Alright. By this point, anyone who's been following my reviews for a hot minute realizes I'm a black sheep amongst most New Englanders. In that, I'm not what you'd call an acolyte of the double D's. Be that as it may, I can assure you I've definitely been to way more efficient Dunkins than this one. Apparently, this one is managed by teenagers according to one previous reviewer. And if actions speak louder than words, this place certainly screams like teen spirit. See, I only stopped here very briefly via the drive thru because I wanted to grab a couple orders of those tasty hash browns I crave every now and then to combine with some home cooked eggs over easy. The problems began almost immediately when I pulled up. Because for a moment there, I was left wondering if the store was even open or not. I'm not kidding. A little over 45 seconds must have passed by (though it felt like an eternity) before anyone so much as acknowledged my existence on the speaker. Once it was validated they were not-so ostensibly open, I confirmed my mobile order and pulled around. If that wasn't awkward enough, the kid at the window who couldn't have been old enough to vote yet hands me my order without saying a word. No "have a nice day" or "here you go, sir". Nothing. Look, I'm not one for formalities. But the very least they could do is utter some semblance of confabulation that assures me they're at least not on the verge of taking that one extra step off the roof. Alas, I drove away with my order both dazed and confused. As I got home, I attempted to enjoy what appeared to be slightly overcooked hash browns (they were literally stuck to one another, if not to the bag they came in). But at least they didn't completely screw up the order. I really don't like closing the year out on a low note. But it's like others have said. This place is clearly ran ineptly as if folks stopped caring ages ago. Though I'm not that big a fan of Dunkin', I can aptly say I've been to better locations. I mean, even the one on Hanscom AFB is 3 star worthy. This place....gets 2 bags of overcooked hash browns out of 5. I'll see you guys next year! read more

1st time at this location. Longest wait ever at a drive-thru with one car ahead of us. Ordered frozen Monkey Business & Chocolate Mocha banana which we had twice at another location. The ones we had were poorly made, with ice chunks, so not smooth, didn't follow recipe, and unappetizingly put together. read more

Yesterday I went to the drive through in the afternoon to get 2 ice coffees When pulling up to the window this young pregnant girl greeted me and handed me 2 coffees that were marked with the wrong ingredients I then asked her if they could be remade she gave me an attitude of course brought 2 more back to me that we're still incorrect the gentleman standing behind Her said to me Hey bro test them out yourself and go. Imagine this is how a customer is talked to First of all I'm nobody's bro. Interview your employees properly make sure they have respect and can talk to paying customers correctly. I can stop at this Dunkin' Donuts for coffee and get lunch/snack items in the same stop!! In addition to the standard donuts, bagels, muffins, cookies, breakfast sandwiches, coffee drinks, this location offers pizza, flatbread sandwiches, hash browns, hot cinnamon sticks & hot apple blossom pastries. So, let's give the 4-inch round sausage & pepperoni pizza ($2.99, a bit overpriced) and the hot apple blossom ($1.99) a try!! The apple blossom (with cinnamon apples & crystal sugar nuts) is very sweet & flaky and good with my coffee. The pizza tasted very similar to a very small Red Baron pizza. NOTE (May 2007): I've seen that some other Dunkin' Donuts locations in Manchester and Londonderry are now offering flatbread sandwiches, pizza, and hash browns too. read more

This is how they handed me my iced matcha latte. i asked the shift leader if they can't fill it all the way up and he said they did. um no. there's about a centimeter of foam, and the rest is about almost two inches of NOTHING. this order was taken at around 6 am, barely anyone else waiting in line inside and the drive thru. this is not the first time either that i encounter a problem at this dunkins. it's always either shitty service, an attitude problem, or slow as hell for no reason. if y'all really hate your job look for another one because there's no reason y'all should suck at a job this bad. I wish you could do zero stars everytime I go to this location I order the same thing hash browns extra crispy and I really don't know why that's soo difficult!! But it is i don't know who you have on the grill but maybe switch them to something else because my hashbrowns looked like mash potatoes which is very irritating seeing how I spent my last two $ there and I can't even eat my own breakfast, this isn't the first time I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and they gave me a bagel with cream cheese and a slice of cheese. Dunkin' - Supposed to be hashbrowns - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Nashua, New Hampshire

The worst Dunkin in Nashua with probably the best opportunity to be profitable. Maybe even New England. This would be the easiest stop for me in the morning (and 5,000 others heading south on Rte. 3), but no one has 20 minutes to burn to grab a couple muffins. It's easy to blame the workers, but this comes down to the franchise owner (money grabber). It has been an issue for years. Seven or eight years ago the location was managed by a man named Tim. Excellent service, no wait, happy employees eager to help. Tim jumped ship to go to another location and that was it. One of his best employees, Tina, eventually moved up to his position and started getting things inline again. But, she probably didn't have formal management training/schooling/experience. So, once the owner starting putting her 'under the thumb' she eventually quit. A new hire (he had been working the counter or 2-3 months) then got the hot seat. Occasionally, the lady I believe to be the franchise owner, would show up to 'try' to assist. But you could tell everyone was on edge with her being there as well as wrecking the 'flow'. I gave up on the location (again) for the past year, but decided to stop this morning. Bad choice. I could have dropped down to the next exit, waited for 2 lights, grabbed my order and would still have been quicker than this location. As mentioned, it's my easiest DD stop and it has gone from great to terrible to OK back to completely s#!tty. And this is squarely on the franchise owner's lack of caring (and most likely lack of wanting to pay someone the money needed to manage it correctly). I couldn't believe they actually dropped the money to redo the store when it was switched to "Dunkin' ". Maybe corporate demanded it? I have given this location my last chance! The past three visits there has been one issue after the other on weekends. They don't have this item, or that item. Today's missing item, iced tea on, Labor Day weekend. There is no sign ahead of time letting you know this, and you can't bypass the line once you are in it. At the start, they asked us to wait a moment. Literally 6 minutes later, they asked if we had been helped. Then we were informed there was no iced tea (12:30 pm, by the way.) As we waited, someone two cars ahead had to stop and get out at the window because their order was wrong. Do yourself a favor and try another Dunkin nearby, at least on the weekends. read more

