Sorry but this place is still the worst Dunkin in the Portchester/Rye area. The workers here are rude and can never get my order correct (Med iced coffee with 2 cream and 2 sugar) .... Every time I order it, they make it whiter than milk. The donuts are old and the place smells like a duty bathroom. Sad to see it going down hill. If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is a masterclass in incompetence. Every time I come here, I think maybe--just maybe--they'll manage to get something right. And every time, they prove me wrong. Today was the last straw. I took one sip of my coffee, SPIT IT OUT, and threw the entire thing away before i even walked out. I went in this morning for a cup of coffee - just a coffee. The person working the register taking the order didnt understand enough english to know what unsweetened vanilla means, but we got past it. Then i waited over 10 minutes for the coffee to arive at the counter. I asked the person working the order counter when the coffee would be ready. Her complete lack of english meant she didnt know what i was asking and walked away. The coffee never came out. After waiting 5 more mins i walked out, $5 poorer and without coffee. read more

So I'm from New England, and I guess I've been spoiled with the quality of the Dunkin's there because this was just terrible. I am actually half Hispanic, and speak fluent Spanish, so I noticed they were talking in Spanish when they took my order. The seemed to understand what I was asking for pretty well, or so I thought. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, but without the cheese because I'm lactose intolerant. If there's dairy in the bread or butter in the sandwich if it isn't a crazy amount I can usually suffer through it and be fine. However, directly having cheese just gives me a massive stomachache. Regardless of the fact that the dunkin smelled like gasoline and looked pretty shabby inside, I thought the overall experience of went pretty well. When I went to eat the sandwich however, there was cheese on it despite the fact that the ticked adhered to the bag that held the sandwich itself said "no cheese" right on it. Obviously I went back to see if they could make a new one, because it was their mistake. When I got a there, the guy behind the register was nice enough, but I heard the workers talking (in Spanish of course) about how annoying it was that I was making them do more work and that they should just return the same sandwich to me. It was evident that they didn't know I understood them, but if it happened to me I can imagine this has happened before. Personally me I really love this dunkin. It's the best I've ever had, they make the best coffee here. And I've been to other Dunkin's and I really love this one. if you think negative, then yeah you'll Be dissatisfied, and disappointed. But you just need to have patience with the world. I gotta say tho, when they aren't busy it does take a few mins for your order, or sometimes mess it up. But it's not the end of the world. And I grew up here and know the workers very well. it's nice to start small talk with them. And I moved to CT 5 years ago. And I always come to this Dunkin. this will always be my #1 Dunkin :) read more

I am posting this review for a friend who has been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts faithfully since 1994. I can see that some other Yelp reviewer posted a photo 11 months ago showing spacious seating, that seating has since been removed in the past week. My friend was told that this is to help avoid people lingering around the Dunkin' Donuts so now they have provided no to minimal seating for their patrons. See picture I have posted. We understand that Starbucks has a general vibe of making customers feel comfortable and welcome. "America runs on Dunkin'" is quite the fitting slogan for this particular establishment because they are expecting you to run on out of there and not stay for one moment longer than you need to. This decline in hospitality or lack there of is completely disgraceful especially when you hear of other Dunkin' Donuts franchises with leather couches and fireplaces. read more

This is yet another Dunkin Donuts without adequate parking on Northbound Rte 1. The donuts are never fresh, but since they are full of preservatives they get sold anyway. If its before 9 am you can park next door at the Pier 1 store lot before or the former bank after. read more

This place is AGAIN infested with ants!!!!!! Totally disgusting!!!! They are all over the place!!! They need to really take care of this! It's been years and nothing they do works!!! Can't even sit because they are all over window ledges, tables and floor! Tables are left dirty and the ants end up crawling on the tables while the workers are in the back looking at their cell phones and get nasty when you ask them to clean the table!!!! read more

The fact that there is no chance to find parking here between 8-10 AM, show 2 things: The first, is that this place is good, otherwise people would choose a different location. And second, that the people who work here are too slow. When you have a long line in the mornings, and they must know that in the mornings every second matter, they must learn how to speed things up, and let people go on their way ASAP. Leaving the slow service aside, the place is clean, and they make good coffee, and it is my preferred DD when I need a coffee before entering the freeway. read more

This is sad. I waited 10 minutes today to speak with the owner of this store (whom I saw there) to tell him how nice his employees were and he refused to come out to speak with me. The girls said he was "on the phone" and then he mysteriously "left". Well Mr. Owner the review for you just went to one star. Your employees are way better than you are. Super friendly staff! The food and coffee is always good and the staff are always friendly. Saturday's and Sunday's are so packed... good luck getting into the parking lot (This is the only reason why it's 4 stars and not 5) They have recently added new morning staff it seems so they are fairly fast getting your order. The staff are bilingual so that's a plus as well. There is one restroom which is clean & there is there is about 9 small two person tables. Overall great place, wish they could somehow expand the parking lot. read more

Blah! Another gross poorly staffed outpost with difficult parking. To all those looking for a cream infused sugar rush with coffee as an aftertaste be my guest- and drone on through the D&D wasteland of the northeast... but to those that wish for a rich strong cup of succulent roasted glory push on past this hole in the hill. The location in Rye Brook is terrific. plenty of parking, food is consistently what I expect, and service is faster than I can believe. had breakfast sandwiches, coffee, donut and loved the experience. the early morning crowd reflects this quality: a steady stream even at 5 am! read more

Slow service. The worst parking lot I have ever seen. Incredibly difficult to maneuver and nowhere to go if it is filled.

This Dunkin' Donuts is open 24/7 which is great, but the parking is terrible. The parking lot is very small and when you exit, you only can turn right - which can be an inconvenience if you're going in the opposite direction. It can take you a while to get out of the parking lot because you enter the Boston Post Road and there are not many people that will slow down to let you out!!! read more

Like this DD. Only issue is the parking during he time of 7:30 - 8:40am. Enjoying an Irish creme coffee from there absolutely delish.
