I used to work here DO NOT go to this location. The manager Janelle starts problems with a lot of customers and liked to want to start a physical fight with them, when they agree to it she then calls the cops and switches up the story. If you look at her in her eyes she will get mad and want to fight for no reason. She is very rude to customers and co workers. Also the Manger named Vick would rather have Janelle who starts problems than a loyal co worker like me who has no problems and worked here for 3 years. The food is sometimes expired and has given people food poisoning. Janelle has also harassed my girlfriend by having all her family spam text and call to fight because my girlfriend glanced her way. I recently placed an accidental mobile order on the mobile app. While I wasn't able to get a refund, this store did offer to keep a copy of my receipt so that I could use the credit at a later time. I returned the following day and someone claiming to be the manager said that he had no knowledge of what I was promised over the phone. I showed him receipts from my phone as well as timestamps of calls that I made and received from their store. The long and short of it, it seemed that I was lied to and potentially lost my money. I've been coming to this location for the last 11 years. I know who the owner is and this guy was absolutely new. Not saying he couldn't have been the manager, but I'd re-evaluate this hire if I were them. This was not good customer service. I went through this Drive-Thru today, they were clearly training a new person, not a problem, but as he was attempting to talk to a customer he spoke through an intercom and a girl came through and told me he was speaking to another car, so she asked to take my order, but he continued to talk in the headset so she said I'm sorry hold on. He then came in and asked what I would like, I gave him my drink order twice, then he asked me if it was a Signature Caramel Iced Latte and I said no, Cake Batter, and he repeated that back to me and I said yes. I pulled up to the window and got my food from the young lady that was working. She then hands me my drink and I go this isn't what I ordered and instead Of remaking it she goes he's new I watched him it's cake batter and I was like well this isn't what comes on a cake batter and she's like I know but he's new it's cake batter. Clearly she wasn't going to ask him to remake it so I took it. I then went and parked in their lot to eat before driving a hour back home, went to sip my drink and it was NOT what I ordered. 2 stars because at least my food was correct, but next time use this as a learning experience and have them make it the correct way and give the customer what they pay for. read more

The employees here were so unfriendly. My boyfriend and I ordered two iced coffees, and two bagels with cream cheese. My order came out quick, but my boyfriend was stuck waiting 10 minutes for a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. He ordered right after me and it was not even crowded (we paid separately). I've added an extra star because they made our iced coffees with just the right amount of sweetness (we always get the flavored syrup). Sometimes they skimp on the flavored syrup. I don't think I'll go out of my way to come here again as there is another Dunkin' close by to us on Egypt road. read more

I use this dunkin donuts as my regular check i do not go anywhere else . I always get greeted by my name and they know my order when i go to the drive through window or if i walk in. The only thing they need to work on is the drive through when placing your order u can hear the conversation with the person at the window about the previous order in front of you. Before you can even place your order they are still working on communication with the person at the window. Other then that the manager and staff are always friendly =) read more

Either they use copious amounts of creamer in my iced coffee or at other times none at all. Moving along to food orders.... If you order a bagel from this place please do not ask for any cream cheese. They are negligent every time to my request of "A little bit" of cream cheese. I feel as if they use an ice cream scooper to apply the cream cheese to my mushy bagel that is supposed to be toasted. It is a bit frustrating to receive sub par food and drink which I'm sure you're aware of due to me having to come on to Yelp to leave this review. This location needs a bit more work before I give this place my full business. The location on Germantown Pike in Hillcrest Shopping Center runs laps around this particular location.
