I was at the Dunkin Dec 8th, 2025. I came in to pick up two iced coffees. As I was walking out, I held the door for another customer, and one of my coffees spilled onto the floor. I turned to the woman who works there, told her what happened and asked if she could please make me another. She flat out said no! Additionally, I order from that location several times a week and the woman knows me. I work at a school across the street where many of the faculty patronize the Dunkin there as well. I never get disappointed whenever I come here. Unlike other Dunkin' donut stores in Staten Island, it seems like this place has an appropriate amount of workers in this busy plaza. Everytime I come, there's always a long line but the workers take and make your orders fast. Even when there is a long line, you order and get your food in less than ten minutes which is pretty impressive compared to other Dunkin' stores ive been to on the island that is super busy as well. read more

This Dunkin location is fine and good friendly quick service. The only thing that I did not like was their donut fries! They advertise this everywhere and it looked good but when I ate it I was pretty disappointed. It tasted fried, baked, and confused, with hint of cinnamon. I did not like the texture as well. Every time i order from this dunkin especially, there is always an item missing. They are rude nasty and on top of it all charge extra if you dont want an egg on your sandwich. Not an extra egg, NO. No egg is extra.. fix your website be more attentive to peoples orders and if something is old and is growing mold, Maybe call the customer and explain youre out of this item instead of giving it out for delivery anyway. This place is a hit or miss for me... Opens twenty four hours so I get to grab sweets after midnight! I usually come here after I study or craveinggggg a late night sweets... The place is clean and lots of people come here morning till night ... They run out of stuff pretty often around noonish... There's not that many options donut wise...this is one of those joint dunk in donuts and baskein robin types of stores... Which is great two types of things to choose from and yes ice cream is 24 hours as well... The prices are reasonable...but the staff here isn't...they don't now what they are doing half the time ...when i come here I'm always waiting on a person to get my order and it takes about five minutes to get there attention...it's not suppose to work like that... Your at a fast food restaurants you should get fast service...expically when there's about three people behind the counter... This is actually the wrong address. Dunkin Donuts closed down at this location years ago and is now on the other side of Victory Blvd. The old DD used to actually make donuts on site. This new one doesn't and therefore the donuts are never fresh. The old DD used to brew coffee in pots not machines like the new one. The old DD used to be special because it was the only one around. Now you can't go a few blocks in any direction without finding one. Enough about the old DD, since the past is the past and we all know it makes no sense to dwell on the past. The new DD has the worst designed parking lot ever. It's not even debatable. THE worst. So bad that they designed the building to have a drive through and later realized that it would be disastrous at that intersection and basically just impossible. So you're probably wondering why I gave this Dunkin Donuts a 3 star A-OK rating aren't you? They recently relocated across the street into the plaza. I come here once in awhile to switch it up from my norm, of daily Starbucks coffee. Idk I'm not a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee. No matter how much I try to concoct different things to try to make their coffee taste good, it just doesn't. I do however enjoy their hot chocolate. Their hot chocolates are better than Starbucks hot chocolate. I especially love their salted caramel hot chocolate, that's my current fave drink there. Fast & Very Friendly! I can't speak for these locals, but as a rep I deal with dunkin donuts locations all the time. Many of them are slow, not friendly, and couldn't care less in helping me out. There was this one very friendly lady in blue who was helping me out. She took care of me as if I could have been a family member. In the end, service was friendly and the coffee was hot! The parking lot here is horrible, especially when crowded. People just park their cars in the middle of the car path. However, the coffee was good and the line moved fast, even with a crowd. The location is pretty big and spacious, with plenty of tables. Definitely one of the better locations in the area. read more

I order two ice cream sundaes and pay $10 for them, just to look inside the bag and see that these two idiots who have no clue what they are doing put the ice cream inside a bag and not even inside a container. Not only is the ice cream just melting in the bag, it also isn't what I asked for so when I complain to the employees they tell me no manager is present and I can't get my money back. So I ask if they can at least remake my order and they tell me that they do not know how to make it. So I basically paid $10 to leave here empty handed. I worked at this dunkin' donuts for training yesterday, 6/26/17, and the training was supposed to be paid. When I initially wanted to work here I told the person at the front of the store that I was only interested in doing weekends, and he gave the manager my phone number. She called me, and asked to see me, and I was pretty sure she knew I could only do weekends. I worked here from 10 am to 4 pm, yesterday 6/26/17, and they told me not to come back because they only needed people for the weekdays. I came there today, Tuesday, 6/27/17 and asked the shift area manager for my training money, as compensation, and he refused to pay me for the work I had done yesterday. This Dunkin' Donuts refused to pay their employees for their training time, and expected them to work, without any compensation. I am not sure if this is the DND on Richmond & Victory or not, but this DND is open 24/7 and has a hook-up for a drive-thru, but they do not use it. It is an incredibly small parking lot and is very inconvenient for the driving public. Every time I go in there at night, there is a group of Gypsy's loitering the place and it is a very unpleasant experience. DND gets 3 stars, because I love their Iced Latte's, but they lose 2 stars, because they have nothing healthy on their menu whatsoever. How about some low carb/sugar free donuts?
