While this location is well kept and clean, I was not impressed. I haven't been to a DD in forever and I now realize why. The product is extremely watered down and after wondering why it seemed like my drink was so expensive, it turns out I was charged for a more expensive drink! I ordered a small green tea and received it but they charged me for a Small Fruited Mango pineapple drink instead of my order (about .50c more I think!) While .50c won't break me, poor product will and this watered down green tea still tasted like nothing after I added 6 sugars to it. Definitely not impressed. I'd take the extra 2 seconds to go to Starbucks in Target if I needed a green tea fix. read more

Went there today and had a bad experience. I went in the store to order and there are several people ahead of me. Couple of them said they have waited for 15-20 minutes with no one taking the orders. They said they tried to ask the employees and no one even bothered to answer. Finally, another customer and I called an employee over and she started to take orders. I ordered bacon topped avocado toast along with some other items, and there is no bacon on it. They charged me for it but give me the plain avocado toast instead. I was already out of store and didn't have time to go back and wait again. Anyway, seems like they are either very understaffed or just don't care. read more

Brand new Dunkin Donuts in the area and this one is really nice with friendly employees and plenty of seating inside. Additionally, most of the power outlets near the tables all have built-in USB ports, which is great if you need to plug in a device. As for food and drinks, it's your typical DD. I'm not a big fan of their donuts but do enjoy their coffee and some of their breakfast sandwiches. All in all, definitely one of the better Dunkin Donuts in the area. read more

Spacious DD with plenty of seating, friendly and attentive staff, and it's brand new so it's still nice and clean inside. This location is right behind Uno's off of Egypt road by the 422 ramp. They had no donuts for my order through the app (which I could understand a little during covid I guess) but then they handed me a hot coffee that was room temperature and like 90% foam. Epic fail. And to boot, I had to contact customer service for a refund on the order because they couldn't do it. This dunkin started out being so great when it first opened. Lately every am when I go, I am handed a cup with the lid not in place, most of the days the bagels are stale and I mean stale to the point where you cant eat it and I order iced coffee and 9 out of 10 times they forget the straw in the bag. I go for convenience in the am as I start work early and nothing else is open aside from wawa but I dont think after today I will be returning. I went through the drive thru and ordered my usual-a medium iced coffee with a caramel swirl and cream. They made it perfectly as some Dunkin locations are stingy on the syrup and don't put enough in. The drink was also made promptly. I only wished the workers there were more friendly. The woman who took my payment and gave me my drink didn't say a word to me, not even a "hi" or "have a nice day." I would still go back because my drink was perfect but they are lacking people skills like most Dunkins in the area. read more

I was waiting in the drive through when the car in front of me parked and Dunkin Donuts employees came out of the store and approached the car. They took pictures with the driver (who I saw was a Hooters waitress) when she got out... in the middle of the drive through lane! I was just in this store and received horrible service. I wanted to use a coupon to receive a promotion (free mug), however the lady who served me barely stood at the counter to take my order. Rushed me and didn't give me a chance to ask about the coupon until after the fact, and then refused to apply it afterwards even though I had absolutely no chance to get a word in after my order. It was a free mug it's not like she had to change the amount of the order or even my drink, absolutely unacceptable. It's a shame because I work around the corner from here and it's convenient. If I could give this Dunkin a 0 I would. You can barely understand what they are saying and they are by far the rudest people ever!! My friends and I went here and we had awful customer service. I have worked in a customer service job and you do whatever to make the customer satisfied,however this was not the case. We ordered latte's and it wasnton the promo coupon so we asked to switch so we could get the "free coffee and she said nope we cannot change your order! I cant even believe that,, I go to starbucks all the time and they gladly will change your order and have you leaving satisfied even sometimes with a free coffee or coupon!!! I will not be returning to Dunkin again.. what an awful experience and let me say this.. this isnt the first time they were rude to me.. so I will never be returning again!!!
