We had also specified that we are vegetarian, so they adjusted some of the offerings to make sure they were veggie friendly. When you're paying over $8 for a latte, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the cup to be full and the drink to be made consistently. What has bothered me most is that on occasions when I haven't left a tip at the counter, I've felt like the quality or care put into my drink was noticeably different. I obviously can't say whether that is intentional, but as a customer, I should never leave feeling that way. A tip is optional and should never determine the quality of the product someone has already paid for. I really hope the owner sees this and provides the newer staff with more training on recipes, consistency, customer instructions, and service. I was a loyal customer who truly loved this place and told so many about it, but after repeatedly paying premium prices for inconsistent drinks, I've decided I won't be returning.
