The food is great only if they can ever make it right, my order is usually fucked up in a way. Talking to a customer a MANAGER shouldn't be so disrespectful and rude whatsoever you're making fast food how hard is it to do your job right? Ik everyone is human but you've got only two types of cheese yellow or white! Having no common sense how do you mistake cheese its on the ticket you get "cant you read"!!! It's Dunkin Donuts so unless they mess up my coffee or latte or are rude ... 4 stars in the donut shop world. I mean their an American Institution. This one did the Latte just fine except you could hear the girl gasp when I corrected her and said no "iced" not hot, lol. It was 32 degrees outside. A bit cold for this girl but I'm Florida now ... iced it is Latte was as I said good not to sweet and just the right note of coffee flavors. Also, not all milky. Got a blueberry muffin which was fairly decent and had enough blueberries. I know it has a ton of calories etc., but I am at Dunkin Donuts not a Carrot Shop. They get my coffee order wrong all the time. My son regularly gets a bacon egg and cheese and it comes with no egg. The manager is very very RUDE. I will drive out of my way to go to a different Dunkin from now on. read more

If I have a choice, I never bother with Dunkin - their coffee is way too weak for my taste unless it's Dark Roast BUT with the exception of Spill the Beans up the street (which can sometimes be slow) I really have no other alternative on my morning commute. This is probably the best Dunkin I've been to - the drive thru is always jammed so I usually go inside, which is normally deserted, so I'm in and out. The people inside are actually friendly and I have never once gotten iced coffee that tasted burnt here, which is usually a regular occurrence for me at any other Dunkin I go to. read more

Clean and fast little Dunkin. The hot chocolates were good and the donuts were fresh. There is a drive thru and plenty of parking. The lobby is pretty large, this could definitely be a nice spot to meet some people for a coffee chat. read more

Had a great few experiences here, most recently yesterday when we ordered a few iced coffees and egg sandwiches. Since they have renovated this place I have been very impressed. The on tap iced coffee tastes delicious (cold brew included) and while they were very busy, the staff were very efficient and friendly. This is indeed Dunkin of the 21st century! This establishment has undergone a recent renovation which has turned it from someplace I used to frequent weekly to someplace I will not go again. First there is a bar with very high chairs on which you must climb up instead of sit down - not comfortable, not safe. If I want to sit on this type of chair I will go to a bar, not a coffee house, and this has taken away from the amount of normal seating. Second, the regular seating now has chairs which, while they look pretty are incredibly uncomfortable and bite into the sides of your legs if you sit for more than 5 minutes. Lastly they replaced the clock with an ad which says prospect runs on dunkin - nobody cares, we want to know what time it is! Dunkin is a franchise and all of them should look and feel the same - this is one is just wrong. read more

This is my go to Dunkin for Drive thru, they are the most efficient in the area, orders are always right, and they are so kind. I can't speak for the inside restaurant but I've been through the drive thru many times. There's one particular woman that works at the window who has impeccable service skills, but really they all have a peppiness to them that can make or break a customer's day, and it always makes mine. Went there this morning for the first time in a while. Ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I usually order cream cheese on the side from Dunkin, but didn't feel like messing with it in the car today. It barely had any cream cheese on it. Trying to save money by shorting their drive-thru customers I guess. Then my coffee was wrong. Ordered hazelnut swirl and got regular. Looks like things haven't changed here and I will continue going to the Dunkin by my work. It's a shame that I can't stop at the Dunkin that is 5 feet from my house. read more

It never fails. Each time I go to this location my order is a mess. The fact that I continue to go here is no ones fault but my own. I know that no matter what - my order will always be a mess. Today I ordered a toasted blueberry bagel and a Boston cream donut. The donut was just thrown in the brown bag--- which they have been doing for a long time now. Can't you wrap it in plastic- I mean really- it has frosting on it. And it was stale- and its only 10am. Then my bagel was not toasted and a clump of butter was thrown in between the slices. I go to dunkin pretty much everyday- and this location has really gone downhill. The manager needs to clean house and re-train all the employees. read more

So,I go in today because I've been hearing that Dunkin donuts was offering free coffees to teachers every Monday in Sept. 2014. I thought that was great, what a wonderful thing for them to do. I know that other Dunkin' Donuts are participating because other teachers have been recipients. So I ask about it and the young girl behind the counter says she's never heard of it...mind you it's the last Monday in September, because I forgot to go before now. She steps away to check with some. When she comes back she says "oh that's only on NY". Really....can you not just give me my one measly coffee! I am A frequent customer of your establishment. Efficient, friendly staff, seem to be well-stocked. The facility is big and quite cozy. However, it doesn't matter because it's so loud in there that the way to go is to use the drive-thru and pull into one of the spots in the huge parking lot, roll down the windows and relax with your coffee that way. It's like an amphitheater in that store with ENDLESS banter about politics, current events and weather. I pray that when I retire I find a good hobby so I don't join those ranks! I live in town so I'm a regular....or was one. Service used to be excellent but lately has gone downhill fast. Stopped last Monday evening around 6:45 pm. Ordered a hot dark roast and a toasted bagel & cream cheese. I received coffee that was hours old, lukewarm and so dark it appeared that they simply passed the coffee by the milk rather than putting it in. Additionally, I had to pull forward so they could "cook my bagel". Never had that happen at a Dunkin. This turned to my advantage because, had I not pulled forward to wait, I would have found out down the road that I received old and barely warm coffee. When I went in to ask for a new coffee they handed me my "cooked" bagel. It was warm but nowhere near toasted. When I told them I'd like a new coffee and a fully toasted bagel I was told the coffee would take about 10 minutes and the bagel they "cooked" for me was the last one. I asked for my money back and left. Don't know what's changed in the past couple of months but if the service doesn't improve I'm done. read more

I've been going to this establishment for 6+ years (mainly thru drive-up) and this store is consistently busy. However, from the drive-up perspective, orders are rarely as ordered (ie. reg coffee or tea when decaf was ordered, someone else's muffin/donut instead of an egg sandwich, etc.). A large coffee here cost me this morning $2.32 whereas the Dunkin Donuts down the street on the Waterbury side was $2.17...that's quite a difference! read more

I have lived in prospect my entire life and visit this Dunkin nearly every day (not something I'm too proud of). My order is usuall spot-on and the MEN at this location are very pleasant. The man Chris, and the younger man that works the drive-thru are always cheerful and make the morning bright, but the women there.. Seriously? Whatever girl (nicki?) is operating the drive-thru early in the morning needs to go back to sensitivity training and learn how to talk to customers. I order the same thing (iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich) every time I go there and she always reminds me how I don't need "all that". Regardless of my weight, don't you dare tell me what I should be PAYING for and consuming. And my dog is not a baby. When he is with me, don't attempt to call him and get him to come closer if I'm holding him to stay in the car. I am holding him so he doesn't jump through your window.
