Never had an undercooked donut from Dunkin before, until today. Boston cream had raw dough on the inside, cream was translucent, and in general it looked like shit with the frosting sliding off. Coffee is ok but this is not the first time I've had an issue with the food. Franchisee behind the counter always has a pissed off look on his face; he should try focusing on improving the food. I'm a Dunkin loyalist however this is my last time at this location. Next time I'm getting McDonald's or hitting the train station bakery, both of which are good for breakfast. read more

actually not a bad ddin tarrytown as i am in the area on a tuesday morning . good selection of donuts , typical dd menu of beverages and food and free wifi and decent amount of seating. no mistake on my order and i was in and out quickly . heading back to nyc so i figure a dozen assorted donuts for my slacker workers is my way of being generous. 4 stars on my yelp meter. read more

Your standard Dunkin' Donuts. It's pretty large, has tables available for sitting, a nice clean bathroom. The tea doesn't taste brewed or sweetened like other Dunkin' Donuts I've visited, but it fulfills the need. Yato doesn't understand this chumps in Sleepy Hollow. Bums I tell you. This Dunkin is the best in all of New York. Food? Solid every time Yato is in town. EVERY TIME. Donuts? Fresh. Ice tea? Go there every morning around the same time to get the same coffee. I do get annoyed with the workers that don't speak English and some of the workers are slow. Today a woman was at the counter with a baby and the workers seem to pay more attention to the baby then the customers that pay their salaries. Even with a line forming, they seemed to not care. So with that in mind, I walked out and got a coffee from McDonalds in the same shopping center. It was fast and I didn't have to get out of my car. Do the managers not realize that if the customer is not happy, most likely they are not coming back? Do they realize there are other stores (Dunkin stores) in the area that people can go to? Painfully slow and terrible service with no one able to communicate why it took 25 minutes to get two bfast sandwiches and 4 donuts.

Way to make people feel uncomfortable... I walk in to see all employees huddled up at the end of the counter. They see me, but ignore me, and continue to talk amongst themselves. I smile and say hi, they all scatter - speaking Spanish and laughing. Finally one takes my order while continuing to speak Spanish to her coworker in front of me, laughing and giggling. The only English they spoke was to direct me to the end of the counter to get my coffee. Now please don take this wrong, I do not have any issue with them speaking spanish - I do however have a problem with employees talking strictly in a different language in front of customers. This is rude, and makes you feel uncomfortable. I will think twice about coming back to this location. Coffee was good though so I will not give one star. read more

I am living in Tarrytown for couple of months for an internship. I live in Montreal which is full of nice little cafes and I was missing my late-night/evening coffees since there is only a handful, I would say 1-2 coffee places in Tarrytown. And most other places close at 6pm. So, I stopped by one day at this Dunkin' Donuts and tried their latte for the first time. To be honest, I expected it to be pretty bad but I was surprised and it was pretty good. And the environment was nice and seemed to be a good place for study in the evening. It's usually not crowded at all and I enjoyed studying during my subsequent visits. Also the staffs were friendly. Would recommend if you need a quick latte/coffee/donut when other places are closed and of course for study spot. read more

I come in here very often simply because it is 2 minutes from my job and Chase bank is right next door. I live in Queens so I always grab a cup of coffee for the rush hour commute home from work. Let's make this review short and simple...the workers are slow and the place always looks understaffed. I've been in there numerous times when there was only one person behind the counter and even when there are 2 or more employees working...they're STILL slow!! If it wasn't for the fact that I am a DD addict, always in desperate need of coffee to get me through the commute home and this location is conveniently 2 mins from my job...I would not come here. read more

Lately I have been going in at approximately 5AM which is when they open. There seems to be a group of regulars that come in at the same time. They only order a coffee and take up most of the available seating. I usually come back for a refill an hour or 2 later and those same people are still there with a few of them sleeping at the tables. I love their coffee, but I could do without the rif raf. Management needs to do something as I could see some customers might be reluctant to return upon seeing somewhat scary characters sprawled out at the tables which happen to be by the entrance. read more

Normally like this place and service is solid but need a better donut policy. Ordered a dozen donuts and you can't pick what you want. Gave us 2 coconut, plain, powdered and blueberry. No chocolate, strawberry or vanilla. Bitterly disappointed kids / went from a hero to a zero and the family is in disarray. read more

I just went in here to get a simple drink and donuts and the people behind the counter are extremely rude. Very bad customer service. They told a customer in front of me that they couldn't do their order even through she has gotten it before there. Additionally I paid with my phone and told I was short even when my card said I wasn't. There are ways of treating customer that are not like crap. read more

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts. I ordered a medium black coffee. The employee working dropped my coffee on its side so that half the contents spilled out, proceeded to put the top on the cup, and then gave me the cup with the coffee all over it and directed me to the napkins at the end of the counter. This Dunkin Donuts has the WORST "customer service" I have ever experienced! I will never go back. On multiple occasions I have been spoken to rudely, literally ignored, and argued with over an incorrect order even though I clearly stated what I was asking for and politely asked for it to be corrected when I received the wrong item. I have worked in customer service and know what it is like to be on the other side of the counter. I have never been nasty no matter what the situation especially to a pleasant customer! I can't even get a response to a simple "Hello" or "Thank you". Absolutely disgusted with my experiences there. My friend has also had very similar experiences.
