Cinnamon toast crunch adds a crunchy texture on too of sweet and creamy soft serve. The pufflecone paired well with the soft serve. The deserts were delightful and we were stuffed and maybe slightly guilty for having so much desert. I probably have been ok with sharing one small maple soft serve with two people. This is just the worst place in the world. It doesn't even deserve 1 star!! I've never had a place screw stuff up so many dam times to even count. Talk to the manager because your tires of paying for stuff and either not getting it at all or not right.. she hangs up on you multiple times and does not answer... making up excuses for the staff when her and others are out side smoking... sayings they were so busy... ok well 1! As a boss wtf are you out side???? U should be leading your team!!! 2!!!! You were not even busy!!!!!!! Telling me she will refund me if I have my recipe.. how about you talk to your staff for. I made a mobile order at the Tamworth location and I will never be back due to how RUDE the employees were. Went here on Thursday morning, 4/23/25 at 9:30am and all 3 employees were the nastiest employees I've ever experienced anywhere. Their customer service doesn't even deserve one star. Not to even mention my mobile dunkin order took exactly 24 minutes from the time ordered to the time it was in my hand. We lined up all the kids to place their orders but were shocked when they pulled out one micro cup and put the smallest scoop of ice cream in it that I had ever seen. On top that they wanted to charge over $6 for that mini scoop. We paid for the one scoop and quickly left and made the five minute drive to Trails End Ice Cream where the super mega scoop is only $4 and a double scoop (which is over a pint of ice cream) is only $6. I'm not complaining about the quality of the ice cream at Ben and Jerry's, but the super small portions are way overpriced, particularly when a much better alternative (Trails End Ice Cream) is only five minutes away. Save your money and avoid this particular Ben and Jerry's and drive down to Trails End Ice Cream and get freshly made local ice cream at reasonable prices.

I messaged the company and was advised "...we can't be liable for items damaged in shipping, we do our best but it is not in our hands...". An offer for free shipping on our next order was offered. I don't choose the packaging for the product or how they ship it. My mom did pay the extra $9 for cold shipping. The whole box was packed like no one cared how it arrived. What I can choose is where we will spend our money and peace of mind is no longer on that list. UPDATE: Nancy wrote back blaming UPS for this issue. She wrote, " ..I understand your frustration, but we sent the items out in perfect condition, the blame is on the carrier, so therefore you could file a claim with UPS. Small business' are not responsible for packages that are damaged by UPS and we would all go under if we took that responsibility on." I could accept that if the outside box had not arrived in perfect condition with no other items affected. This is an issue if the plastic packaging breaking because it gets too cold and shatters. Businesses tend to go under when they fail their customers and don't take responsibility for issues that are theirs. If you value your money, beware.
