Nice location, right next to a market. Easy in and out at an intersection with light. Walked in and staff was friendly and patient with our questions since our first time there. We ordered a small dirty chai and a small iced latte both with almond milk. We ordered a glazed yeast donut to share and it was light and fluffy, not overly sweet. We both very much enjoyed our drinks and highly recommend.

This place is new to the area, wedged between the liquid store and Prevites (open to both stores on the inside as well). It is rather busy so plan to wait in line. There are only 3 employees behind the counter so all things considered they do a great job moving orders along despite having to wait. They also seem enthusiastic about the job which keeps customers in a good mood. The bagel sandwich was delicious, the bagel incredibly fluffy and not dense like most. No up charge for bagel option. The biscuit was also delicious, but does have an up charge. The donut was a bit difficult to eat in the sense that it's too tall to really bite into and not get sugar and cream cheese frosting all over your face. But it is quite delicious. Not pictured but we ordered a Vietnamese iced latte and a vanilla bean iced latte. They were good, not very sweet though and I couldn't really taste the vanilla all that much. The lids are also incredibly difficult to drink out of. The hole is too small and the ice cubes immediately block liquid from flowing, and the lip itself is too big you spill it on yourself. Fix these lids and I think it warrants a 5 star rating!

My daughters and I enjoyed our coffees and pastries while we planned our day on the Cape. I always recommend Snowy Owl to any friend visiting the Cape.

Stopped by for some coffee and baked goods before heading out to the beach and absolutely loved it. It was a bit chaotic walking into salsa and then switching it to Backstreet Boys before I had my first sip of coffee, but I think after that, it all kind of became a blur haha. I ordered a lavender latte with macadamia nut milk (all plant based milks are +$1) with a chocolate croissant. I'm a croissant lover and this one wasn't something I'd go home or on Yelp to rave about but it was still nice to enjoy it with my hot latte on this chillier summer morning. We also ordered the bean empanada (which is more egg forward than we expected) and a chocolate chip banana bread which was nice and thick and a bit in the sweeter side. It paused well with my hubby's unsweetened dirty matcha. Overall, great place to grab coffee. I was in love with my lavender latte. It had the perfect amount of espresso where it didn't wash down with the lavender. So I'd totally recommend stopping for coffee here. They also have a to go fridge where you can take salads/wraps and stuff with you. Perfect beach snack without having to do any work!

I absolutely love their buttercream frosting. It's not overly sweet. The Key lime pie is to die for, the cookies and bars are really tasty and portions are huge! They've added bagels and croissants for sandwiches, etc. And though I never really had bagel sandwiches before, the roast beef is fantastic and filling. Also, they are truly some of the nicest people I've ever met so it's nice to see them doing well at something they clearly love to do! Check them out and don't forget the iced coffee!!

Beyond their…read moreexceptional everyday pastries, this is a place that truly shines when it comes to beautiful custom-order cakes and outstanding pies. Their custom cakes are not only visually stunning--clearly made with precision and pride--but they also deliver where it matters most: flavor, texture, and balance. These are celebration-worthy cakes that look as good as they taste. The pies deserve special mention as well. Perfectly baked crusts, generous fillings, and flavors that feel classic yet elevated. Whether fruit-based or cream, they strike that rare balance between homemade comfort and professional execution. Across the board, everything here reflects care and craftsmanship. Cakes are moist and well-balanced, cupcakes are indulgent without being overly sweet, cookies hit that ideal texture, and specialty desserts never feel mass-produced or rushed. There's a clear understanding of restraint and technique--nothing gimmicky, just excellent baking. Consistency is another standout. Whether you're grabbing a quick treat or placing a custom order for a special occasion, the quality never wavers. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of their work, and the shop itself is warm, clean, and welcoming. Sugah Hill Bakery isn't just a Hanover favorite--it's one of the standout bakeries on the South Shore. The kind of place you recommend confidently and return to often.
