The food is consistently excellent, and the cooks are hardworking, friendly, and always seem to take pride in what they do. My only concern is with a woman who has recently been working there and appears to be a manager(maybe). On a few of my recent visits, I've observed her correcting and reprimanding the cooks in front of customers in a way that comes across as disrespectful and demeaning. These are hardworking adults who deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect--not embarrassed publicly. Constructive feedback should happen privately. Publicly criticizing employees can hurt morale and create an uncomfortable atmosphere for both the staff and customers. I hope management addresses this, because the cooks and the quality of the food are what keep me coming back.
