This is one of the locations I frequent because it's close to my house. I stopped in today for my morning coffee. Love coming on Fridays because when I order through the app, I get a free doughnut with my coffee. It's about as good as any other Dunkin' Donuts location. I've come to expect a certain level of quality and they definitely deliver. The store itself is usually very clean and the employees are friendly. I always use the app to place my order and today it was there ready and waiting for me. Sorry, no pictures on this. Maybe get your order correct is the best way to improve and stop speeding the customers through the line to get the order correct. I understand them trying to keep the line moving but what's the point if the order is incorrect. Asked for a medium hot black coffee with cream on the side. Received med hot coffee with 2 Splenda and 2 cream already added. The iced latte lacked coffee, Basically just cream and sugar. The only thing correct in the order were the donuts. I've been a loyal customer to this restaurant for as long as it has been open. Over 20 years, I've awakened early to get my hot medium coffee with cream and sugar. The management and/or owners changed within the last 4 years and service has dwindled. Often, the employees don't say good morning or make eye contact. This is a neighborhood establishment and the same customer are stopping in every day at the same time. Today I preordered my coffee and I threw in an order of hash browns for a drive thru pick up. I received my hash browns first and the employee turned his back on me after handing it over and I waited and waited for my coffee as he was on his phone. Without looking , he thrusted another bag at my face to which I replied that was not mine. He looked surprised to see me still sitting there. My coffee was still on a counter somewhere and handed over dripping. I sat it in my cup holder after I wiped it down. The short drive home lasted longer than some of the coffee in my cup that leaked from the bottom and the top because lid was not properly secured, and pooled in the holder. This is the second time in a month that I received a leaky cup from the store. I poured it into a mug after getting home. Yet, if this wasn't a holiday morning I would be heading to work and have spilled coffee all over me and my car. Perhaps it is the newer cups that Dunkin is using that are too thin for hot coffee. I'm not sure. I am sure that I will have to find another place to stop and get a cup of coffee in the morning or just make my own like normal people. read more

One of my favorite Dunkin locations! No matter how busy it is you are always in and out. Needed a boost on a Saturday morning before a day filled with errands. My usual go to drink is a large black iced coffee no cream no sugar and I am addicted to the Avocado toast (both healthy and delicious) Highlights: Quick Service. Friendly Team. Clean. Quality Coffee. Efficient ‐ my order is always accurate. Location is awesome! In a shopping center but also has a drive thru! Has ice cream!! I mainly use the drive thru even if it seems long because if moves super fast. Went inside recently to get ice cream. Store is clean and counters were free of trash and there is a good amount of seating as well. I will definitely continue to support this location. read more

So I'm sure a lot of people will think, it's just Dunkin and they are all the same, but they truly aren't and they all have their own individual character to them curated for the most part by their employees. Pre-Covid I stopped daily at a DD closet to my worksite but since we've been working from home I've adopted this location as my new go-to spot and throughout this pandemic they have done a great job with helping us maintain some sense of normalcy. They are always stocked, I've never come here and they've been out of something and they always get my beverage PERFECT whether hot or cold. I've also picked up ice cream here too from the BR side on one of my down days and ice cream always picks me up! The staff who come to the window are always professional and nice and one day I was given a free donut just because! I am happy to have this neighborhood staple close to me. Jul 16, 2019 I've been sitting on n the drive-thru (key word...drive THROUGH) for at least 10min. WHY?!?! Not a single car has moved and there are 5 in front of me. The car at the speaker hasn't moved and neither has the car at the window? I would have left, but I used on-the-go. They need to call it on-the-SLOW at this location! This is my neighborhood go-to Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru moves rather quickly and the employees are always friendly. The donuts here are always plump and fresh, which is why this is my preferred location. On the flip side, the wait in the store is usually longer than drive thru. read more

Slow service!!!! Always a long line and some Bs! I have never witnessed a location that takes so long pouring coffee into a cup.

