The box was delivered on a rainy day, I had no notice as to when it was delivered. WHen I opened the outer soaked box, the interior box was also wet. I could not give this as a gift. Burdick's Customer Service has been awful:unresponsive, uncaring, unprofessional. They told me, the one time they actually emailed me that it wasn't their problem, but a delivery issue. They said back in early January, that it was "being investigated", & haven't contacted me since. OK chocolates, TERRIBLE customer service!!!
