Terrible service and really sketchy inside. Floors were disgusting and the food was low quality even for Dunkin.

The music is great, the energy is welcoming, and the staff truly makes the experience special. Azlyn makes the coffee, and she is so caring, kind, and focused. I love seeing young people who take pride in their work. she's a sweetheart and always professional. And then there's Rachel; my girl, the Biscuit Pusher . She's a ray of sunshine with such great customer service. She remembers me every time, and her energy is just unmatched. I might have to get her a pin that says Biscuit Pusher because she owns that title! The cashiers are friendly, management is attentive, and they genuinely want you to have a great experience. If there's ever an issue, they fix it right away. Tara, the owner, is amazing. Even when she's busy, she makes it a point to check on guests and ask how everything is going. She makes suggestions to make your biscuit sandwich selection go to another level. That level of engagement goes a long way. The quality of the biscuit is always on point. My only issue is that they tend to fall apart when you try to pick them up. I usually have to eat mine with a fork because they crumble so easily. I'd love if they could adjust the texture just a bit so they hold together better. If they did, they'd be perfect! If you haven't gone yet, get there. Let me know how your experience was. I'd love to hear.

The biscuits for their sandwiches are flakier and much better. If you think you have twenty-years left to live, you might want to knock out a few things on your bucket list before ordering. They have a sign that says something like this isn't fast food and there isn't anything fast here at all. The staff and customers all agree with that slogan. No one is hiding it. A few weekends ago, we waited over 45 minutes like idiots for our food. I had a $50 gift card, most went to this meal, and I was ready to walk out. Sadly, I didn't complain to management, because the line was longer than the line to order food. They said refunds would take one week and the people who said they really would never come back, had the managers get their food quicker than ours. It's an interesting business strategy to ensure the angry customers who won't return got their food first, but I get it. If less people frequent this place, then the lines won't be as long. They even said there was no manager on duty. Anyone watching the staff work would know that no one was lying. No utensils, napkins at the tables, just people sitting there waiting for their to-go order and then freeing a table later. If you are one of those weekend people with nothing to do until you have some structure at work on Monday, this is the perfect place to waste most of your day, to get you that much closer to work. Sweet treats are alright, nothing special. Breakfast sandwich could be worth it, but you could also go to the worst grocery store in town and make your own better biscuit and sandwich in the amount of time you have to wait. $8 left on our gift card and in a perfect world I'll misplace it.

We were there on a Saturday early afternoon and it was crowded which I expected. We walked into the bakery end which has some tables and chairs and tons of baked goods to enjoy there or to go. There is a dining room in the middle of the bakery and pizzeria. After walking through that room we were where we wanted to be. There were some tables and chairs in the pizzeria which was good and we grabbed the last available table. You order at the counter. We knew we wanted to cheesesteak Detroit style pizza. Tons of seating in the back, prompt service from what seems like high schoolers and college students on their break. The walls are absolutely maxed out with photos of various news, sports, and other cultural icons. We had one of the Detroit-style pizzas and a salad. Pizza was solid-- don't think I'd have this every day for fear of a severe downturn in my health, but when it comes to game days or just a dinner with the guys, I'd totally make my way over here if I could (I can't but I wish I could). Ordering happens from the counter. Food comes out pretty promptly. Staff are friendly, even letting us stay a bit longer past the closure of the main dining area so we could finish up. Overall-- stop by for a unique experience here in PA.

This is not true at all. I waited 3-4 min before I called the number. The lady told me she's almost back just two min. Five min gone by, I called again, she said two more minutes. I waited two more minutes and she still wasn't there. The total of 15 minutes had gone by of me just waiting outside. I eventually just had to leave. Otherwise you have to park in a lot and pay across and pay. The store is tiny. Signs are hard to read. No hip furniture or music to hang out . Not colorful. You can see the baking appliances and tools - very clean place. There were 5 donut flavors to choose. There were also cream puffs with different flavor filling- maybe a dozen to choose. Also had bubble tea and the mochi batter dipped fried hotdogs with several toppings . My mission was to get mochi donuts so I picked the 3 pack . Strawberry , matcha and Taro honey. I saved these for after dinner desert and I ate the strawberry mochi donut. Nice flavor but not as light and airy and chewy as Mochiatsu- Media and Mochi-Heaven -Upper Darby. I have to say the icing was 5stars compared to the icing else where with crunchy bits and honey drizzled on my taro mochi donut. They are also thicker - like Krispy Kreme thick size. 3 for 10 are not a Dunkin' bargain- but the quality, the thickness and size are worth it and fresh! I'll be back to try the mochi dog and bubble teas and cream puff. I'll eat my Matcha donut for breakfast and the taro after lunch . Added to my pit stop when in Conshy!!! So much to try ...such little time.
