Honestly always a hit or miss when I come. I had a worker named Karmen and she was heavenly. Always made my drinks perfect and in SUCH an efficient and timely manner! However, I think she's gone now and Dunkin is SO. SLOW. I left my house 30 minutes in advanced and was still late to my job. Should not take 10+ minutes for a donut and a coffee. Most of the workers are incredibly rude and incredibly slow. There's only a few good ones and they seem like they are all leaving. Too bad there isn't another Dunkin on the other side of town or I would go to that one :/ read more

It's extremely frustrating that so many of these restaurants put signs on their door saying "face coverings required" but when you get inside the employees don't have their masks pulled up over their mouths and noses. Went to this location for the first and last time today. We waited over 20 minutes just to place the order. Then as we're sitting and waiting half of the things we order they ran out of. Granted, they did offer to replace those items with another product in which they in turn forgot to put in the bag. Thank god I always check my order. Finally made it back to my car thinking I'm finally going to cure my craving for the stuffed everything bagel mini's only to find out that they were ice cold when I bit in to them. Came here at 6:40 and they close at 7 to be told they cannot do anymore lattes or frozen drinks because they had already shut everything down. If you don't close for 20 more minutes, why have you shut it down? I have also come two hours before closing before to be told that they already shut their sandwich station down. read more

If you don't like to serve people then you probably shouldn't work in the SERVICE industry. This is the local coffee shop near my residence and I usually visit 2-3 times a week and it seems every time I visit there's an issue. Just this week alone I've had to yell at the drive thru because they couldn't understand me (I'm guessing because the speaker was going bad). Pull up and they had signs everywhere stating "NO donuts due to staffing issues" and don't get me started on the rude workers. I know it's hard to find great help but this coffee shop could be so much better with just a little effort. read more

Very rude morning manager. I tried getting 12 doughnuts of one flavor, but was told that was a call in order. The 12 doughnuts were on hand, but the manager refused the order. It's like I'm telling them: "here, take my money I want that," but they're saying: "No." It's like my order was forcing her to work because I was buying 12 doughnuts, and the manager would have to make more. I will never step foot in this Dunkin again. This "call in" reply is comply garbage, and reaching out to the franchise owner was a waste of time. Heck, I even talked with the manager of the Krispy Kreme on Washington Rd, and she said: "if it's on hand, why wouldn't you want to sell it?" I know the answer: LAZINESS. read more

This was an awesome experience! Though this Dunkin Donuts was attached to a gas station, it didn't lose any of its charm. Very spacious and CLEAN. The staff was extremely friendly and patient with my foodie family. They were helpful in finding the right meal for everyone's tastes, and even put up umbrellas for us so we could enjoy the outdoor tables. read more
