All these places are the same right? Wrong! This one is different and let me tell you why, punk! It's different because these people care about you and the stuff that you want! Here's a little story. One day I needed to grab some double D early in the AM. I'm not a morning person, so when I wake up i don't like to talk or even look at people for that matter. I went inside the DD, which is also a gas station by the way. He asked me what I wanted. I was reluctant, but I spoke the words and ordered a coffee. He said ok, and it was done. I painfully did this routine two more times. By my third visit this dude was psychic! He knew exactly what I wanted! Finally! No longer do I have to speak words in the morning to get my coffee! People ask me, "why don't you go to wawa or 711 or make it yourself? You won't have to speak to people and you'll get what you want?" I would, but everything tastes better when someone else does it for me. Besides, they get really mad when I ask at those places and remember I hate talking in the morning. The other advantage to this Psychic DD is my wait time is now cut in half. Example: an old person is in front of me is ordering some type of weird iced latte and a huge assortment of donuts. Normally, I would be stuck behind this thing just waiting, but now since the guy knows what I want he just starts making it while she's taking all day to decide. Ha Ha- sucker! One day the line was soooo long I decided I would skip grabbing double D. As I drove off I saw a man in my rear view mirror chasing me down with a coffee fit to my specifications in his hand. He gave it to me for free. I offered to pay. Not by telling him so but by flashing my dollar bills. He said not necessary. What a gem! One time I threw him a curve ball an ordered a big and toasty. I'm not sure if he was shocked because of my irrational change of order or because it was a long time since he heard me speak. He reluctantly gave it to me. This big and toasty was absolutely delicious, but there was one problem: I'm afraid it was just too darn toasty. It was so toasty that when I crunched into it ,10 million tiny toasty sprinkles shot into my throat causing me to choke. I didn't have my normal order of coffee and there was nothing to drink. I broke from the routine that day and almost paid with my life. I think he knew. I will drink your coffee for life! read more

BEWARE - Aggressive up-selling here! This morning was the final straw. There is a guy working behind the counter, don't know his name, a bit on the tall side with dark hair. He is there most mornings. Every time i order, he tries to up-sell. Although I understand why businesses do this, i also understand the concept of buying more usually means a lower per-unit cost. So, if i want more i will ask for more and take advantage of the lower per-unit cost. However, this guys doesn't just suggest you buy more he insists upon it and wont take no for an answer. He pushes saying.. "you buy one more.. cheaper". I say, "i don't need more, just give me what i ordered please" because overall, buying more than I need costs me more. As mentioned above, the per-unit cost is just lower. He then continues to insist util i need to demand that he just give me what i ordered. Here's a tip for you Dunkin' Donuts at 3001 West Germantown Pike, try and be curious and respectful to your customers. Because without us, you are out of business! I will now go out of my way to another Dunkin' Donuts to avoid this guy and his agressive "greedy" selling tactics. read more

All I asked for was a simple iced caramel latte and I swear I only got MILK it was just milk no coffee or anything and I when I asked her to put in coffee she took out the ice and just poured regular hot coffee but you're supposed to put in espresso and the drink was just over all BAD and I'm usually not tone to complain about drinks but this made me so angry not to mention the worker was rude when I asked politely for the CORRECT drink. I love Dunkin but this was disappointing. read more

Yeah, this is attached to a gas station and literally half of a convenient store. The right side is the "pay for your gas side," the left side is DD. I just feel like gasoline and oil do no mix with food, nor do I understand how this is even legal. Donuts are always a "pick em" on whether they are fresh. If it is after 10am, forget it, you are getting the leftovers. I do not think they actually bake anything after 11am....because all you get is hard donuts and a limited stock. The close very early and if it is after 7pm, forget it. The gas station too. Overall, I do not like the cleanliness of this store and I live 2 miles away. If given the chance, I would go elsewhere. read more

This was the most horrible service I have every had at DD the owners were rude and pushy and they were taking orders from other people in line behind us and not paying any attention to us. The male owner was screaming at us and we will never be going back there again read more

It's Dunkin Donuts so you know what to expect (typical South Asian owner/operators, nice folks), except this Dunkin Donuts is also part of a ridiculously overpriced gas station. Coffee and donut prices are what they are but when it comes to their gas they are price gougers (2 star ding for ripping off people). I go elsewhere.. read more

All gas pumps are not currently working. I walked in and nobody even greeted me. And the bathroom is absolutely repulsive. There's an old bar soap on the floor, the floor looks like it hasn't been mopped in a week, there's an old urinal covered with a black trash bag with a snake plumbing tool laying over the top of it, and there's a fake plant in the corner covered with toilet paper. Definitely avoid this place and go somewhere else read more

There are two other Dunkin Donuts locations within a 10 minute of drive of this location so you'd think they'd all be similar in quality of service right?? Nope, this place has always had really spotty service, but my recent experience really takes the cake. It was national coffee day, so there's a deal where if you order a med/large coffee, you got another medium free. Well the guy in front of me ordered a large coffee, but the cashier didn't mention the deal at all, even up to the end of the transaction, so I mentioned it to the guy and the cashier. Guy says "oh cool thanks!" but cashier says that since the transaction has already ended, he can't give the guy a free coffee, and that he didn't mention the deal since the customer has to mention it first (um okay, sounds like a lie but okay). But strike two came when I order some munchkin donuts: key point here is that I ordered 5 powdered donuts. When I got home, what I got was 8 powdered donuts instead. Pretty cool right? Not really, because they were as hard as rocks, like donuts that have been out for at least three days kind of stale. Absolutely unacceptable service and I certainly won't be going here again, regardless of its relatively advantageous location. read more

Drive down germantown pike every day. Did not realize there wawas a DD in the BP gas station. Ordered ahead through app to get me Ice coffee. Walked in and noone was behind counter and my ice coffee was sitting there waiting . Ordered mocha and cream. All the mocha was sitting at the bottom of the cup, cup full with ice, barely any coffee in there. After moments of complaining an employee finally presented himself and I asked him if he was happy with letting a beverage of such little quality go over his counterand he replied yes . I asked again if they typically never mix up the ingredients and let the drinks look this pathetic and at this point he grabbed my beverage with attitude and intent. I reached over the counter and took my ice coffee back. Informed gentleman he had his chance to make my beverage, and failed. At this point a shouting match continued and I walked out unsatisfied and displeased. I will continue to drive elsewhere for my DD beverages . read more

I ordered 3 Medium fudge coffees, they gave me 3 plain coffees, I just called to speak to the manager and the guy hung up on me! I called back and he said "yea yea just come tomorrow and speak with me" I asked his name, he said it so quick so I asked how to spell it and he hung up again and didn't answer thus far me calling back, I will go there tomorrow and update you if they correct my orders or continue with THE RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more
