We have been wanting to visit this bakery in person since we first tried their doughnuts at work. The bakery in downtown Bel Air is super cute and community oriented. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. We loaded up on a 1/2 dozen doughnuts and some tea drinks before heading home. A must visit if in the area.

There are so many cute and pretty treats here that really motivates food lovers!! The spot is off the Main Street but there are other parking spots nearby for convenience. The workers are friendly, helpful, and very kind when advising on delicious treats and willing to accommodate their recommendations to taste. Their fruity beverages are refreshing and their coffee is as strong as you want to make it. More than that, their spot is warm and welcoming with simple decor that warms the heart.

Scrapple, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich. Made like my Mom would make me and they have Grape Jelly to add to it. Good stuff!

It's like the airport, line up and wait. Good thing is Newberry is pretty darn quick to get you in & out. All good, all dangerous and all dangerously good!

Tasty indulgent treats!! So many BIG flavorful pastries and snacks for purchase at reasonable prices. Lots of staff at the counter waiting to help. Inside smells like coffee and doughnuts. There are small circular tables for people to sit at, or you can get your food packaged to go. Side parking out front.

Probably the most confusing place on earth. The start of the line was unclear and one of the workers behind the counter attempted to take my order but could only help me with pastries. The menus are cramped making it hard to read and are way off to the side and behind the customer when ordering at the register. I asked for an egg and cheese and wasn't asked type of meat or cheese. I requested lettuce and tomato to be added and upon getting my sandwich it was just egg and cheese. Very disappointed with the overall experience. At least the donut was good.

I was really excited to try this spot. I had family in town so I wanted to get them some treats. It's a cute little shop, where you can eat in or take it to go. They have all kinds of pastries and they also sell breakfast sandwiches. I seen that they bring the food right to your table instead of having to stand up waiting for it. They have so many doughnuts, they just kept the fresh ones coming out. The person in-front of me in line was having some issues with their order but the staff was so patient with them which was really nice. The doughnuts were bomb, will totally be coming back again.

The donuts are to die for! Every single time I go I have to get a donut because they're that good! Service is fast, even when they are pretty busy. I love the Sammi Combo, but all their sandwiches are good and I recommend getting the combo so you can get the hashbrowns as well!

Stopped in for the first time with a friend on a Saturday morning. They were a little busy but the line moved quickly. I got a half dozen donuts, a bag of their salted caramel cookies, and an iced coffee. Staff was really nice and polite. The donuts were good but I think the star of the show was the salted caramel cookies!! Perfect saltiness and you got an amazing caramel pull as you pulled the cookies apart. I will be back for the cookies and to try more!

Omg this was the best breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten, hands down. I got bacon egg and cheese on a cronut. The cronut was perfectly sweet and flaky, and the cheese was nice and gooey. I also got a cold brew with sugar free vanilla and sugar free caramel syrup. Absolutely delicious. I can't wait to eat here again!

A very popular cafe and bakery in downtown Bel Air that has a tasty assortment of fare on offer. My dad was with me for my visit and enjoyed one of their breakfast items while I indulged in some donuts. Service was good and they have a system going that helps everything flow right on along. This is helpful with how busy they can get at peak times. Ambiance is casual and comfy but definitely cramped at peak times. Be ready to be crowded and not be able to find a table. For me, the donuts were a bit more dry than I care for. The texture was also not my favorite. Icings were okay but didn't seem to balance as well as they could have with the donuts they were paired with.

The "monster" cupcake. Kid couldn't finish it! So large! She loved it.

Hands down, the best cherry danish I've ever had in my life. Soft and sweet with plenty of filling. My daughter had a "monster" cupcake and it was so large that she couldn't finish it. She LOVED it, though. Also had an orange creamsicle refresher. That was just "okay". I'd probably just get regular coffee next time. That danish, though. OMG. We bought Boston Kremes and Fruity Pebbles donuts to take home. Looking forward to those. Even bought a treat for the dog. He's loving it, too. Half a dozen here ran me 10.50. Not bad at ALL. Dunkin charges nearly that much and isn't half as good. Recommended for certain! I'll be returning.

Pastries: cream filled cronut, Boston's cream, dog biscuit, apple danish, jelly filled.

We went here for the first time and had a great experience! The egg & cheese breakfast sandwiches were delicious, the coffee drinks were really good too. I recommend Newberry if you like chocolate coffee. The cafe was spotless and the staff were all really friendly. Everyone was welcoming and the atmosphere made us feel like we were at home there. I got some pastries to go and they were delicious. Oh, and I got a biscuit for my picky dog and he absolutely loved it!

Customer Service - 5 out of 5 Wait time - 5 out of 5 Cleanliness - 5 out of 5 Atmosphere - 5 out of 5 Food quality - 5 out of 5 Newberry Cafe & Bakery has quickly become a favorite spot for me. Although their baked goods are extremely good, it's not the only reason I've grown to enjoy this bakery. The customer service is phenomenal! For the last few weeks I've been arriving to this spot between 7-9am Saturday mornings and there is always a gentleman there greeting and opening the door for customers entering and exiting. The staff inside always greet with a smile, they're patient, and knowledgeable of the menu items. I've never experienced a long wait time because the workers have great rhythm and keep the line moving. The filled cronut is amazing! The cronut itself is nice and airy. The filling is light, fluffy, and has integrity. I thought it was going to collapse at the slightest pressure, but it stood strong. The filling compliments the cronut perfectly as neither are overly sweet. The berries are fresh and not mushy. This bakery will continue to be a Saturday morning treat to start off the weekend. With a perfect 25 out of 25 stars, I give this cafe and bakery an A+ rating!

Great donuts! I like them because they remind me of old fashion cake donut. Recommend to stop by when you're in town.

They have breakfast food, lunch food, as well as many homemade baked goods. Everything is delicious and you can tell great attention is taken to the quality of their food products. They have a terrific coffee menu with various seasonal offerings as well. I did order a decaf in the late afternoon that was a bit chilly, but they heated it up quickly (not easy to keep decaf warm as not many order it so this isn't an isolated case- I run into this every once in awhile). All of their drinks are very good and can easily be customized. They have a rather large retail space that offers home goods, snacks, syrup, coffee, teas, snacks... list goes on. Lots are local items. Can be frustrating as lots of these items are not clearly priced so could take some time asking for details regarding cost of the merchandise. It is a great place to grab a treat for yourself, or even a lovely gift for any occasion! The staff are always super friendly and always helpful. This is a place that is very welcoming and cost for all that visit. Highly recommend.
