I had an issue with my mobile app which caused my order to accidentally be placed twice. I'm not sure if I ended up paying twice (the employee wasn't sure herself), so that's something I'll have to monitor on my end. My husband and I ordered iced tea lemonades. They were refreshing and hit the spot on a hot Summer day. I requested liquid cane sugar in mine, but I feel like mine didn't have any in there (it didn't taste like it, even though I mixed it many times with my straw). I also ordered a butternut donut (since that isn't something that I have at the Dunkins near me), and they unfortunately didn't have it. I then asked for a chocolate glazed, which they also didn't have. I asked them to run down the list of what donuts they DID have, but I couldn't hear the employee through the drive thru speaker that well. I heard "blueberry" which I like, so I requested that. The employee was nice and ended up giving us two blueberry donuts since it wasn't what we initially ordered/wanted which was nice. The way to get to this drive through is kind of odd, they have signs pointing all the way to the opposite end of the shopping center, and you have to drive through the back of the entire shopping plaza to get to the Dunkin (rather than just driving right up to the building). Of all the chain donut shops on the East coast, none- not Krispy Kreme, not Duck Donuts, not even the vaunted Tim Horton's- can compare to the hometown magnificence that is Dunkin' Donuts. Having a half hour to kill, and the hotel having not provided breakfast as advertised, we popped in for a nibble. Two Boston Cremes, a sourdough breakfast sandwich, and an apple juice later, we're up and running headlong into the day for like $10. I would have gotten a coffee, too- Dunkin' Donuts has the best grab-and-go coffee this side of Stewart's shops' - but I made a pot in the room. Dunkin' Donuts Doesn't Disappoint. Came in for coffee and some breakfast food for my trip in the area. Around 11am, they were out of an assortment of donuts and croissant, so choices are super limited in what you can get. Other than that, service is okay. Doing a decent job of keeping social distancing and stuff. read more

I typically have not had a bad experience here. When i went on 6/4/23 this happened. we've been using this dunks for 4 years. I brought a group of special needs adults into one of their fav spots for coffee. We walked into the dunks on south st and a female staff screamed across the counter as we entered the doors "the lobby is closed get out now I am not kidding" and I looked right at her and I said that is absolutely not acceptable and how you treat humans to which she responded "I don't care leave" and customers were getting served at the register and drive thru. Went to this Dunkin Donuts because another one had a broken espresso machine. Ordered a large iced mocha latte and even repeated the order after the girl got it wrong the first time. This is what I got. How hard is it to make a coffee? This is the worst Dunkin Donuts in the world that I usually avoid because they literally never get my order right. I live near the Dunkin Donuts in Cedarville MA. I will not go there. it is a bunch of people acting like children and offering bad service. I asked the store manager for the district managers phone numbe. she gave me a number to book a trip. I drove an extra 10 minutes to the one in Samorset. I order 2 coffees 5 creams and 5 Sugars. There was no sugar in my coffee. where I was going had no sugar. I will not go back to DD. Also They need to buy covers that fits their cups. the coffee spills out burning people and staining their cloths. I have had more bad experiences than good ones. it wasnt like this years ago. I hate leaving bad reviews but this review was worth it. I usually have no problem going to this dumkin. I live close by and go there every weekend with my friend to eat some breakfast. One tall guy that works there is very chill and friendly, so shout out to you bro. But I went there today morning and only the drive through was open and the lobby wasn't. Me and my friend went there in the drive through with our bikes and didn't take our orders. I was really pissed off because there was so many employees working there and they could have people go n there but no. This is why Starbucks is better than this crap. You lost some customers. I don't recommend you going to this place until they improve. read more

This was my first foray into the East Coast phenomenon of Dunkin' Donuts. Like Meriwether Clark or Neil Armstrong, I think this will be a one time expedition. The coffee was frickin' hot! Yes, at 7:00 a.m., we do want hot coffee, but it took 40 minutes before I could drink the stuff. I use the word "stuff" to keep this review child-friendly. Their coffee tasted like my mom had left her Folgers' grounds out for a week and someone dug in her compost pile to reuse them. Yuck! Going forward, my motto will be, "Anything but Dunkin' Donuts." It's only because my daughter said that her hash brown was kind of like McDonald's that I give this place two stars. read more

The South Street Location is one of the better managed Dunkin' in Plymouth. The staff can get a bit side tracked by the drive through but, overall they are very cheerful and helpful. Oddly enough this location has the largest restrooms I have ever seen at a Dunkin'. I have no clue why. This location can get a bit slammed at times when students are heading to school due to its proximity to Plymouth North High School. It is conveniently located right off Exit 5. If you do use the drive thru it is a bit odd to get in line since you actually have to drive around the other side of Mayflower Food and Spirits to get in line. read more

The bathrooms are filthy. Handicapped stall has been without toilet paper for 3 weeks. They have a sign asking that we let manager know but why should this be on my back. If bathrooms are perpetually this gross, you can't expect the front of the house to be any better. Dunkin has been in a downward spiral for some time now. Quality of baked goods is non existent. The line wasn't long when we got there, but still took a lot longer than it should have for the 2 cars in front of us to get their order. Once I pulled up to the window, I understood why. When we told them our order at the speaker, we had to repeat one of our coffee orders THREE TIMES. We got a medium iced pumpkin with oat milk & liquid sugar, a large iced pumpkin with oat milk & a shot of espresso, and a snack in' bacon. I pull up to see only a medium iced and a medium hot. I told the cashier that the hot is supposed to be an iced, then he tries to hand me the hot coffee. I told him AGAIN that coffee is wrong, he handed me the correct iced coffee (I'm surprised they got that one right), and took another 5 minutes to make a new one. He comes back with the fixed coffee, and it's still missing espresso, AND we never got the snacking bacon we ordered. This location is closest to my home, but at this point I've lost count of how many times our order has gone horribly wrong. Regardless of how convenient the location is, we will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. It really is not that hard to listen & be competent, yet instead this particular location chooses to be lazy and ignorant. I would rate them 0/5 stars if I could. My experience really deserves a 1 star, but I come here enough that I gave them a 2. So I go in and order 3 inced coffee's. Basic Mocha xx, and Pep mocha. The kid at the register was new, but he was fine. I get the coffee's and they look like coffee milk with ice in them, I leave, shake them up and try mine. Taste just as it looks, so I turn around and go back in, tell the kid I want a refund, he offers to make new ones, I say that is Ok the person who made the tub of ice coffee did not make it right and I will go to another location. He calls the shift manager over, her name was Courtney, she proceeds to ask me why I am being so Rude!! I tell her I am not being rude, just want a refund because the iced coffee's were not made right. She looks at the one I tried and says, well you drank some, what am I supposed to do with that!! I tell her, you do the same thing you would do with any return, you throw it away!! This girl should not be in a retail environment servicing customers, she has no clue how to do her job!! read more
