The service was bad. The staff were rude and one girl complained about having to do her job right in front of a customer. The guy at the register was slow and terrible at taking orders, he even had to restart because he messed it up to bad. My mother ordered a coffee, and when she asked for sugar in it, the girl just dumped it in, causing a layer of unmixed, half-dissolved sugar to lay limply on the bottom. The food was burnt as well. All of the employees had a bad attitude and didn't do their job right. We didn't even receive our number and had to guess what our order was. The people who came in before us also claimed that the employees had told them they were out of coffee, which is odd considering we managed to receive that service just a mere few minutes after them. read more

This is the closest Dunkin to my house so unfortunately I have no other choice but to go to this one or not at all. Well, it's looking like I won't be going at all from here on out. I placed a mobile order for a dozen donuts a few weeks ago and when I arrived they said they were out of half the donuts I ordered. I didn't feel like replacing the donuts since they were for my family and I didn't know what else they'd want so I asked them to cancel the mobile order. They said okay, we'll cancel it, have a good day. Weeks later and I have STILL not received my refund. I've had to enter an email battle with Dunkin customer service over something that could've been so simple. If you don't have what I ordered, then refund me! I left EMPTY-HANDED and yet still have the charge on my bank and the points in my Dunkin account. Now they're saying it can take up to 14 business days to refund? Meanwhile I opened this inquiry the day it occurred and it is almost 3 weeks later. I walk into this Dunkin for so breakfast a omg that was a bad idea. First I ask for an avocado toast and they said they were out. It was 9 in the morning and you are out of bread? How does that happen?!? Then I was gonna get a wake up wrap and they only had 4 left. What is wrong here. The tariffs do not cause that much of an effect. I don't tread on the "Fast food style" yelping very often, but when I do it's normally for good reason. This is possibly the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been too. They actually managed to mess up every single thing we ordered, and the woman who I assume was in charge (or just acting like it) was extremely belittling to her fellow employees as well as rude and ignorant to the customers as well. This place is so bad I actually heard another family walk out and say "This is a horrible Dunkin Donuts" Pretty bad when you have convinced more than one group of people. The selection is somewhat limited, but the walk in service is great. Coffee was made perfect to order and the muffin was warmed up. Most locations don't even offer to warm up items for patrons, so nice touch. The DD app reader is glitch and seems to take forever, contradicting the signage that encourages the use of the app to expedite service. I stop by here fairly often as the gas station it is attached to is my usual gas stop on my way from Greenville, NC to Charlotte. There have been other instances of not so great service from employees but nothing like my experience when I stopped by yesterday. I stopped in and ordered a small iced decaf coffee and a chocolate donut and the cashier threw my donut in a bag and told me the total but before I finished sliding my card he walked out of the building and got in his car leaving the other guy who was supposed to be doing drive thru to finish making my coffee and finish tapping whatever buttons on the screen to accept my card payment. It was a very bizarre experience that left me feeling uneasy, and this could have been prevented if the cashier had just waited to leave until I had finished paying and received what I had ordered. I would give zero stars if I could for this horrible service. Also, as a side note, I don't know if this is a Dunkin Donuts thing or just one location but one time I came in and asked for a lactose-free creamer as I am lactose intolerant and it is better suited for me to have either lactose-free milk or perhaps even soy or some other substitute but I was told they had nothing but whole or skim milk which is very inconvenient for anyone who does not want lactose milk. Starbucks offers some sort of option for this and I think from now on because of the poor service detailed above that I will be skipping this exit and going to the next one which does have a starbucks. read more

I'd give no stars if I could. Waited in the drive thru for a couple minutes waiting for someone to take my order before I left to park and go inside instead. Saw an employee standing at the window on my way past it. When we went inside she was very quiet and barely looked at us. When we sat down to wait for our drinks someone else had apparently been in the drive thru and not been greeted because they pulled up to wait at the window. Another employee shuffled out of the back and dragged her feet around looking for something for a while mumbling before going back to the back, completely ignoring the customer waiting to be greeted at the window. LOL. That's all I can do. I ordered an iced latte and I got a cup full of ice and milk. If there is coffee in there I haven't found it-the color is white and it tastes like milk. Got a donut too, but sadly it was stale. I can understand that-it was probably sitting out all day and it's after six pm. Almost missed this as it is just before the entrance to I95 South. Good thing it was early in the morning or anyone driving behind me would have been upset at my quick turn. The coffee was hot, fresh, and great tasting. The selections were substantial and my wife was pleased that her favorite, sour cream cake donut, was available.
