Disclaimer: If you read any of my other reviews, you will see I am fair in my criticism. Most places have some redeeming quality. This place does not. This is the third time I've been to this Dunkin and they are clearly not paying attention or simply don't care. The first time I went a friend treated me, I ordered an iced coffee, it was disgustingly sweet. I didn't ask for any sweetener. Second time, I went and ordered the Dunkin hot midnight (their darkest roast) and I ordered it black. It was too hot to drink upon receiving it. But when I got home, I had a sip and it was full of sugar. Then today, I ordered a hot midnight coffee. The barista said "midnight black" back to me, I said "yes black." The screen confirmation said hot midnight black. I get home, first thing I notice is that my coffee cup isn't very hot to the touch. Second, I took a sip and it is not Dunkin midnight. You can tell from the taste and even the color of it. So not only is it not the right coffee I asked for, it's warm. I live 3 mins away from this Dunkin so there's no way it cooled down that quickly. And like I mentioned before the cup wasnt hot to the touch. I thought maybe they got newer, better insulated cups. At this point, there is nothing that can rectify the situation. I'm going back to my original location. The only reason I went to this location is because they have a drive thru, my main Dunkin does not. I should have known my order would be bad. I pulled up and it looked like a bunch of college kids goofing around inside the building. Nothing wrong with having a good time at work and bonding with your crew, but it's at the expense of customer satisfaction. I unfortunately will not be going to the store again, despite how convenient it is. I'd rather be inconvenienced and get exactly what I ordered than spend my money (in this economy) on something I can't even enjoy. There's too many Dunkin stores along DuPont and Pulaski for a location to be making these types of mistakes. We have a large selection of Dunkins to go to and if this one doesn't improve, people will go to the other locations as well. Needs new management and oversight. Best of luck to ya. read more

It is the worst Dunkin' they don't even open the doors for walk-in at morning 7'O clock. When I ask them to dine in they were like make order to drive thru we don't open doors. read more

I came to this location because it was located next to the car repair center. I ordered a Large Hot Decaf Carmel coffee with cream and sugar, and I also ordered a medium regular Carmel with cream and sugar. Hash browns and a croissant with cream cheese. Unfortunately, I didn't taste my coffee while there. The coffees were wrong! No flavor, no sugar, no cream. The hash browns were soggy and the croissant was not toasted. I'm very disappointed. Its a Dunkin' Donuts. What more can I say about the food and coffee? There is some consistency in going to a chain which can be comforting and reliable. However, it also affords few surprises (except when bad). The service here is great. The staff is quick and friendly. As a plus there is a drive through and it is open 24 hours. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is off US-13 northbound. You have to slow down in the rightmost lane and be careful because if you miss the entrance, there's no going back without making at least a few turns. It's a fairly decent Dunkin Donuts as far as cleanliness and service go. I just don't visit this one very often because there is another Dunkin Donuts closer to home. read more

Staff is friendly, store is clean. There's a drive thru, which I didn't expect since it's an older store. The down side is that it's in a sketchy area. I'm here on a Sunday morning and it's safe enough, but I wouldn't come here at night. read more

I prefer this location to all other local Dunkin's. Aligned with everyone else, it's pretty standard. Highlight for me is their drive thru! Not enough others have them and that makes this one my go-to. I've never had an order be wrong or an item unavailable. read more

I just went to this dunkin donuts, and I tried ordering 3 different donuts. The first time she said they didn't have the donuts advertised on TV (cookie dough). Second time she said they don't ever have them. Third time she told me they don't have any donuts at all. How the hell does dunkin donuts not have ANY DONUTS AT ALL?!?! If you're traveling don't stop at Dunkin Donuts in New castle DE. There is no access for customers to use the bathroom. There are port a potty only. As a female I won't use those and apparently their employees don't either. I watched the employee come out with the key but not for customers. No problem you don't need my money read more

Change of ownership, doughnuts are now 2/3s the size (you would think all the DDs would be the same) Coffee seems weaker too.

This place is trash, bad service and they don't keep an even stock of anything just go to Krispy Kreme

Very terrible. They consistently run out of supplies like (glazed donuts) everyday after 9am. They took my order which was 2 glazed donuts, hash browns, and smoothie. They did not have anything to make my order but got very angry with me. The manager (tall black one) yelled at me and all my guests when we suggested that they order more supplies. I am extremely disappointed with their services and will not go there again. I will be calling the cooperation. read more
