This neighborhood Donut stop is always fast and friendly. They are celebrating 30 years in business at the location. Fresh donuts and delicious coffee! My choice today was a Vanilla creme and a Boston creme. Yum!

I recently took a two month break from Dunkin, but now it's time to get my binge on again. I mean honestly, besides their variety of delicious donuts, there's far too many goodies for me to indulge in to every stay away for too long such as sandwiches, wraps, bakery items, and refreshing drinks. At times I will check the Dunkin app to find out what new items will be featured during the month and what deals are being offered. I earn points on every purchase, which I can redeem for free items. On my way to picking up something to eat, I made a pit stop at this Dunkin for a refreshing vanilla bean coolatta. This is the only Dunkin location I know of that is open during the evening hours. The ambiance is real quiet with a few people chilling inside. My coolatta was made quickly by a pleasant female employee and it was delicious with no need to customize the drink to my liking.

Hello friends. I think it would be a great idea for you to do promotions on sporting events. I.e. If the heat win you get buy one get one free or dolphins win and get half off. Things like that. DUNKIN is a sponsor for the heat. Let's get this rolling. Peace and love. A devoted DUNKIN customer. The staff her is great : Naheed, William, Burrell and Dayana.

The cashier had a bothered demeanor and my medium matcha was filled like a small and rest filled with milk and foam. Shame

For starters this location does not have a drive through. Yes I run three miles a night yet I shudder at the thought of having to get out of my car to wait in line to get coffee, makes no sense I know but there you have it. Aside from the lack of a drive through this is a good location to get your caffeine on. It's a little classier and a little cleaner than other locations in the area. The lady who is the manager is all business about getting people through the line. They don't just wait on each person one at a time but instead they reach down the line to get drink orders and prepare them before you even reach the register. If you frequent this location often chances are they will know what your caffeine fix is just by looking at your face. Even when it's busy they know how to clear a line. Here is a tip for you, if both registers are open it's two lines. People always wait in the line on the right but never the left. They don't seem to understand that it is two separate lines. They used to have comfy couches but they have recently been removed in favor of more tables. I have spent many a long night camping out with my daughter here when she had a project due for school and the internet was out at home. In addition to the food and drinks offered this location has pretty nice conference room that rents for $15 an hour. The efficient staff and cleanliness of the restaurant makes this my favorite Dunkin' location.

Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced! I was helped by "Nesima" who refused to get off the phone when I spoke with her, I had to wait a few minutes until she noticed I was waiting. After I placed my order I asked her if it was ok to change the channel on the TV so that I could watch the news she rudely said "no, this is the only channel we have" I proceeded to question her calmy asking "but if a customer wants to change the channel why cant is it a problem" and she responded "if you dont like it you can talk to my boss" and went back on the phone. Horrible service! A customer should not be treated that way! She should not be representing dunkin donuts if she wishes to treat her customers with no decency. I will never come to this location again.

Came here at 5 pm and they barely had donuts . Been in another's ones at the same time and the have more at least they should have the basic like glazed . I asked and the guy said that is it.

Recently renovated, this particular Dunkin Donuts offers the same friendly service and delicious donuts I'm sure you've come to expect. From the moment you enter, you're greeted by one of the cheerful cashiers, who will usually ask if you want a coffee and prepare it ahead of time so it is ready before you get to the register. The menu consists of an array of animated LCD monitors which list multiple breakfast and lunch options, that include things like bagels, croissants, muffins, and of course, donuts. No matter what you order, it'll be ready within 5 minutes. The coffee is always fresh, the croissants are always flaky and the donuts are always scrumptious. I usually visit around lunch and things are moderately busy with a few small groups of people already seated or in line. The venue is fairly large and has multiple tables, a few small couches and a conference room ($15/hr) - making it ideal for large groups. If you need a quick bite before those afternoon meetings, stop by and grab a coffee.

The service is always fast here, even with a long double-line! Great management & efficient staff. This is my 4th visit here and I'll continue coming! There is both indoor & outdoor seating.

Dirty food prep area. Crumbs all over the counters and floor. It was not busy so there is no reason not to clean up. Something obviously leaking because of all of the paper towels on floor. The whole place looked like it hadn't been cleaned or mopped. All furniture removed due to restrictions so no one is eating inside and the floor was still a mess.

This is the mold found on my bagel from this Dunkin donuts, I left my review, if I could give this 0 stars I would. This is disgusting.

