I have been a regular daily customer here for years. This morning one of their employees, or perhaps management, tried to cut me off in the drive through line. I didn't understand what was happening until I saw the driver pull into an employee parking spot which is in the back, and blocked by the drive through pick up line. He beeped, yelled, pointed at me, ran in the building and yelled at me once I reached the drive up window. Literally all I did was wait in the drive through line. This man was very scary and threatening. The other employee looked horrified. I will never, ever return. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is one of the worst establishments I've ever been to. I live well out of town and have always tipped every DD establishment I've been to. Yesterday, I decided to go out and pick up coffee a smoothie and a breakfast sandwich- I even tipped. On my way out (and ina rush to see some family) I paid, gave a tip (overlooked the poor attitude) and went about my way. I paid an extra eight dollars for a 12 and some purchase and they didn't complete my order! By the time I got home and assumed everything was in hand but- of course- I noticed too late. I've heard some awful things about the customer service here since- friends telling me they have been treated like %^** for not tipping ? Well I tipped-thought I was being generous, come to find out that they didn't give me everything I paid for and over tipped obviously. Check your orders and don't waste your money. The DD in Newton and the one up the road has much better customer service as I went there again today ...(they'll also make sure you have all your food!) In conclusion, I feel robbed. The BEST DD I've been to!! My family and I travel ALOT for hockey so, we've been to Dunkins all over the east coast. This location is by far the best!! Super fast service, my large order was almost done before I even paid! The counterperson showed me how to earn points on the app and then he labeled all three of my kids multiple Wake Up Wraps!!! As a mom of 3 traveling back to Long Island this made my morning so much easier. Thank you for the great service and thoughtful bagging!! read more

In the past I would've definitely said this is one of the best Dunkin' Donuts around because they used to have the best, freshest donuts, muffins, bagels, etc. But this place has went downhill very quick. First off the staff is beyond rude literally everytime and the donuts are never fresh anymore. They used to be fresh all day long and at night considering it's 24 hours but it's not even close to the same as it once was. Not really sure what Jimmy and Heather are talking about, but I was just here yesterday and got a cup of ice water FO FREE! It's important to stay hydrated. I didn't sample and of the fine cuisine at this particular location, but I must say I found their water extremely refreshing. Their iced coffee was also delicious. The location was clean and employees were kind and helpful, especially about the glass of ice water. On the wall they had a tshirt framed that said "friends don't let friends drink Starbucks." I always stop at this Dunkin' when I am taking a long drive from Long Island to Western, New York. It's clean and new with decent parking and a drive thru. Customer service has always been nice when I've stopped here, fresh coffee consistently and the food is ready quickly. There isn't too much seating here, a few booths on the side and two tables near the food counter. Their bathrooms are always clean which makes it clear they take care of the place. I always get the egg white flatbread sans cheese and for quick to go food it's pretty delicious and healthy. One day I'll make that list of great places to stop while taking a road trip that I've always talked about doing and when I do, this place will be on the list! read more

Never friendly but I have them another chance today while I was driving down 206. Ordered a donut and a large hot beverage. I paid at the drive through they gave me my donut and said"bye". Didn't realize until I was about 3 miles away that they didn't give me my drink. I went back and when I got home realized they didn't even give me a large! It was a medium in a large cup! read more

After driving 400 some miles I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts to get a frozen coffee. The man that came up to get my order acted as if I were bothering him. He didn't greet me in any respectable way, I think he may have grunted. I asked for a sleeve when I picked my order up and he kept saying no. I thought maybe it was the language barrier since he could barely speak English. He kept insisting the answer to my question was no but he did mumbled something about I buy one. bottom line of this visit is that I would never go back here and I recommend that everyone use the next exit going east on 80 and see if the Dunkin Donuts there is any better. Because this one sure was horrible. read more

NEVER COME HERE. TURN AROUND GET BACK ON THE HIGHWAY AND KEEP DRIVING. I stopped here while traveling (just left NYC after walking around all day). I was very thirsty since it was 93 degrees that day so I wanted some water, but we also had the air conditioner blasting in the car so I thought I would order a hot latte. I place my order for a hot vanilla latte (which I had to explain three times) and a cup of ice water. The cashier told me they don't give out cups of water but I could buy a $2 bottle of water. I can understand if you're store doesn't give out free cups of water but charges maybe 25¢ or 50¢, but that option wasn't given, just the bottle of water. I think this is extraordinary poor customer service, not only was I making a purchase but it was 93 degrees outside! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered an iced vanilla coffee, and barely got any flavor in it. The coffee itself tasted incredibly bitter. My number one annoyance here? Even though I made a purchase, they refused to give me a cup of water, and told me I had to buy a bottle. How much could a cup of water cost? Maybe 7¢ total, for the cup, lid, straw, and water. I went to this D and D with my refill cup, good for a medium iced coffee for $1.59. Its good until May 31st which it clearly says on the cup FROM Dunkin donuts. I placed my order and said asked if regular price was OK? I said no and she told me to pull up. When I pulled up she went and grabbed my cup and said its regular price. I asked why and she didn't have an answer. I asked for my cup back and I told her forget it. I took my cup back and she just stared at me. She didn't tell me why she wasn't recognizing my cup, she didn't tell me anything but said something in whatever language she was talking in. Very rude and they are trying to scam you!!