Love this location though they are super crazy busy in the mornings and you should have a life insurance policy in place to try to get out of the lot . Stopped by the first time this past weekend for 12 dozen donuts and a box of coffee for my actors since it was shoot weekend. I was immediately turned off when I was told to wait in front of the store because it wasn't ready. Since I was already on a tight schedule this made me nervous. However after calling into the store in my car they brought out the coffee ten minutes later. The representative suggested in the future I call my order in when I wanted a box of Joe and although this worried me because the coffee doesn't stay hot forever I did it the next day since we were still filming. Drive through employee did not have a mask on. We refused to accept our order while he did not wear a mask because it would mean getting closer to each other. We asked him to put one on. He said he had just taken it off, but we saw him serve a previous customer without one as well. We accepted it, but the situation was uncomfortable. If it weren't for this one employee, I would rate them a 5 star; however, since COVID, only one employee is defiant wearing a mask. He fixes food without one and with gloves; he walks around with his masks under his chin and while serving others. I have reported them to the Health Department and have since reported them to others. One day, he was at the window with his mask under his chin and there is no protective gear at the window. I reached the window and told him asked about his mask. He put it up. I asked to talk to the manager who was useless. They begin rudely speaking in their language and it was obvious they were mocking me. The rude employee who's name is Nabin then pulled his mask down and told me to take a picture; pulled it down without being 6 feet apart and being a jerk and putting me at risk. I just want to report an incident here at Dunkin' Donuts 9419 Common Brook Rd, Dr, Owings Mills, MD 21117. I am a vlogger so I normally film on weekends! I went to get a sandwich and coffee (drive thru) while my husband is filming me and the guy in the counter thought we were filming him. (Young male, black, but I can tell he's mixed) He wanted to get off of the counter and told us that he'll break our camera even if we already turned it off the minute he said that we're not allowed to film.. but he won't stop!! he kept saying he'll come for us!! He even wanted to jump from the cashier's window but the manager was there and was telling him to stop. He could have asked us nicely but he just got mad immediately and won't stop threatening us! This is my Neighborhood's Dunkin Donuts and I have been a Loyal customer for the past 12 years without any problems or concerns until today. Today I came in to order my usual ice coffee and there were no other customers so I thought I would be waited on soon. I have been there three times now at night during their advertised open hours (10pm) - including last night 5/23/16 at 9:40pm only to find the doors locked and the person inside waving me off saying they are closed. I have tried this location twice hoping the first time was a fluke and am still disappointed. The glory of going to a chain for your coffee and breakfast is that it should be predictable. Both times my iced coffee with skim milk has had sugar (or sweetener syrup) in it. (admittedly, it's my bad that I don't taste my coffee before I drive away). My chicken salad sandwich was heavily buttered before the chicken salad was added....I'm not sure who thought that was cool. It's confusing inside and its like the workers aren't sure where to hand over your order from. When I used to go to Owings Mills, I would come to this DD in the morning. It's located in a strip mall with a drive-thru. The drive-thru was always backed up so I'd go in. This place took forever. It may have seemed that way because NJ DD's were run a lot better but you would never be able to get in and out of this place. Forget it if you were getting a box of Joe. I typically enjoy my experience at Dunkin Donuts, but this location has issues. I'm not sure how the staff is hired/trained, but at least one person is extremely rude and unprofessional. On my last visit to this location, I ordered a hot coffee and when I would not accept an iced coffee, the man at the window was shouting at me that I ordered it. He muttered rude remarks and took my coffee off to the side before giving it to me. After his tirade I was skeptical about drinking anything he gave me. Why hold up the line to argue with the customer instead of just giving me a hot coffee? Once I pulled off I checked in my cup. Could've been foam from cream, could've been spit. Who knows? I was already uncomfortable from the exchange and perhaps nothing malicious was there, but I wasn't taking chances. It went promptly into the trash. A waste of a trip and money. I have stopped coming to this location because I have gotten sick a few times after eating their breakfast sandwiches. They are very rushed at this location. They don't tell you your order total after placing an order in the drive-through. Once when I asked the cashier to make a change to my order she told me "no changes".
