The boba is cooked well and is perfectly chewy and the flavors are good. Boba started in Taiwan and everything about this place stays close to how it's been made and how it is suppose to taste since the early 2000s. On the menu, they have boba drinks, the Taiwanese popcorn chicken, fries, the beef and chicken rice bowls and the rolled ice cream. They are all good, all flavorful. There are too many other inauthentic boba shops in the suburbs that rush cook the tapioca balls leaving them so hard to chew or too soft, and they use low quality powder that doesn't dissolve in the drinks. They don't represent boba well. This is not one of those places. This is one of my trusted places in this area barren of good Asian food and drinks. Bring your business here and you'll understand why others fail in comparison.

I love coffee too, especially Vietnamese coffee because it's strong and highly caffeinated, and the guy warned me that he's had a few people get the shakes after drinking it. So, I said bring it on and ordered a large. Creme brulee coffee: This is an iced drink. The small comes with 2 shots of Vietnamese coffee whereas the large comes with 3. He said the 2 Vietnamese coffee shots are equivalent to 18 regular espresso shots. Well, I can definitely say it's strong in flavor, but it's yummy! Since I tend to drink slowly, I should have asked for little or no ice, but that's okay. It's just something to keep in mind for next time. And given how strong it is, I think the large is enough for me to drink over 3-4 sessions. So, when I get home, I'm going to pull out the ice, and keep it in the fridge. Overall, I'm happy with my drink, and I will be back to try the milk tea with cheese foam. I love a good cheese foam and it's hard to find at the tea places around Tinley/Orland. The cream was delicious, and the cake was moist enough despite being kind of dense. My wife and son enjoyed the milk tea with boba. The cappuccino had excellent milk foam, which most places can't get right, but the flavor of the actual coffee was mediocre (slightly over-roasted). Pricing was on par with other dessert shops, and service was friendly.
