This makes it hard to get any degree of customization if there's a flavor you like but has one or two no-go ingredients (which was the issue I had most.) The temporary flavor I had was fine, but didn't blow me away or seem any more special than my local spots back home. I think this is an interesting place but I think if I was local, this wouldn't be my usual spot. They truly cater to people who have an adventurous palette and like trying new things, which limits the kind of guests you can attract, or friends you can bring along. (I personally find something I love and tend to stick with it for ice cream, which would be difficult here. And most in my family don't seem to be as adventurous.)
