They have a good team at this Dunkin' location, it was working well this morning and people were quickly getting their food. I ordered the avocado bacon toast to try it and the sourdough bothered me at first untilI realized it was sourdough. I also had a large black coffee, which was great, and a doughnut. When Mckenzie, at the register, asked what me what kind of doughnut I wanted so, I asked her what her favorite was and tried it. She has good taste, I recommend trying the cream cheese doughnut if your looking for something new. read more

I would suggest changing the "open" sign to "barely open" Because, yes, the Dunkin was indeed open, but there was no business being conducted - very slow, it is possible I showed up during a shift change. The staff is wonderful and friendly however the new owners absolutely suck a**. They skimp on EVERYTHING. The donuts don't even fit in the boxes anymore to the point where they might as well make a smaller box. There's never really any frosting on them anymore anyways. I order on the Mobile app, have even taken to ordering 30min before even though I only Live 5min away and my drink is Never ready. If they were busy when i got there I'd understand but they're not. And when I tried talking to one of the associates Olivia she was rude and aggressive. I've had to start going to the one connected to the bowlerama because the associates attitudes are so bad. Not only that but there's homeless people all around standing infront of your car begging for money. They even let them sleep in the store. However, southbound access is available either via U-turn at the next intersection or via the adjacent Comcast parking lot, from which there's a connecting lane. This Dunkin' Donuts is open 24/7, which is convenient for late-night or late-shift folks. I didn't check the restroom but otherwise, I could see no issue with this establishment. This is a good Dunkin Donuts because they have very friendly employees and a great selection of munchkins so you can get what varieties you want. The bad thing is that the area is frequented by a lot of drug addicts and hookers. Once I almost stepped on a needle in the parking lot...gross! Fortunately the police headquarters are almost directly across the street so there are a lot of cops and paramedics that frequent the store so it's relatively safe. read more

Food and drink quality is about the same as any other Dunken...BUT, the cashier consistantly finds a way to irritate me every time i go there. Today in the middle of taking my friend and I's order she turned and walked away without saying anything to us to talk to another employee for a minute before coming back. A few days ago the coffee they made was a bit to sweet so i politely asked if they could pour some out and just add more black coffee to try to make it less sweet. The cashier then rolled her eyes and needed convincing to fix the drink. The rest of the staff is wonderfull and i have had no problems with but that one lady ruins my time there every time. read more

This Dunkin Donuts is BY FAR the best Dunkin Donuts when it comes to consistency and perfection, the donuts look like they belong on the front page of a Magazine, and the they taste as good as they look. My favorite donut is Vanilla Kreme. And any other Vanilla Kreme lovers out there know it is important to have a fresh donut with a good amount of cream.....which is a rare occurrence in most stores. But this store does not lack in quality. read more

Was a regular but, I stopped going here because it's annoying that there is zero management presence and the lobby is like a soup kitchen with nasty, loud, regulars who have chased my business away. I don't want to see or deal with all that riff raff.
