The drive-thru is unreal. you can sit at the speaker for 8-10 minutes before anyone even says hello, long enough to start wondering if you're still on Earth or if time just stopped moving. Inside isn't any better. Staff wander around staring at the ceiling like they're unsure what planet they're on, while customers stand there waiting to be acknowledged. And what really blows my mind is seeing employees outside smoking while people are waiting inside for service. Slow days happen. but this place feels consistently disorganized, painfully slow, and completely disconnected from basic customer service. Honestly shocked this location is still open.
