I heard someone who is unhoused was going through the trash yesterday to eat some of the donuts that y'all were throwing away, and the employees were almost going to fight him for doing that????? I'm so appalled at the sheer greediness and power trips. I understand there are policies- but make an effort, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF, to HUMANELY resolve these conflicts in the future. Wanted an easy breakfast while on the road so ordered on the app and picked up here. Location is drive thru only due to lack of help. Girl at window was so cheerful and our food was piping hot and exactly as ordered. Their new Guatemalan coffee is quite good and a nice change from regular DD brew. read more

Friendly service and it was quick. The selection was good and they had everything we ordered. Bigger tables would have made it perfect.

Love stopping by Dunkin' sometimes I use the to go app. Always fast and friendly. They have so many varieties to choose from.

Customer service is definitely lacking here, no hello, no thank you, no bye have a nice day. When placing an app order and going through drive thru to pick up they seem clueless. They just pass items through window and walk off. read more

We went through the drive through on saint patricks day and the man that was working there that day said they ran out of the saint patrick day doughnuts at first we were disappointed that they ran out of the special doughnuts and we had to get the regular doughnuts. Then we pulled up at the window to get the doughnuts and I was delighted to find that when I opened it he was nice enough toput the extra effort and thought into putting the last bit of the sprinkles he had left. Because I was kinda disappointed that on saint Patricks day I wouldn't be able to get any green doughnuts but I immediately felt more in the saint Patricks day green spirit. I just wanted to say thank you to the employee who was working there that day for not just giving me regular doughnuts and for giving me green clover sprinkled doughnuts, I think the employee there deserves recognition and maybe even a raise for going as far and beyond as he did. Today I went to this dunkin' and one of the employees working was not wearing a mask. When I told one employee that the other needs to put a mask on because it's disgusting to not, she told me I needed to be nicer. I asked to speak to a manager and she rudely said "we don't have a manager, we have a shift lead" okay? The "shift lead" spoke to me and was very nice, but I have a feeling no one actually cared about my advise. There's a pandemic, people are dying. Wear a mask. read more

Clean, quick and the staff are friendly. Drink was correct and baked items were fresh. It also has a drive thru, but going in was easier as their were many in the drive thru. read more

They seemed friendly but they could not seem to get things right I had asked for a bagel with cream cheese and got 2 burnt crescent rolls. I am the hangriest I have ever been this is absurd who even does that. I didn't even get what I payed for and to top it all off instead of a caramel macchiato I got a caramel latte. So I went two days before Valentine's Day to get some of DD's heavily-advertised heart-shaped doughnuts and they were out. They're a freaking bakery - make some more y'all. Fail. The staff couldn't have cared less. Apparently it wasn't their problem. I know they probably don't get paid much but have SOME pride in your job. The doughnuts I did end up getting - stale as cardboard. I'll just go to Krispy Kreme next time like I should have in the first place. read more
