Not impressed at all. I come here on a regular basis and never have an issue with the two normal morning girls however there was another girl working this morning and I ordered and egg sandwich and an iced coffee. The way I normally do and the coffee taste burnt, and the egg on my egg sandwich was gray, and the whole sandwich was rubbery as if she just put it in the microwave instead of toasting the English muffin. Disgusting pictures were taken less than five minutes after I got the sandwich so I'm not sure why the cheese was hardened and jam was dried up and wrinkly as if I got a sandwich that had been premade, which is disgusting and not a normal experience with this gourmet. I'm super disappointed and if I wasn't on my way back to work I would have asked for a refund. read more

I love the coffee and donuts. The girls and women that work during the morning and day are fantastic! Always smiling, greeting you, and sometimes know your order. The negative are the after hours new workers. They could benefit from more training in customer service and making the coffee. I still love you guys though!! read more

Delicious donuts with unique flavors! We tried the peanut butter cup, apple, and lemon ones. All were quite good. They also have a very long list of coffee flavors. Their caramel apple flavor is better than Starbucks . I'd gladly visit here again! read more

The best Donut that are twice the size of Dunkin with so many choices. The prices are also very reasonable.

I take my donuts very seriously; there used to be some excellent places in Belmont Massachusetts and in Cambridge Massachusetts that are only a memory. This place is the real McCoy. Their chocolate peanut butter cream donut was a revelation. One of the best donuts I've ever eaten. The regular glazed were superb as good as Krispy Kreme or even Ohlin's from the distant past in Belmont. I rank this up there with Kanes and Demets. if you have had enough of mediocre donuts from the megachain that shall remain nameless, run don't walk to this place. read more

My new favorite coffee place!! Although the coffee isn't the strongest, for the value it is awesome! The large is even bigger than a Dunkin Donuts large. They have tons of flavors (including pumpkin spice year round) that are ground coffee and not the syrups. My friend has tried a few of the candy and cereal flavors (kit kat, lucky charms) and said they tasted exactly like the food. The staff was also super friendly and seemed like they like their job. read more

Little far from home but when I'm headed this way (which is plenty) I love coming here for the ice tea!!! Raspberry is my favorite bc the syrup they use isn't like the fake super sweet syrup. Also they have AMAZING and TONS of coffee flavors Only thing I would say that's kind of sucky is that there's always 1 worker and they kind of work slow slow. Buyer beware!! Unfortunately we made the 30 minute trek only to learn that they cook all their donuts in peanut oil! They don't post it anywhere. My husband is very allergic. The only way we knew was they had a peanut butter flavor and I commented because they had consolidated flavors together, so I wanted to make sure there weren't any donuts cross contaminating. It was a very good thing I asked! A trip to the hospital was not on our agenda for the day! read more

The coffee is good, the Donuts are excellent and the workers all more than attractive. The problem is the wait time and the frustration of seeing 3 other workers standing in the kitchen, 1 standing in front of the microwave and I woman working the counter. Its local to me but if I see more than 3 people in line I keep going because its going to be a 20 minute wait. The place just needs some supervision read more

The coffee is good, but this review is purely for the service. They need to get more people working in the morning, as it is inexcusable to wait more than 20 minutes for just a coffee when there are only four people in front of you. After 20 minutes of waiting I had to leave because the line was not even moving at all. They should anticipate being busy in the morning and they should make appropriate accommodations. . read more

In pursuit of a quick snack on a long road trip from NYC to New Hampshire, luck be upon us when we stumbled into Gourmet Donuts. I will admit - my expectations were low when I saw it was in a gas station, thinking it was the way a gas chain would be branding a small selection of stale donuts and pour it yourself coffee that so may do these days. But Gourmet Donuts was the best! Over 75 coffee flavors to choose from - iced or hot. The coffee is flavor brewed, meaning they're not using 75 flavor shots for taste - but 75 brewed coffees and I'm still trying to figure out how that is done. We went with the toasted coconut and snicker doodle iced coffee which were equally the nectar of the gods. Amazing. Both of them. Plus, they melt sugar to cut down on that grindy taste you get usually when pourring a few packets in - brilliant! We also ordered bagels and donuts which were very good. Hash brown was OK. One thing is for certain and we'll be stopping on our return home for some amazinggggg iced coffee! read more

Stopped here heading back from NH. Service was excellent- my server had such a kind and bubbly personality, donuts live up to their name, new nitro coffee is dynamite. So glad we stopped here and didn't bypass due to the 3 star review. Of course DD had 4 star and we HATE DD- so sometimes you just have to ignore reviewers. read more

I got hooked on Gourmet Donuts thanks to a friend who would take me out to the Townsend location whenever we'd hang out together. It's nice having a location closer to me, but it definitely doesn't compare to the original. That being said though, Gourmet's coffee and pastries and sandwiches are still good. Sometimes my coffee comes out better than other days, it's a crap shoot, but hey it's convenient and I go whenever I have the craving. Suits me fine. Cookies and cream iced coffee with milk and two sugars is my go to. Love the Oreo pieces in it! read more

Inside the Mobil station, I like this Gourmet Donuts! The coffee is amazing! Some of the flavors are not ready, but they will brew it for you if you wait. Friendly service. The coffee flavors are brewed, not syrups, so enjoy the better flavor. read more

It does not live up to its name. I decided to go here right after it opened. I was the second person in line behind someone who was just receiving their coffee. I had to wait over 5 minutes to be served because the cashier and the customer kept remaking the coffee to make sure they liked it (not sure what they kept changing). I was finally served by another employee and finally got my donut. It was comparable, if not a little worse, than dunkin' donuts; definitely not worth the horrible service. I tried going again and decided to get a muffin. It was lackluster at best. The Donelan's supermarket down the street has better donuts and muffins than Gourmet Donuts. read more

Horrible service! Minorities beware! I am from out of state and was looking forward to ordering after reading reviews, I ordered 3 croissants and 1 bagel sandwich and 4 drinks, the girl in the front was annoyed since the minute she started taking my order! At first I thought she was just a young, rude, kid who hates her job. But when the other girl went to go charge me and asked me about my order she interrupted and was just being rude, to the point I asked her "are you ok", I saw with the white customers she was very patient and had a complete different attitude. When we drove off I realized they overcharged me for 5 sandwiches and when I called back Gabby first said she couldn't help me because she has a long line. I told her I wanted a refund and she said she can't do that. I then asked to speak with a manager and she said she doesn't know when one will be in, and initially said she could not take my number when I asked if I could get a return call regarding this incident. I am hoping to get a refund as soon as possible, and hope Gabby and whoever the dark hair light blue eye girl at this location is get a course on customer service. It's 2021 no one should feel like they are being treated different regardless of their race! read more

The girls at this location are super nice. They know exactly what my coffee is, as I'm waiting in line. I give this location and the employees 5 stars for, moving a long line out quickly, always having a smile on there face and being cheery in the morning. Coffee everywhere else doesn't compare to Gourmet now. I go completely out of my way to get it. There is so many flavors so if you like wild flavors that actually taste like you'd imagine then this is your place. My friends and I would try a new one every time, but I've settled on my favorite, Almond Joy, for awhile now. read more

This is the worst coffee shop in the area by far. The employees in the early morning are incredibly rude and unhelpful. My suggestion, if you don't like selling donuts and coffee, find a new job. read more
