after asking them to add cream no one mentioned that both were regular until we asked which one was decaf. Then they were like oh, well ok, we can remake the decaf one. I'm pregnant! Not cool! And neither has more than a droplet of hazelnut, and we had to ask for straws. And both are watery and gross like they poured hot coffee over ice. Wish I could get my money back! read more

The older woman in the polka dot hat is always unpleasant and rude. She looked and my wife, turned to a coworker and in a different language mocked her about her tattoos. The other staff member was awkward and tried to defend us but this woman seems to be management. We have been here several times and the service is often inadequate and the orders come out incorrect. Most recently they took the change and threw it out of the window without an apology or offer to retrieve. We will be going to the other dunkin off of 94 instead. read more

I have never left a poor review for any business but, this latest visit was the last infuriating experience I can tolerate. The customer service leaves MUCH to be desired. In fact. I have often left more insulted and frustrated than content with my purchase. You know... Coffee. The fuel for the day for most. The older woman who barely speaks English in the polkadot hat is by far one of the rudest most inconsiderate service providers I have ever come into contact with. Yes, it is COLD out there today. We all feel it... But to barely open the window wide enough to thrust my coffee out the crack so that I have to basically hang half my body out the car is obnoxious. It's your job, lady. I have one too. And I don't always love it. THEN when she hands me my change... I guess the cold turns her hands into limp useless stumps - drops most of my money on the ground and looks annoyed at ME - then slams the window shut. For real?! I miss the native english speakers working here. There used to be a couple of very pleasant girls who worked here - but I haven't seen them in a week or so. The girl who works in the evenings now is HORRIBLE. She has yet to get an order right. She is rude, slow, and very unfriendly. Her accent is so heavy, it makes her mumbling almost impossible to understand. Until they get some native english speakers working here again - I'm going to avoid this place. I was in today and saw a manager Indian lady drop a drive through customers bagel on the floor pick it up look around and put in bag and gave to customer in drive through. In addition she wasn't wearing any gloves or handling it with a wrap or tissue. I couldn't believe it!!! This is the second time this week that I have been here and the customer service has been awful. The first time I ordered, I wasn't told that they were only accepting cash until after I placed my ordered and drove up to the window. The second time, which was today, whoever was taking my order was very rude. When asking what kind of muffins they had the girl was very rude. The rest of the time I placed my order the girl acted like I was a big inconvenience. After I pulled up to the window the guy didn't say one word and just stood there with his mouth open. This Dunkin Donuts is great. They do a really good job of keeping all of the bagels and donuts stocked throughout the day, and the customer service is impeccable. Very friendly staff that will remember you if you come in as part of your daily morning routine. They are no longer open 24 hours, but do stay open pretty late. i give dunkin' donuts one star simply for their rude customer service. every time i go there i feel rushed and they always have a short temper. they never tell me my total until i get to the window and they pocket the change without asking sometimes. i can never understand them, because of their heavy accent and when i cant understand they don't care. they never smile or act like they like their job at all. when i order drinks they don't label them so i can tell the difference and they mess up and give me the wrong drink sometimes. i don't know if it's just me but i think their customer service is something to wor read more
