    Iced coffee?? Maybe??
    Lindsey A.

We went to this drive through and asked for 2 cold brews. We were told they were out of cold brew-- okay, no problem, we're not too good for regular iced coffee. But then they hand us what can only be described as a cup full of creamer and water. It was disgusting. For the first time in my life I felt compelled to go in and ask for something to be remade. They were SUPER nice and went to remake them straight away. I asked for mine black this time. This is what we got back. It looks like iced tea and tastes like dish water. Someone explain. OH-- and while we were waiting in line to have our drinks remade a couple next to us ordered and received two cold brews

I ordered ahead on the app, & walked in to get it. Everything was hot, fresh & accurate! The employees were very friendly!!

The low-fat coffee coolata with an Oreo donut. The latter was unforgettable, the former was...what was it again?

So the first time I came here it was phenomenal! The coolatta was pretty good and the donut was just what I expected: rich and delicious! The female employees were on it and got us in and out in under five minutes. The place was clean and there was no line as everyone got served in a timely fashion. Today, however, was a different story. We tried to use the drive-thru and the male employee would not serve us over the intercom after we asked for a moment to decide on our order. We parked and headed inside, at which point another car drove up and promptly got assisted. What the hell. Inside, a group of people were waiting for their beverages. We waited a solid five minutes to be greeted and, when we asked to be rung up separately, the male employee made me wait while he finished the other drink before he took my order. Note: he was not alone in the store; the other employee (also male) didn't do squat to help out. Long story short, I get an iced coffee and it tastes absolutely terrible. It's bitter and funky and I toss nearly the entire thing out. What a waste of money. Next time, I'm looking out for the ladies before I decide to get my Dunkin on.

Honestly I was very scared to try this Dunkin' only because I was used to the Dunkin' by my home. BUT THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! I absolutely loved the service and the coffee was amazing! The doughnuts we got were also very good! They didn't taste weird like some Dunkins. 10/10 would recommend!

Food is great. Service is pretty good as well. Drive through gets busy so sometimes you just have to walk in.

It was just me, so I only got half a dozen donuts with a knife so I could taste them all! I tried: Cookies & Cream, Salted Caramel, Maple Bacon, Toasted Coconut, Chai, and Fluffernuter. Let me start by saying the cake part of these donuts is just perfect. Not too dense, lightly crisp on the outside, and insanely fresh. The toppings might sound over the top, but they weren't. They were perfectly subtle to add a hint of flavor without a dose of diabetes. And the coffee- such unique lattes both in name and flavors. I went with Davy Joey's Locker with an extra shot of espresso. So good. Not overly sweet and not bitter at all. And then I just had to try the cute little pistachio cannoli. Shell was filled upon ordering, so the shell was nice and crispy. Now this was super sweet, but I haven't met a cannoli yet that wasn't! Barista was friendly & bubbly and patient when it took me some time to pick my 6 donuts. Basic tables and chairs with some bench seating along the window. Pillows & chairs could use a refresh, as well as the bathroom, looking a bit worn & dingy, but that's literally the only negative thing about this place.

There were only 2 people working, so there were a bunch of people waiting for their orders and service was slow. One person was at the cashier, the other was packing doughnuts, making breakfast sandwiches, and the coffees. We waited 5 minutes in line and then another 10-15 minutes for them to pack our 4 donuts. I wanted to get a sandwich but figured the wait was too long. On to the donuts - I liked the blueberry basil and blackberry lime donuts. The blueberry basil flavor wasn't super strong but it was well balanced. The blackberry lime was my favorite - sweet and a little tart. The crobar (croissant-donut) texture was awesome but I did not rally taste the cranberry or orange advertised. The buttercream frosting on top was sickeningly sweet so ended up scraping that off...finally the coffee donut. Not my favorite but not bad - it tasted like instant coffee and was kinda punchy coffee flavor, bitter. But I liked that the bitter offset the sweet. Overall, it's a fun place for a gourmet donut but be sure to not get here when it's too busy and to come early - they sell out of fun flavors fast!

Newberry reminds me of your hometown bakery where everyone gathers in the morning for their donuts and coffee before heading off to work. Very much like many of the shops in the Bel Air area. The employees are super nice at Newberry. Really taking their time to provide great customer service to each patron that strolls through the doors. Although it was lunch time we settled on breakfast sandwiches with homefries. And I of course had to grab a donut because it's a must, and a latte. The breakfast sandwich was just what you would want to start your day, a savory piece of meat and cheese on a soft bagel. But the star of the show was the homefries. Cooked and seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside and a soft texture on the inside. We both loved the potatoes. My glazed donut was divine, pillowy with just the right amount of glaze to not make the donut too sweet. The latte was a little to sweet for me, but I'm a little finicky with the sugar level in many caffeinated drinks. All the times I've ventured into Bel Air I never thought to stop at Newberry and I'm glad I finally did. I'll definitely be back to try more of their yummy donuts and breakfast sandwiches in the future.