This is my go to coffee shop. The people here are always friendly. My partner and I are always greeted warmly by the staff, especially by Eddie. He knows who we are by what we order before we even get up to the window and is always pleasant and friendly. Can't say enough about the staff at this location. The reason I gave it 4 stars is no fault of the staff. DD has terrible tasting food no matter which location I go to. read more

This is the worst Dunks of all time. So many times we have received burnt coffee from this location. The person giving us the coffee the other day was pissed that I wouldn't leave all the change (.96) for a small coffee. Really? Then it turns out when we leave the lot and head out onto the highway, my wife tastes the coffee and it is burnt. This has happened so many times at this one location. We are done with them. We will go to Merrimack or the other location on Amherst st ( now being remodeled) They get it right. Stay away from exit 7 location. You will waste your time and money there. Not fair! read more

Well like a previous review said the Sunday afternoon crew is not the best... Especially the girl behind the register (I will leave her name off of here). I went in with a simple order. 2 coffees - 1 large with skim milk. 1 XL pumpkin coffee reg cream 2 sugar. She got the first coffee no problem but then stared at the cups for a minute and went to grab a large cup. I said no I ordered an XL so she slowly pulled the large cup out and stared at it for a minute then put it back saying to herself "that's a large cup". Then she disappeared for a minute and came back with my coffee in hand. I paid and she stared away into the distance without giving my my receipt. So I reached over and grabbed it which seemed to make her angry. I left and drove down the road and tasted my coffee needless to say it was totally made wrong. I suggest passing over this Dunkin on a Sunday afternoon. read more

This place never messes up my order and by far has the nicest Drive-Thru crew, especially Tina. She's super nice and always makes me feel welcome when I go. Which is like never, because I get $1 coffee from Cumberland Farms down the street, but if I absolutely have to go to dunks, this is the one. read more

Why am I reviewing a Dunks? Because this is one of those new UberDunks, with biscuit dogs, cinnamon buns, pizzas, and flatbread sandwiches. Kinda interesting. this place just re-modeled towards the end of August, so they're understandably a little bit confused by all the new and very un-dunklike offerings, but it shows promise! Update 11/06: Just like half the other Dunks around, a bunch of clueless high school kids who don't know what the hell they're doing. Add new menu items, and it only makes things worse. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts store is far too small for the business it handles. However, the employees are nice and the store was very clean at 8am.

My mom and I go every day to get are coffee it's so clean inside and the staff always says hi to me. All the people who work there are so so nice. Eddie is very very good to me and my mom. It wasn't my first time here, i go occasionally on my way home from NH as it's convenient. They always seem to be out of what I want, I'm pretty easy to please too. Yesterday I wanted a donut, they had none. Ok I'll pick something else, I guess the munchkins could pass for a donut and I could share one with my dogs waiting in the car. Nope, although there were plenty available and two people working behind the counter, they couldn't be bothered to wait on me. I usually pass through the drive through of this Dunks during the week well before 7am. At that time, the service is pretty good. My order isn't that complicated so they've never really screwed it up. The people working the drive through are reasonably friendly for having to deal with people that early in the morning. Today I made the mistake of going to this place when the Sunday afternoon crew was working. I had a fairly larger more complicated order than normal so to be courteous I parked and went inside. Apparently the girl at the register had more pressing things on her mine besides taking my order as I had to wait a good 2 minutes for her to finish her staring contest with the window before taking my order . The window must have won because her attitude was down hill from there. She successfully conveyed the point that she was clearly inconvenienced by my presence and every aspect of my order. By the end of the transaction she could barely muster enough "give a crap" to give me my receipt before taking a seat and retreating to her phone. I took the liberty of pulling it off the register myself. After receiving my bagels, which in the end could hardly be called toasted, I had the audacity to ask for a drink tray. Needless to say the drink tray never happened and I walk out after watching the person I asked ignore me and service 2 drive through orders. Do yourself a favor, if it's after 7am go somewhere else. I have lived in ma and nh my whole life. so I have been to plenty of dunks locations. This dunks is right off the highway and on my way to work. it is the most convenient one for me. I literally drive right by this one and go down the road because this one is so bad. The service is not only slow but they seem to find a way to mess up my order every single time. Now im not writing this off of one experience. I gave it the good ol college try and have been here well more than a dozen times and i am consistanlty disappointed. After receiving 70% of my orders wrong at the dwh location I started going here which is out of my way. Been going here everyday for 45 days and they've only messed up my order once. I can't taste the pumpkin or the vanilla. Probably because the coffee is so beyond burnt. I ordered a chocolate frosted donut and got a chocolate glazed.
