Cute little spot that we stopped into on a Friday evening search of something sweet. No shortage of choices: ice cream, baked goods, chocolates, coffee drinks. Ice cream was on our radar and I tasted the coffee and chocolate chip mint flavors. Definitely preferred the latter; coffee wasn't strong enough for my palette. Stopped here to grab a bite on the way to work and enjoyed my drink! I also ordered a soup flight and was really excited to try the greek lemon chicken soup, but because that was unavailable, i got 2 medium sized soups instead of 3 small ones. Definitely a sign of great service!! The place seemed very cute and i wouldve liked to stay a while. However, the broc cheddar soup was like a mushy wet casserole. My boyfriend had the chili (the other soup) and said it was good, so it may have just been that one. The spanokopita was also very good! read more

The ladies were so down to earth friendly that they made our time their enjoyable. They had a variety of desserts and a few sandwiches. My favorite was the espresso over vanilla ice cream. This is one of our favorite local spots! The kids and I just love it here. The place is warm and cozy with a Greek touch. They have REALLY good coffee! Tons of drinks to chose from. Food is so good! The service is so nice as well, especially the chef. My mother wanted a salad but they had not received their shipment of greens yet. She had to order something else but while we were there, they received it & gave her a salad on the house. It was very nice of them. Love that there is also space outside to enjoy your ice cream or coffee. Coffee is delicious. Glad I found a local coffee shop near me that has good coffee! read more

Muffins are not fluffy - very dense. Bagels are the best around- NY bagels delivered from NJ. Nothing in the area comes close. Always clean inside. A bit expensive on many things. Their smoothies are ridiculously priced, for instance. I think I paid $15 for one. Chicken salad is very good. Staff can be hit or miss - they have two registers and sometimes they will wait on people that just walked in while you are waiting at the other register. Don't worry, they will laugh it off. Generally a decent stop and have a good crowd most of the time. They advertise online pre-ordering, but their website has never made it available. Recommend stopping in - nothing much around to compete with it. Everything about it is better than Dunkin, unless if all you want is a dirty drive-thru experience for burnt coffee. read more

Very cute spot! I ordered breakfast here for some of my staff and all was delicious and so fresh! We got bagels, muffins, scones and coffee. The bagels are huge and flavorful! Muffins and scones were the perfect sweetness! Also more stars because they open at 6am- so I was able to easily pick up the goods prior to my shift without any trouble. Super disappointed and annoyed at my experience at Athena's today. I waited 22 mins for my drink. In that time I watched multiple people come in behind me, order and get their food and drinks. Only to get an attitude when I asked about my drink. No apology or concern about the wait. Just annoyed that something was said. The coffee is good, but not worth waiting over 20 minutes for. Especially while others who ordered well after us were getting their drinks. read more

Stopped by on our way to Dutch Wonderland. Such a clean, cute space. They had lots of options for food and I would've loved to try more. We had a cappuccino, an iced latte, a millionaires short bread, a chocolate chip cookie, and a cake pop. Everything was fabulous. The service was quick and kind. The dedication to wellness and nutrition makes the food taste amazing, and the Açaí Bowls are so fresh. I also love the blueberry buff smoothie. I also love the gluten free muffins, and wish they had variety of gluten free sweets like gluten free pumpkin spice cookies. Just a thought! The muffins are delicious! Love this place! It's really cute inside and out. The staff were nice and helpful. Ice cream was awesome! I had two scoops (medium) black raspberry and strawberry - both were delicious and creamy! You can definitely tell it's homemade. Can't wait to go back! read more

Met my friends aat Athena's where we enjoyed fresh-ground coffee and an assortment of lovely pastries. It was a first time visit for all of us. The coffee shop/ice cream store is cute and clean. The staff were attentive, kind, and informative. I brought home extra of the fresh-baked cookies b/c they were sooo good. We ate on the patio, which was a great place to sit and chat. It was sunny and rather hot, but what place isn't this summer? There were open tables inside so we could have gone in, but we just love to sit outside. No one rushed us away, so we were able to enjoy a lovely visit with great coffee and pastries. We'll be back! read more
