This Dunkin does not deserve even a one star. Whoever owns/runs this location needs to sell it, close it or get their act together. I drove up the other day (Monday) and there was a cardboard sign on the menu that said "cash only." No problem, I had the cash. I waited for a few minutes at the drive through menu, no response there. No apparent activity inside at the window. I drove up to the window and it was dark inside. Couldnt a CLOSED sign have been put up? In the past, when they were open, the service was slow, often getting the order wrong or not having what I wanted. I mostly stopped going there, and now go to Wawa in Nottingham. On this last occasion I tried DD again because my little granddaughter loves the bagel bites. So, no more for me. I wonder if someone will turn the place around, because it could do exceptionally well. read more

Slowest service in a DD ever! Not enough staff. Gentleman working with food had no hair net over his beard. Staff was polite and professional but similar to molasses in January at the North Pole. I will be driving out of my way for my next cup of DD. read more

I went to this location on a weekday afternoon while I was on vacation to see family. The girl who took the order, who I could see once I got to the window, prepared the whole order that involved more than just drinks. She seemed to be by herself but then when she opened the window I could hear some boys laughing in the background that didn't appear to be helping her. The young lady was very courteous and polite. And my order was perfect. I'm giving this store four stars because this girl was great. She had dark brown hair. I didn't see a name tag or I would mention her by name. I recommend going when she is there. Previously, I had heard from others to avoid this location because it had terrible customer service and orders are always wrong. Not on this day. They need to hire more staff like this young lady. read more

I'm a Dunkin' girl for life, but this needs to be said. Terrible service. Was put off a few weeks ago when I saw multiple signs looking for convicted felonies on the property. Not my idea of a Sunday coffee vibe. Walked in again and the kid was standing at the register doing nothing. We make eye contact. He proceeds to start counting money for 5 minutes and walks away while I stare at him to take my order. Another girl walks up, starts to take my order, cuts me off and walks away! I was with my almost 3 year old trying to buy him a bagel and a juice and there was no one else in there. Cold dark roast (we only sell one or two cups a day is their excuse) and a sandwich that takes 5 minutes (the on the go order doesn't show up until I do...so what is the point??). My friend had a new drink of theirs and said it was really good and I should try it (mocha frozen coffee). So I went to Dunkin and while I was waiting in the drive thru, which was backed up, I noticed their new drink advertised that my friend recommended to me. I ended up ordering it along with a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. I noticed right away that my frozen coffee didn't have any whipped cream on it, like the advertisement had shown. But I wasn't to worried about that. But when it came to the bagel, I just couldn't believe it. As I was driving home I began to eat my bagel, when on the second/third bite I noticed something strange. At first I thought there was mold on it, so I pulled over and saw there was a big piece of lint or something similar to it. If I could give negative stars I would. Worst experience ever. We just moved here and I have been to many different branches of this company. This one is the lowest of the low. 1. The signs for cash only should have been more visible before pulling into the drive thru. 2. When asking about cash only or using the app, the employee acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Then proceeded to just repeat what I saw on the sign instead of answering my question. Also, she sounded as though she was annoyed to be working at all. 3. When I got my order, it was wrong. I reordered and still wrong. Only after they had me pay did they tell me they didn't have exactly what I ordered. Terrible customer service, terrible experience. Will never go back there and will be telling everyone to not go there. retrain your employees or get new ones. There are plenty of people in need of a job that would be happy to take their place. These people are friendly. Your order will be correct. The coffee and donuts are tasty. However...25 minute wait...25 minutes from the time I got in line until I got my coffee. DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT get in line at this location if you are in a hurry. You WILL be late wherever you are going. They have one of those drive-thrus that trap you by the design. You can't get out of the line without jumping the curb. You are stuck there, waiting, hangrily. Needing your coffee fix. Needing to get the BEEP out of the line. You try to smile at the poor overworked kid who is having to deal with management's grossly negligent understaffing issue but you just can't make yourself. read more

I witnessed someone (I thought may have been the manager) explain to a coworker that the elderly gentleman coming in to pay his bill had visited the store previously without his wallet. I visit somewhat often to pick up a treat for my kids and lately the drive-thru employee(s) literally seems to be on drugs. He couldn't understand me, was slurring his words, physically slow, couldn't keep his balance, and was extremely sensitive to the light when he came to the window.
