This dunkin location is a hit or a miss. Oddly enough, they seem to be quicker in the morning than during any other time of the day. My food/drinks are always fine but the service is slow. It almost seems they are understaffed and/or have bad management. read more

I went here and got 2 strawberry dragon fruit refreshers. One of them had no ice in it, and the other one had only one cube of ice that melted in 30 seconds. When we walked in, they didn't even see us at the front counter. It took them at least 5 minutes to see us. They were complaining about how many orders they had but didn't start making them. When she finally saw us, she told us it would be a minute. It was 5 more minutes of waiting for her to take our order. When she took our order, she stated making other drinks and not ours. While she was making other drinks, cold foam got on her shirt, and she swore upfront of a 12 year old and an 8 year old, which I think is unexceptional. Now I'm not trying to be selfish, but she kept asking other people if she was supposed to make them. Overall, they were very rude. Thankfully, there was a starbucks down the street for ice. Unfortunately, all the other reviews are spot on. This place is extremely poorly ran. We like to stop here for a treat on the way home from the dog park and have for the past year, but after tonight's experience we won't be back. We ordered one drink: a Cappuccino Blast, no whip, no cinnamon. The line in the drive thru was moving extremely slow. When the car in-front of us got to the window, it was clear he was a friend of the young female employee running the window. For over 7 minutes, we watched as he got a free blended drink (didn't pay, zero transaction happened) and laughed, teased, and bantered with the employee. Throwing items into the window, employee inside laughing, closing the window on him. He jokingly tried to return the free drink and repeat on the window closing/laughing/bantering. It was one of the most unprofessional things I've witnessed in a drive-thru ever. He sped away, tired squealing trying to impress her, and we pulled up. As she repeated our modified order verbatim to us, she handed us the drink with cinnamon and whip cream on top. It was a crisp fall morning and I was looking for a beverage just as crisp. After a long night of partying for our cousins wedding, we decided to pass up on our hotels $10 breakfast and looked for the nearest dunkin. As we were searching we came across THIS Dunkin' Donuts. We asked ourselves "how is it possible that a Dunkin' Donuts could be rated ONE and a HALF stars?". Well yelpers let me explain. We were welcomed by a customer and the store manager getting into it. The store manager clearly never received the training that the customer is always right. I thought to myself this may be one bad moment. Boyyyy was I wrong. The guy in front of us had been waiting for his coffee before we came in, he told the cashier numerous times that he was still waiting for his 3 hot coffees. He finally received 2 coffees as my sister was ordering her food. We didn't realize we'd be getting a "dinner and a show". After we placed our orders, we then witnessed the store manager and one of her employees getting in to an altercation. It ended with the employee mumbling under her breath "shut the fuck up" then the manager asked her to repeat herself, so the employee repeated herself for all to hear. The manager then told her to get out of her store. The employee then proceeded to tell her boss that she "did nothing wrong and that she can't control her own store and that she was going no where". The employee then threw my sisters bag with her bagel in it across the counter, about to fall off the edge, my sister caught it at the last second and saved her bagel. Every time I go to this location in the evening they get at least one of my coffees wrong. Tonight, I specifically said no sugar in my medium ice coffee and they put a ton in it, in the large ice coffee I had asked for 4 Splenda and there was no sweetener in it. A coffee shop should not have difficulty making a coffee with cream and Splenda. This Dunkin Donuts location is a disgrace to the entire chain! If there was a rating less than one star, it would certainly qualify for it! Upon arriving, a man claiming to be the manager (or the boss as he put it) proceeded to take my order in the rudest manner possible. Not only that but he had some strange brown "substance" on his hands while he was trying to serve me. When I asked what it was on his hands, he completely ignored me and still tried to give me the order! After letting him know that I would not be getting anything after all, he walked away mumbling who knows what under his breath. I got out of there-immediately! If you choose a Tinley Park DD, please choose the one on 183rd or 159th in Orland Park. Meh... Tried one of those those new Benedict sandwiches. It was just ok. Egg was overcooked, and there wasn't enough hollandaise sauce on it for me. My real issue was the lack of cleanliness. Dirty tables and non swept the floors. Workers need to pay more attention and stop texting and talking. And please!! Invest in some felt tips for the bottom of the chairs. I go to this Dunkin Donuts everyday on my way to work. I get the same coffee everytime and sometimes add an oatmeal. Without getting the oatmeal my coffee is always a different price. Twice I have gotten the oatmeal and have hair in it. When trying to call on several different days to talk to manager he is not in, which is fine, until I just called and asked for a manager and the lady