    Iced matcha latte
    Jillian S.

After climbing at the Triangle Rock Club nearby, I was craving a caffeine fix. Since I was covered with chalk and sweat I was hoping I wouldn't need to walk inside. Thankfully Caribou has a drive thru! The drive thru did take longer than anticipated, but was worth it. I ordered an iced matcha latte made with oat milk, iced black coffee, and a chocolate croissant. The iced matcha latte was good, but sadly tasted more like oat milk than matcha. The croissant was warmed up and had an excellent, flaky crust with soft chocolate on the inside. Overall, a positive experience and we would visit here again.

Pulled the bacon out but it's a bacon egg and cheese bagel

Didn't get coffee cause we're unhinged and honestly going off my advice is really here and there. Got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Husband says it's better than Starbucks but not better than McDonalds so do with that information as you will. Service was fine and a coffee is in order for us next time.

    Hair in drink

I sipped a a huge hair through the straw in my drink and called to let manager know. It seemed like she couldnt care less. For such a large chain, this is really gross. Wouldn't recommend this location unless they get some nicer people who are more on top of it.

The skinny zesty egg white sandwich on an everything bagel with a small cappuccino.

The barista was a vibe because we love a casual chat. Mind you, this is our first time coming here. I ordered the Stacy and he ordered Life's A Peach. Let me preface this by we bop around to so many different shops to try food and coffee and this exceeded our expectations. Whoever made the sandwiches seasoned these eggs to perfection and please know that we appreciate it so much. Like foreal. 5 stars. Vibes. Food. Delicious. Seasoned. Round of applause! Just wanted to take the time to clap for the staff here…read more I've only been here twice now. But both times the service was SO fast. I came here on a week day and it was packed but the kitchen seemed steady. Their service is very stream lined with pagers for food orders. There is a lot of seating but it also seems to be a place where a good chunk of people come to work. They have a library inside as well and the books at the time were all $3 ea. Today I came and it's a Sunday. As expected they were SLAMMED. Line to the door of people waiting and line to the door of people ordering. I still got my coffee in less than 5 min. People waiting on food were getting theirs in similar time. The staff was killing it! They have a large selection of baked goods (lots of laminated dough), fast casual breakfast & lunch, and a huge coffee menu. They also have gluten free options for food and about a dozen gf/df baked goods. They said they have separate prep space and changed gloves for gluten free food but it's a shared oven. I didn't have any issues though. To who ever is managing your kitchen and staff, you're doing a great job. To the staff, hats off Highly recommend this place for a light breakfast and good coffee, or just a good place to hang out on your laptop.

Our breakfast ended up coming out before coffee, which made no sense. I had to ask about the coffees before they were actually made. When the girl came from morning ritual She brought out my husbands, hot cappuccino but my mocha out iced and I immediately said I don't drink cold coffee and I did an order iced. Instead of being apologetic, and stating that she would change it, she just snatched the iced coffee and walked away. That was such a strange encounter. It was rude and I got no apology, nor did I get any explanation of what would happen next. I let my server know to ensure I was still going to get a coffee because I can't live without my coffee in the morning! When my Moca loved her honey, oat milk, coffee came I took a sip and was glad i didn't flip out and say "forget the coffee" (as I was already done with breakfast by the time in arrived) because the drink was delicious! If I'm ever back in the area (I was staying in Raleigh but decided to take a little detour into Durham that morning) I'll come to only Morning Ritual to see if I can change this 3 star review for service issues into a 5.
