What a beautiful spot to have some DQ! First off, the landscaping is gorgeous. They take a lot of pride in their outside curb appeal and it shows. The picnic tables set up are in a park like setting, very special. The DQ itself is clean and tidy. We came in around 8:30pm on a Sunday night. It wasn't busy but the employees were busy cleaning and tidying up. Our three cones and a blizzard were made perfect and quick. I'd stop here again in a heartbeat. read more

A great DQ! It's clearly a poppin spot in North Conway. This is the DQ grill & chill was PACKED with people eating ice cream and food in the booths. I've only ever been to a grill & chill once before and it's a vibe. I got a vanilla sundae with peanut butter sauce and hot fudge. Delisioso! Quick service too. read more

I wish they still served Orange Julius But I will say the service is pretty good and they are pretty fast and most of the people are pretty nice. I have a six grandson at home he wants to eat dairy Queen which is great news to me. He hasn't had anything to eat in days. I call dairy Queen ,Bianca, thank God it was Bianca she answered the phone and she actually took my order like the good old days. I didn't have to use the app which I don't know how to use and haven't never used. I ordered I came I picked it up I fed my grandson he is getting better. Thank you so much Bianca for being able to just take a simple order and have it all ready for me when I arrived. I think Bianca is great. I did notice that she has to walk on cement floors, although I did not mention this to her it is really bad for her back to have to work without fatigue mats, I am from the restaurant industry and I realize she is walking all day long on cement floors which is really bad for her. Please help her out and get some fatigue mats for her. You cannot find employees like Bianca anywhere. They just don't exist so don't take her for granted take care of her and treat her like she should be a manager. Believe me I own two corporations I know what I'm talking about. read more

I typically don't have many bad experiences here, however, when I stopped in a few months ago to dine in and ordered a burger with no ketchup I had the WORST experience I have ever had with any fast food restaurant. Upon looking at the burger and noticing the ketchup, I went up to the manager Norman and requested another burger to be made as I really did not want ketchup on my burger. He then proceeded to sit me down at a table with him and took a fork and knife to pull apart my burger in front of me and tell me that the red sauce all over the burger "was just melted cheese." I acknowledged what he said but told him that I still would like a different burger as it's now been pulled apart and picked at by him on top of already not being made correctly. He DENIED my request for a new burger and told me "you're alright the burger is fine." I was absolutely appalled at the service I had received, especially in front of the whole restaurant where other workers laughed at me and my friends were there to see the whole thing. I did not eat my food and left immediately. I contacted DQ headquarters and the issue was never acknowledged or resolved. read more

Ordered $80 worth of food today... Drivethru attendant was snarky when asked to reread my order back to me ( it was a lot of food and they were busy) and it was correct. I gave him a five dollar tip, to possibly improve his attitude.. but it didn't Drove home before our blizzards melted, opened the bag that was supposed to have four onion rings ( had two fries and two onion rings) The burgers and chicken were atrocious ( see photo) and slapped together as if a toddler had done it. Not impressed. My husband and I used to frequent Dairy Queen in CT every other weekend. Since moving to NH 2 months ago we were so happy to find a Dairy Queen in N. Conway. We both got the chicken strip special, which was good, except the onion rings were skimpy for being charged extra. The biggest complaint was the strawberry sundae I got.....or should I say strawberry juice sundae since the 2 tiny strawberries were the only way I knew it was even a strawberry sundae. Tried to go for .85 blizzards to treat my husband and myself after a long week of work but the app I downloaded and created an account wasn't working. I explained that to the window attendant and he got the manager. the manager rudely told me that he didn't control the app so take it or leave it. I nicely said I'll take it. The window attendant returned and I told him I was only given one blizzard and not the other yet. He handed me my other one and tipped it upside down to show me how it stays except it didn't and he dumped half of it all over the side of my car and the ground. He didn't say anything not sorry, just handed me the blizzard and closed the window. As a local to the valley I know there are so many better local ice cream places to go to! Simply adding a review, because I believe this DQ deserves higher than a 2-star rating in the other review. It's new and very clean. The employees are constantly wiping down tables. Your food will be brought out to you, which is great for a fast food restaurant. And the employees are usually very courteous. This is my favorite place to stop after skiing the mountains in the winter. read more

But the line moved quickly and the gentleman taking our order over the intercom was hilarious and so upbeat, he made the experience fun. The gentleman running the register was awesome too. I'm going 5 stars with this because I have never eaten at a DQ and they don't have any Grill n chills in Pennsylvania where I live. This place is great, the Burgers were super tasty, way better than The king and kicked wendys but as well. Also better than elevation and many other spots that I have tried except for Shack Shack.....They are the shizzzz when it comes to burger construction. Any way, were had burgers and fries, everything was super fresh, the resto was clean and hey had indoor and outdoor seating which was really nice. The whole place is really clean and the staff seemed to enjoy working there well. The Blizzard we shared after eating was super tasty too. I highly recommend stopping here for a quick bite, and now only hope that I can find another one as good as this one. read more

I grew up in the south shore of Massachusetts and a trip to Dairy Queen after my parents took us out to dinner was always a treat! Stopped by this location and was pleased with everything. The food, the service, the cleanliness of the restaurant were all A++. My only annoyance was the commercial on the radio. The ice cream itself was great however the mini blizzards we got were overflowing which is not a fun time in 88 degree weather. I made a comment when one of our blizzards was tipped that it just barely made it,as it was already melting all over the sides of the cup. Once I handed said blizzard to the 8 year old I babysit she asked for more napkins and we were given two. Needless to say we pulled over behind Applebee's and at that point both of our blizzards were melting fast and I had to scrape off a lot of the extra ice cream, apologizing to the 8 year old as most of the cookie dough pieces were now on the ground. As I am helping her my own blizzard proceeded to drip down the side of the cup and onto my cell phone. I understand that it's hot out and I understand they will melt but they shouldn't be so full that we can't even hold them and enjoy the ice cream.