said "NO" and hung up on me. I used to come at this location a lot, however I stopped because they would get my order wrong or because consistently the egg and cheese wakeup wrap would not be cooked all the way. After months I decided to give them another try. Today I go and I order a toasted bagel with plain cream cheese. I repeated it twice to make sure she heard it, she repeated the order back. Against my better judgement, I stopped here on my way home today. Went through the drive thru at 4:50pm, so not during a busy time. When placing my order, they didn't give me a total, and when I pulled up to the window, I had to wait for them to tell me the cost. After having to repeat my order twice, they finally gave me my total, so I could needed figure out which coupon would apply (I had a flyer with like 10 coupons). I started to rip one out, and the employee at the window said very, "Will you hurry up, ma'am?" I said, "Excuse me?" And he replied, "Well, we've got other customers." There was ONE car that had just pulled up behind me, and I'm fairly certain the 15 secs to rip a piece of paper weren't going to impact the other customer. Brought it back, witnessed three girls with unwashed hands, no gloves take apart my sandwich and returned it to me burned. Not going back. This is the closest dunkin to my work but I will now be driving out of my way to go to a different one when I want coffee. I've been going here frequently for 2 years now but today is the last straw. Recently they've gotten so bad about messing up orders and taking a long time. This place has good drinks and smoothies. The breakfast food is alright and the ice cream is good too. Some workers aren't really understanding when orders are mixed up and they aren't very polite. I'm not saying all workers are like this just a few. Once I was here with a friend and we got cokes and they were expired so we told them and they made us pay for new ones. The only reason why I even attempt this location is because of the Baskin Robbins....however, I'm concerned as to why corporate hasn't taken away this specific franchise agreement yet. Don't bother trying to get DD in the morning as coffee is nasty, bagels are stale and not to order. Don't even try to give them the second chance at night with the ice cream. On multiple occasions I have gone to this location a little after 9pm for milkshakes to either have one of the women tell me they're closed (although they supposedly close at 10pm) and then walk away from the drive through, to the most recent "We are out of mint chocolate chip, cookie dough, cookies and cream, etc". After asking for a sundae instead considering my personal choice of flavor was "out" I was asked what kind of ice cream I wanted. I told the younger guy vanilla was fine, just to be told they were also out of vanilla....he asked if there was anything else he could get us and we replied "hold on a moment we will just come inside." We parked the car, watched both male employees look at us as we walked towards the door, just to find out the door was locked....at 9:34pm on a Sunday evening. I went to the drive-through line to order some ice cream. The person who originally tried to take my order was very playful and snickered while I was trying to ask questions. she playfully informed me that they were out of brownies I asked about another item on the menu and it was dead silent and then someone else came to the speaker. Before I could get my question out she was already trying to answer me. When we got to the window I noticed no one in there had on a mask or gloves during this pandemic. I am writing another review because I have revisited again since my first review and was disappointed yet again. I ordered a "cookie dough iced coffee with a little bit of almond milk" and I was given a VERY sugary tasting iced coffee with cream. I could tell because I could see the cream starting to settle at the bottom, which almond milk does not do. I'm convinced this dunkin wants to give people diabetes; my dad recently came home with an iced coffee from here as well and it tasted the same way. I don't know what type of person would enjoy an iced coffee that tastes that sweet. Maybe a child. I think that they automatically assume people want cream and sugar in addition to whatever other flavor they ask for. But why would I want both cream and almond milk? Doesn't make sense. They need to ask before assuming I want cream, especially considering the word "cream" never came out of my mouth when ordering. Also, I visited a different location and ordered the same thing "cookie dough iced coffee with a little bit of almond milk" and it looked and tasted exactly as it should. No additional sugar or cream added. So I know at least one dunkin donuts can get this right. I will continue to go to that dunkin, which is out of my way, from now on. On two separate instances I've ordered the cosmic cotton candy coolatta and received a regular cotton candy coolatta. The second time I ordered two of them at once and I was given two (regular cotton candy) coolattas that were significantly less than full to the top. I could tell that the employee made both coolattas in the same blender (which is fine) but did not portion enough for two coolattas and thought it was okay to underfill each cup. She probably did not want to blend up another coolatta just to fill the missing few inches. However, corporate was contacted and we were given a free drink voucher. I'd rather have them improve their service than offer up free drinks which I no longer want from this location. read more
