I found her demeanor to be condescending and dismissive, and I was disappointed by the arrogant way I was spoken to. For a family-owned business, I expected the owner to be welcoming and respectful. Because of this interaction, I'll be taking my business elsewhere, such as Sweet Melissa's, and I can no longer recommend this shop to others. It's unfortunate that one experience overshadowed what had previously been many enjoyable visits.
