Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment due to the fact that orders are always incorrect. I ordered on several occasions and each and every single time the orders were wrong. I ordered with Uber eats. I ordered in person. I ordered over the phone. There was always a problem with my order. Simple orders such as a toasted bagel with cream cheese would be un toasted with butter. How hard is it to get a bagel order right, in a bagel shop??? My biggest complaint was when I went into the store this past Friday I placed my order very slowly and I made sure to repeat my order and have it repeated back to me. When the food came to the counter, I checked to make sure that the order was right. The counter person named Mark got very nasty with me and said that I wasn't allowed to open the bagel to see what was inside. Did he expect me to pay for something that I didn't order? The order of course was wrong. He got very mean with me,he took my food off of the counter and took the next customer. As if to punish me. I'm a grown woman with many other options and I decided to take my business elsewhere. I'm giving two stars because whenever the food was correct it was good and the place seems clean. read more
