Not sure if we caught them on an off day or what but here's my honest review. I was happy to try their tallow fried fries since no one fries with tallow anymore... that was shattered when I tried one and they were soggy and uncooked. I returned them. They were out of the wagyu barbacoa which was my original pick and went with the ribs, baked beans, and Mac and cheese. My husband got brisket and baked beans and Mac. We also tried the stuffed jalapeños with brisket. Overall the flavors would have been ok (trying to be kind here) but everything was ice cold and very, very greasy and to top it all off when I ordered two root beers (they were not cold) I asked for a cup with ice, the young lady told me she'd have to charge me for a cup and ice... So, you purchase two bottled beverages from their establishment and they won't give you a cup with ice? What the heck. I am giving two stars because the young ladies who were working in there were kind and its not their fault no one has trained them on how long to leave fries in the fryer to fully cook or that when someone purchases a bottled beverage they should be able to get ice and a cup with it. I blame management and leadership on that one. Also, work on keeping the food hot when served. Over all this place was a total disappointment and I was really let down. Hope they improve on keeping food warm, not trying to up charge on an already overpriced meal and better training for the young people that work there.

Staff is young and needs to learn see a customer, maybe look up and address that instead of slowly rolling plastic fork napkin sets. The payment system is newer in which a screen comes up and shows various tip options at counter service. Chocolates are a bit high so I wont be back. The buckeye was very fresh tasting but lacked in p.b. taste. It was odd.

Have to wait to get the attention of a staff member to release my order to me. They don't just leave it out on the counter, which is nice, but inconvenient trying to get someone to hand me our order. Went in to get a refund and the manager kept me waiting 18minutes! She was in the kitchen, kept looking at me, but refused to speak with me. Would have taken her 2 min to talk to me, apologize for their error & refund my money. I asked for the manager 3 times, once when I first walked in and the 2nd time after 12 min. The third time at the 15min mark I put the bag on the counter in front of the register & asked the cashier if she could just issue me a refund. She asked, cash or card? Gave her my card and she walked back to the kitchen with it. At that point I again asked if there was a manager, was told yes and said tell her to get her ass out here, please! Yeah I know, not real nice of me but I was angry! She comes out yelling at me, we have words, and customers are telling her to stop & just give me my refund. Worse fast food experience Ive ever had! Left there went to the one on Park St and it was like a breath of fresh air!