Cali Coffee is not your classic coffee house where you can set up your laptop and work a spell or hang out. Instead it is for people on the go with a walkup window and drive through. They have now expanded to six locations including Stuart and Miramar and they will be opening 12 more soon all over the state. I first tried Cali Coffee in Cooper City and really enjoyed it. In addition to coffee they also have on their menu fruity drinks, energy drinks iced tea, soda and shakes. They also have a kids menu with a featured shake flavor and a few pastries. We were headed home and my friend suggested stopping by to try their new iced coffee. We had been sitting outside in the heat for a few hours and an iced coffee sounded perfect. Like all of their coffee drinks the iced coffee is highly customizable with many favors to chose from, toppings like sprinkles, syrup drizzles, cookie crumbs, and cold foam for an additional charge. My friend was able to order our drinks on the app so we only had a short wait when we arrived. I chose a Irish cream frozen coffee with cinnamon sprinkles and a caramel drizzle. I like that you can even customize the percentage of sweetness. In this heat, a frozen coffee from Cali is the perfect way to caffeinate this summer.

The staff at this location are always friendly, and provide recommendations when you are feeling indecisive. My favorites: Iced cookies and cream coffee, with all the fixin's (chocolate drizzle, cold foam, cookie dust). It's definitely a chocolate lovers dream but the coffee balances it so well. Iced Rose Water, either as a soda or with green tea. This is a hit every time, what's not to love about strawberry and watermelon flavors? Add some glitter for an extra cute drink! I hope Cali Coffee brings back the funky monkey coffee!! They also leave cute messages on your lids!

Before I ever tasted a single bean, the name stopped me cold. Calusa. A roaster bearing the name of…read morean Indigenous people -- the Calusa, the ancient shell-mound builders, the unconquered lords of South Florida's mangroves and waterways. People who never surrendered. People whose bones are folded into this very soil. As someone who walks through this world carrying Taíno blood and the memory of peoples whose names colonizers tried to erase, that word hit different. It wasn't a gimmick. It wasn't a logo. It was a declaration -- that this land has a story older than any espresso machine, and somebody here understood that. That understanding alone earned my curiosity and my respect before I'd even stepped through the door. "The name carried the weight of a people who never bent. That's the kind of legacy worth building a roastery around." Then I learned the story behind the man behind the roaster -- and it only deepened my respect. Luis Arteaga came home from serving in the United States Marine Corps and did what so many veterans do: he looked for work. No fanfare. No red carpet. Just a man with discipline in his bones and calluses on his hands, trying to find his next mission in a civilian world that doesn't always know what to do with people like that. He found his way to the original owners of Calusa Coffee Roasters. They saw in him what the Corps had always seen -- dependability, grit, and a willingness to learn. They gave him a job. A floor to stand on. And Luis did what Marines do -- he didn't just fill a position, he grew into something greater. Over time, through sweat and dedication and an unmistakable passion for the craft, he rose to become the owner of the very roastery that once took a chance on him. That's not a business story. That's an American story. A veteran's story. And it's exactly the kind of origin that makes a cup of coffee taste like something more than coffee. CALUSA COFFEE ROASTERS IS A SOUTH FLORIDA INSTITUTION Fast forward to today, and Calusa Coffee Roasters isn't just surviving -- it is a staple. Walk into the right cigar bar on a Friday evening and someone at the table will mention the name. Sit down at the right diner counter on a Tuesday morning and a regular will nod toward that familiar bag. In South Florida's rich, layered, cafecito-and-culture coffee landscape, that kind of word-of-mouth is earned over years of consistency, of showing up, of never letting the cup get small. Luis continues to build something that belongs to this community -- rooted in the terroir of a region as complex and layered as its people. The coffee is exceptional. Bold where it should be bold, nuanced where it earns it. The kind of roast that makes you sit down instead of rushing out. That's no accident. That's someone who respects the craft because he was forged in institutions that demand nothing less than your best. "When a Marine finds his mission in a roastery, every bag he puts his name on carries the same standard -- do it right or don't do it at all." Meeting Luis was one of those moments I didn't expect to move me the way it did. We are both moving through the coffee world trying to build something that means something -- something rooted in identity, in service, in the belief that what's in the cup should tell a story worth hearing. And here was a fellow Marine who had walked a road I recognize: uncertain ground, earned footing, and a refusal to quit. And finally, if you are in South Florida and you have not made the pilgrimage to Calusa Coffee Roasters on Commercial Blvd, you are overdue. Go for the coffee -- stay for the story. And if you're lucky enough to meet the man himself, shake his hand. He earned it in more ways than one. To Luis Arteaga and everyone at Calusa: thank you for carrying a name that honors this land. Thank you for honoring the service that shaped you. And thank you for a cup of coffee that carries the weight of all of it without spilling a drop. Semper Fi, brother. Keep roasting.

The other reason is because some items are pre-made with bacon, which could be part of a dietary restriction, but they had turkey-bacon and turkey sausage which is considerate. The service was amazing though!
